Eddie (1/5): Je vous déconseille fortement malgré que vous puissiez trouver des tarifs avantageux. - La vue du restaurant uniquement La malhonnêteté du personnel. Ils n’avaient pas enregistré notre réservation donc n’avait pas la catégorie de chambre que nous avons réservé (avec vue) et nous ont demandé d’annuler celle de booking et de payer plus cher avec eux. Le Check-in a duré 1h. De plus je suspecte que les linges de lits ne soient pas changés car j’ai retrouvé des poils sur le lit. La réceptionniste ne parle aucun mot d’anglais. Le service de bagagerie est payant. Les prix sont triplés (taxi pour un trajet de 30min à 25€ et sur Uber 4€, massage à 60€ alors qu’il y en a 10€ …)

Rola (1/5): متعبه جدا ما انصح احد بهذا الفندق ابدا - ولا شي المكان سيئ جدا باستثناء بعض الموضفين مثل رحمه وزياد ومحمد لطيفين ودوديين المكان سيئ جدا يحتاج الكثير من الاهتمام ورقابه من اداره الفندق ..زجاجه ماء وحده يعطون للغرفه واذا طلبت مع القطور ماء مايعطون للغرفه الفطور يحق لك شرب شيئ واحد فقط مراسي المطعم سيئه جدا انها تتحرك وقعت من ع الكرسي كثيرا انا وزوجي وبلغتهم كثيرا الموضفون لا يستطيعون فعل شيى .في عند المرات عندما طلبت تنظيف احد العاملين فتح البراد واخذ شوكلاه وبلغتهم وشافو في الكامرات تكلمو من بعضهم بصوت منخفظ وقالو سوف ينبهون العاملين ان لايلمسو الاغراض (هذه الحادثه بعيدا عن المنضفه ملك انها امينه جدا )رغم شافو كل شي لكن لم يعتذر احد. ومن اطلب تنظيف يأتون الى الغرفه فقط يرتبون السرير ويخرجون وقلت لهم النظافه سيئه بعدها قامو بلتنظيف يعني الامر متعب يجب ان تقول كل شيئ الف مره عند اقامتي هناك انقطع الماء ولم يبلغنا احد ولم يكونو مستعدين ابد حتى لا يوجد خزان ماء في الفندق وعندما طلبت منهم قنينه ماء لاغسل وجهي ولكي استخدم التواليت بلرغم من انا حامل وبلغتهم بحاجتي العاجله الى الماء الا انهم يقولون سوف نجلب لك لكن وصلني الماء منهم بعد ساعتين من طلبي للماء في احدا المرات بلغت الرسبشن عن حاجتي للتنظيف وخرجت وعند عودتي مساءً وجدت الغرفه كما تركتها من دون تنظيف وعندما قلت لهم لماذا لا احد يعرف الجواب وفي احدا المرات دخل زوجي للاستحمام وقعت عليه حديده كبيره من الدش وبلغت الرسبشن لكن لم يهتمو وبعاها بليل دخلت انا ووقعت عليا الحديده الثانيه وفي احدى الايام طلبت منهم مناشف نظيفه قالو لي لا يوجد لدينا المناشف النظيفه غير متوفره الان وعند الحاحي الكثير عليهم بسبب حاجتي للإستحمام قال الموظف سوف احاول الطلب من الفنادق المجاوره وكنت انتظر لساعات ولا احد اعطاني المناشف ولا احد اعتذر لعدم توفرهم في اليوم التالي كان قبل يوم من خروجي من الفندق طلبو مني الموضون تقيم عالي للفندق وقلت لهم لا انا يوميا اتكلم معكم بسبب الاهمال النقص وفوجئت بصاحب الفندق هناك وبعدها بدء يتكلم بحده معي وقال هذه امكانيات الفندق وانه ليس فندق خميس نجوم فقط اعتذر عن الحديد الذي وقع علينا وعن المناشف بعدها اتصل الموضفون وقالو صاحب الفندق يدعوكم الى الغداء في الفندق للاعتذار انا رفضت لكن اصرو وياريت لو لم اذهب جاب لي طبق معكرونه ذهبت والدتي لشراء شيئ للشرب بعهدها اعطونا ببسي حتى طريقه الاعتذار سيئه لانني عندما تكلت معه لم يعترف بلغط بل...

Angel (5/5): It fulfilled its purpose - They have the best chef, Mohamed Ashraf, who prepared a spectacular and delicious dinner for us and was very helpful and pleasant. You should definitely order a dinner with Ashraf. The staff was attentive and helpful, and despite the leakage issues in the bathroom, they moved us to another room at no additional cost. In terms of cleanliness, there is a lot of room for improvement. There is also quite a bit of noise in the room, which makes it difficult to rest.

También las fotos de la habitación nada que ver con las de booking, la habitacion era diminuta con suerte entraba la cama. Tambien la ducha estaba sucia.

Kullakshi (1/5): Don't visit Egypt. It is not safe! - I went to the hotel at 11:00 and asked if the room was ready so I and my girlfriend could check in earlier. They told me to wait 1 h because my room was being cleaned, and then I could check in. I waited for 1 hour, and after they told me the room was not ready yet. We went out, and when we returned at 8pm, there was no room. They told me the room I booked had problems with the toilet, which I did not believe because if it were so, they would have told me that before. They wanted to give me another room (without the pyramid view as the one I paid for), and when we went to check it, it was busy with other customers. We were tired, and we wanted to rest and have a shower, but we were without a room even though it was 9pm and cold outside. After the staff showed us another hotel called Nine Pyramids View so we could accommodate for the night. We checked 3 rooms until we chose the "most" appropriate one (which still had the WC moved when you sat). But the other rooms were with insects inside and with mildew. Also, the WiFi didn't work, and there was no signal for the roaming to work. We asked several times for the wifi to be fixed, but they didn't. And by the way we did not eat breakfast because it started at 7:30, which is too late to catch the agenda of the day.

Kangyu (1/5): Won’t come back to this scam place, it broke the trust I had against human - If you’re lucky enough to be put inside the room you booked, the hotel room is good. But we were thrown into a room in a different location next to the hotel first night we arrived. Had to fight for our right constantly to get the things we paid for. Scam on every step with everyone Scams everywhere and on everything If they tell you there’s an “electric problems”, don’t pay for the hotel and leave instantly to avoid more losses.
Gwen (9/5): Still good and recommendable - Nice rooftop view with the pyramids. The room was clean, and the staff are accommodating. Safe and quiet at night with no noise disturbance. Breakfast starts at 7:30, but chef Mohammed was always there before you arrive for breakfast. The elevator was not working once, so I had to climb up to the 4th floor and one more thing. No sleeper inside the room.
Boško (1/5): Location is good, all the rest is horribe. - Only location is ok. Reception is constantly trying to scam you for the money. They wanted to charge me 90euros for taxi to the centre of Cairo, while Uber is charging 0.5€. Reception is so bad, smelly. Unprofessional staff. They want to scam you for money.
Moise (1/5): Notre expérience à l’hôtel Crown Pyramids, au Caire – une nuit blanche cauchemardesque, a fuire - Absolument rien, on a tout détesté tout inclus la sécurité Dès notre arrivée, nous avons compris que quelque chose n’allait pas. À l’entrée, plus de 18 jeunes se battaient, et il s’est avéré qu’ils appartenaient à l’hôtel. Une ambiance totalement chaotique. Lorsque nous avons enfin vu la chambre, c’était un choc : sale, minuscule, jamais nettoyée depuis longtemps. Des taches sur le lit, le matelas et les oreillers, des cheveux partout… Une véritable horreur. Ma femme a demandé un remboursement, mais le responsable nous a proposé une autre chambre. Elle était encore pire. Nous avons clairement indiqué que nous avions perdu toute confiance et que nous ne voulions plus rester. À ce moment-là, il nous a dit : « Pas de problème, mais la première nuit reste à votre charge », alors que nous n’avions même pas posé nos affaires dans la chambre. Après de longues discussions et manipulations, à 2 h du matin, ma femme a dû menacer d’appeler la police et l’ambassade pour récupérer notre argent. Finalement, il nous a remboursés, mais a gardé 25 $ pour le transport, un tarif bien supérieur au prix réel. Un véritable vol. Résultat : nous nous sommes retrouvés dans la rue au Caire jusqu’à 6 h du matin, sans internet, sans voiture, à chercher désespérément un autre établissement pour fuir cette situation. Une expérience à oublier absolument. Je vous promets : n’y pensez même pas.
Roman (9/5): - Отличные завтраки, шеф-повар может приготовить любое блюдо для вас. В гостинице достаточно тихо, учитывая шумность улицы. заселение прошло без проблем. Вид на пирамиды омрачен пустырем с мусором, одна из пирамид закрыта безобразным зданием.
Mohammed (1/5): Very bad but the hotel staff are good - Staff is very friendly and trying to help but the hotel facilities don’t help them. The hotel cant be categorized as 4 star hotel at all, which affects the reliability of booking application if they consider it 4 star. The facilities are extremely bad and outdated, not clean at all, you can hear sound all the time coming from the street, the room is very narrow and you can barely wake inside the room.
Ilaria (1/5): “ LASCIATE OGNI SPERANZA VOI CHE ENTRATE “ - IL CIBO ESCLUSA LA COLAZIONE. Esperienza estremamente negativa sotto ogni punto di vista. Le prime due notti siamo stati sistemati in una struttura diversa da quella prenotata, fatiscente e in condizioni igieniche inaccettabili: lenzuola sporche di non si sa cosa e piene di capelli, bagno con tavoletta sporca, doccia con la manopola fissata con nastro adesivo, piatto doccia otturato con acqua stagnante e lavandino talmente sporco da rendere impensabile anche solo lavarsi le mani. Ovunque c’era un odore forte e sgradevole. Nessuno è stato in grado di dirci dove fare colazione e non ci era consentito accedere all’hotel effettivamente prenotato. Il taxi, che ci era stato garantito come gratuito, è stato invece addebitato sul costo della camera. Solo dopo un insistente pressing via WhatsApp siamo riusciti a farci spostare nella struttura prenotata, ma la situazione non è migliorata: lenzuola ancora sporche e capelli su cuscini e letto, tanto da dover richiamare il personale per far sostituire tutto. La pulizia della camera e del bagno (anch’esso molto degradato) è stata praticamente assente per tutto il soggiorno. Il personale si è dimostrato insistente nel tentativo di vendere escursioni, ma del tutto inefficiente su ciò che conta davvero. Sporco ovunque: scale, angoli interni ed esterni, ragnatele, terra e un persistente odore di stalla/vacca/cammello. Gravissimo anche l’episodio della sera di San Silvestro: prima ci viene proposta una cena a 70 dollari, poi il 31/12 ci confermano disponibilità a 50 dollari per cena e festa. Accettiamo, rientriamo in hotel e scopriamo che non esisteva nessuna festa, nessun menù. Abbiamo praticamente cenato da soli. Questo episodio riassume perfettamente l’inaffidabilità della gestione. Colazione ogni mattina sulla terrazza con centinaia di mosche sul cibo e sporco persino sul fondo dei bicchieri del succo d’arancia. Infine, la sera è sconsigliato anche solo uscire a fare due passi: ambiente estremamente degradato e sporco ovunque.

Noctorius (9/5): Kis 3 csillagos szálloda csodálatos tetőtéri kilátással, étteremmel és kedves személyzettel. - Terőtérről csodálatos panoráma nyílik a piramisokra. Számunkra felejthetetlen élmény, hogy a naplementében fürdő piramisokat csodáljuk vacsora közben. Finom volt az étterembe minden, amit ettünk. A személyzet különösen kedves, segítőkész és udvarias volt. Azt írták, hogy van hajszáritó és hogy a szoba hangszigetelt, a mi szobánk nem volt az és hajszáritó se volt. Háromszor vacsoráztunk az étteremben, páromnak 3x mondta a pincér, hogy amit rendelni akar már elfogyott.

Sisa3232 (8/5): اوصى به لمن لديه رحلات عمل طويلة او قصيرة قمة في الادب والتعامل الراقي - الشيء الذي أعجبني هي ادارة المطعم الأخ محمد والطاقم الذي معه يعتنون بالعملاء جيد وانسان راقي في تعامله وجميل اللسان ومرتب الاكل كان أكثر من جيد لا يوحي انه موتيل ٣نجوم اما بالنسبة للإدارة فإني اشكرك كثيروالاخت نانسي ورحمة والأخ محمد الذي غالبا ما يكون بالليل شكر كبير جدا جدا لكل العاملين بالمكان بأن العميل يجب أن يطلبها بنفسه النظافة للغرف واوقات التنظيف ليسه مناسبة حقا انها في النهار فقط وبعض الاحيان يقومون بطرق الباب لعمل النظافة لك في النهار وقت نومك وهذا شيء سيء جدا جدا أن استيقظ لعمل التنظيف في الغرفة لا يطبق المكان المميزات الخاصة بعضوية بوكينج Genius في سيايسة الحضور المبكر والخروج المتأخر طلب مني المكان مبلغ اضافي لعمل تأخير في المغادة إلى الساعة الثانية ظهرا قد تسمع بعض الضوضاء من الدواجن والطيور التي تكون بالمنزل القريبة وذلك لعدم وجود عازل في النوافذ

Arrum (4/5): This hotel is not suitable for the price. I'm not satisfied with the broken and dirty hang facilities - The location is strategic The facilities are broken, such as water faucets. The floor and closet were dusty, until I had to mop them myself. The bed sheet is dirty.
Bálint (7/5): All in all, great value for money - Breakfast is far beyond expectations. Chef Muhammed and the waitresses do a great job. Panorama from roof restaurant is stunning: the Sun set behind the Pyramid, which illuminated the whole of its background! Neigbouring roofs have litter/debris on them which would require a bit of an attention in order not to deteriorate the view. Roof terrace furniture has marks on them, a soap wash would turn them look new.

Rangel (8/5): beautiful view of the pyramids - The place is incredible, very close to the pyramids, the staff is very friendly and helpful. The room was very large, excellent value for money, the view from the terrace was beautiful, the breakfast was very bigggg.
Meojanur (1/5): Good location with bad maintenance - It’s got a good view of pyramid from the rooftop The cleanliness and maintenance is very bad. TV wasn’t working. Bathroom was very dirty. Previous rubbish was left from the customer and the shower was very smelly. Despite my complaint to the reception nothing has been done. I didn’t even get a chance to watch the television because there was no channel working in it.
