• Manuel (10/5): Enjoyable Zaragoza stay - Love the location, it is 6-10 mins walking distance to the Church Plaza center. Jose was very helpful and promt in Answering any queries or questions we had. His place is very well maintained and easy to move in to… He even assisted in booking a taxi for our early departure The second room has no AC so had to keep the door open to allow the air from the living room AC to spread through the unit as it is only AC. I would recommend adding at least a fan on the second room.

Very cozy with beds that are really confortable, and all is spotless! If I had to say something it would be the fact that you have to pay for parking, but this does not detract from the charm of the apartment.

As well, he arranged and gave instructions to the taxi driver in Spanish for us to get us to the station. The apartment is flawlessly clean. You can tell Jose really cares about his guests. Bright, well appointed interior furnishings, every amenity in the kitchen and compact bathroom. 3 great balconies with neighbourhood views as well as the Roman ruins of the theatre at the end of the street. Great position so close to everything including a very good supermarket. Can’t say we disliked anything! We loved everything including the firm bed and washing machine and drying lines. Loved the blockout shutters at nighttime too.

• Bich (9/5): Comfortable and super kind host - Super kind, friendly and responsive host! Jose met us promptly at the arranged time. He showed us the apartment and went with us to the parking garage which was great! The apartment was super clean and comfortable. Everything worked properly. The only downside for us was the very strong cleaning and deodorant scent in the apartment. I’m sensitive to strong odor and I got a headache and felt nauseous after being inside for an hour. We had to turn off the heat and open all windows and doors to air the apartment out. If you are sensitive to smell, you should let Jose know ahead of time so the place can be aired out well after it is cleaned. Although after mentioning my scent issue to Jose, he had said they will try unscented cleaning product in the future. The scent diffusers found throughout the apartment also put out strong odors just in case you need to temporarily move them out to the patio during your stay. Still we recommend you staying at this apartment. Kitchen was tight and not a lot of counter space but for 2 people total we managed fine. The sofa could stand to be updated
• Angel (10/5): You're making the right choice if you book José's cozy place. - What did I like? Absolutely everything. I felt welcome, comfortable, and well taken care of. I would've stayed longer if I could. The apartment is modern, clean, and comfortable, not to mention it is great value for your money too. It is also centrally located, in a part of town from where it will be a breeze for you to get to the most important sights (or anywhere else in Saragossa for that matter). José, the host, is hands down the best, most hospitable person I have stayed with. You can tell he understands what it's like to be on the other end of the transaction. I read about him in the comments I saw before booking the apartment and I thought they sounded too good to be true. As it turns out, he is as good as they claim . . . and then some. Again, I was very satisfied with the choice I made. Everything was clean, comfortable, and convenient and everyone was helpful, caring, and hospitable. I'd book it again if I ever go back.

I liked that the living room receives sun in the afternoon (we were there in winter) which makes it feel very cozy. There is a lift to reach the flat, which was good for the bad knees of our group. Views were nice.

There is everything you need for a comfortable stay, dishes, detergents, clean linen, towels and much more. The owner carefully left coffee, tea, water, spices, cookies, and he was so kind and always in touch, helping to solve any of our questions. I recommend! And we will gladly return here. All was great!
