• Conchi (9/5): - Muy cómodo, proximidad al centro ,zona de restaurantes y cerca de metro y autobús. Al apartamento le falta mantenimiento, el microondas estaba roto y no giraba el plato. El grifo de una ducha estaba roto y solo salía agua por la parte de abajo.La puerta del balcón no cerraba bien y para abrirla tenías que hacer mucha fuerza. El anfitrión nos explicó todo en un minuto con mucha prisa y mala gana.

Mieszkanie przestronne, pokoje czyste, dwie łazienki, kuchnia wyposażona we wszystko co było nam potrzeba. Bezproblemowe zameldowanie i wymeldowanie. Dobry kontakt z gospodarzem. • Roberto (8/5): - Posizione ottima. Appartamento carino completo di tutto. Comode le due camere, anche se piccole. Una ha anche il bagno in camera. Il palazzo e l'appartamento non hanno una serratura elettronica dedicata, come ormai tutti i B&B. L'host ha dovuto aspettare noi che arrivassimo all'1,30 ed ha preteso 30 sterline ( anche se precedentemente avevo chiesto ed ottenuto il cekin all'1,00), perché siamo arrivati circa 30 minuti in ritardo. Dentro la lavastoviglie c'erano dello stoviglie sporche e maleodoranti. Nel bagno dove c'era la vasca non funzionava il il deviatore doccia/vasca. Le sedie scomodissime ed alcune piegate. La cappa della cucina unta.
• Luciana (9/5): “Appartamento spazioso e in ottima posizione vicino alla metro” ⭐ - Abbiamo soggiornato in questo appartamento a Londra e ci siamo trovati molto bene. L’appartamento è spazioso, pulito e ben organizzato, con due camere da letto, di cui una con bagno privato in camera, molto comodo soprattutto quando si viaggia in più persone. Si trova al 12° piano di un edificio con due ascensori, quindi è facile da raggiungere ed è anche molto tranquillo. La posizione è davvero ottima: la stazione della metro e dei treni di Vauxhall è a pochi passi e permette di raggiungere rapidamente il centro di Londra e di avere collegamenti comodi anche con l’aeroporto. Nelle vicinanze ci sono anche un supermercato e diversi locali e ristoranti, quindi è tutto molto pratico. Un altro aspetto molto positivo è il riscaldamento: l’appartamento è molto ben riscaldato e questo lo rende davvero confortevole. Abbiamo inoltre apprezzato molto la disponibilità del proprietario, che ci ha permesso di lasciare le valigie fino alle 14 anche se il check-out era alle 11, permettendoci di organizzare con più calma la partenza. Come piccoli aspetti migliorabili, il bagno ha pochi punti d’appoggio per sistemare i propri oggetti e nella cucina mancavano alcune stoviglie di base (coltelli, cucchiai e forchette), c’erano solo due cucchiaini. Peccato, perché per il resto la cucina era ben attrezzata con tostapane, microonde, lavastoviglie e persino le cialde per la macchinetta del caffè.

La cocina tiene todos los electrodomésticos necesarios, incluso para hacer espuma con leche. Hay un supermercado debajo, bares, cafetería. Muy cerca hay restaurantes. Sin duda repetiría. La ducha del baño 1. Necesita arreglo.

• Ugnė (8/5): We enjoyed our stay and would surely comeback if the showers were fixed. - It is a clean and lovely apartment with everything you need for a short stay. The biggest plus is that it’s right next to a metro station, so coming back home was fast an easy. The district was interesting as well, you can take a walk by the riverside and look at the Battersea Power Station. There were two showers, but you couldn’t use them at the same time because of low water pressure. The main doors aren’t soundproof, we heard wind blasting through a small space under the door, sowe placed a small carpet near it to absorb the sounds.

The apartment is spacious, warm, spotless, and very well equipped — everything you might need is provided, including towels, kitchenware, toiletries, and cleaning supplies. A real highlight is the river pier just 50 meters from the entrance, making it especially convenient to return home by river bus after a day of sightseeing in London. Great value for money, with friendly and responsive hosts. We were provided with two sets of keys, which was particularly helpful for a family stay with teenagers. n/a

Egyedül a szellőztetés volt nehéz, mert nagyon meleg volt a városban és emiatt a lakás is nagyon átmelegedett, nem tudtunk rendesen kiszellőztetni. De ez nem a szállás hibája, tudtuk, hogy nem lesz légkondi, csak nem számítottunk rá, hogy ennyire meleg lesz.
• Kara (10/5): Overall very convenient stay at the heart of the city - The location was perfect, the metro was right in front of the house and the Victoria line goes everywhere. The house had everything we needed: towels, kitchenware, cleaning supplies, even umbrellas. It gets very noisy outside at night. The bed and floors creak a lot too. We didn’t like the fake grass on the balcony, it smelled bad. Other than that, there were no issues.

Aménités said there was a dryer - but there isn’t. It gets pretty warm in there with no air conditioning so you have to have the windows open and the outside courtyards can be noisy. I tried vacuuming when I got there because there was hair all over the floors and bathroom - but the vacuum there doesn’t work. Couch and beds weren’t very comfortable.

We only had 1 key and needed 2 for times we went in different directions. There was no buzzer to let person up to apt. Also some pot holders are needed. (All very minor )
• Pavel (9/5): Nice apartment, great location. - Perfect location very close to the undergroung. Many options for breakfast, lunch, dinner nearby. A good starting point for exploring the city center. A somewhat complicated hot water heating system. The inner walls do not dampen the sound at all, you can understand almost every word in the next bedroom. The apartment is equipped with a television that cannot be tuned, so it is useless.

We came accross this apartment and the owner was very accommodating seeing as we booked at the last minute. They met us within an hour of booking and the apartment was amazing, so clean and spacious, perfect location. I can’t praise this property enough, it was an amazing price. It was so well equipped in the kitchen and everything was provided including towels. Cleaning materials, tea coffee and sugar. If you want a good stay at a decent price book this apartment. Thank you so much for turning what was a really awful start to our trip to London, into a luxurious stay. Will happily book here again. There is nothing to not like

• Rebecca (10/5): A perfect last minute family booking at a VERY reasonable price. - Perfect property for a family of 4. 14yr old and 11yr old. The property was so tidy and as the pictures show. It was warm, spacious, well equipped in the kitchen. Although we took our own, they had Provided toilet rolls, washing up liquid, tea towel, washing tablets, dishwasher tablets, bin bags. They have thought of everything. Even shampoo and shower gel in the bathrooms and hand wash! Perfect location. 10/15min walk to Lambeth where the hop on/hop off bus stop is. Easy walk to Big Ben, Westminster Abbey etc. close to bars/restaurants if you want. We didn’t . We ate in as there is a Tesco express so close as well as Sainsbury’s local and Waitrose. All walking distance (5mins) Car park - was essential for us. £42 a day. Basement car parking which was secure. We stayed Saturday to Monday and price was no different. £84 to park in London. This was a BIG bonus for us! Towels - I like a good big thick towel. These were quite small and thin. But they were provided!

We don’t know if the intercom worked, but there was only one set of keys and so you had to go down to let your guest in

The host is very punctual and helpful, all our requests were answered and the issue was resolved. An air conditioner or vent need in this hot summer. Black sunscreen on windows will be good (the morning sun too early for us, coming from the west time zone)
