A special thank you for the lovely birthday surprise—the wine and the not - Excellent communication is so important, and you can be sure that Eva will always be there to answer immediately and take amazing care of you! The apartment is in a great location, easy to access, and spacious enough to feel truly comfortable; it basically had everything we needed. We were especially happy to find the things we usually miss: salt, pepper, spices, oil, coffee, and even an extension cord for charging multiple devices. We travel a lot, but it’s rare to feel this well-cared for.
• Hossam (3/5): - Die Lage ist zentral. Das Abwasser stinkt im Badezimmer. und der Geruch durchdringt die gesamte Wohnung.
• Beatriz (10/5): - El apartamento es tal y como se ve en imágenes, e incluso mejor. La cama cómoda, el sofá también y la ubicación excelente (pleno centro). Destacar la amabilidad de Eva que permitió que accediese antes por ser jueves santo. Limpieza estupenda, apenas se oye ruido de la calle y la iluminación es excelente. Volvería sin dudarlo. Por destacar algo es que es un primero sin ascensor y las escaleras de acceso dentro del apartamento son un poco altas. Sin embargo, no ha sido un problema para mí el acceso con la maleta.
• Evelina (10/5): Perfect!🤩 - Do you want to stay in one of the most beautiful apartments in Seville? This is the perfect choice. The location is excellent – you can reach the stadium on foot in 25 minutes, while most attractions are within a 20-minute walk, many of them even less than 10 minutes away. There are also plenty of restaurants, cafés, bars, and grocery stores nearby – everything you need. The apartment is fully equipped with high-quality facilities. We didn’t experience any issues during our stay, and everything worked perfectly. The cleanliness is impeccable, the atmosphere is very relaxing, and the design is outstanding – the place has its own unique charm. I highly recommend it! -

• Rebecca (9/5): - Perfekte Lage (ruhig, aber Fußgängerzone direkt um die Ecke). Sehr schön eingerichtet, viele Küchenutensilien inkl. Salz, Öl etc. vorhanden. Bushaltestelle etwas weiter weg (ca. 10-15 min zu Fuß über holprigen Bordstein).
• céline (9/5): - Cet appartement est très bien situé dans un quartier vivant, mais au calme car il est dans une rue adjacente. On se sent comme à la maison. La cuisine est un peu petite pour vraiment cuisiner.

• Justyna (10/5): - Piekny apartament urzadzony w bardzo klimatycznym styling mozna poczuc sie jak w domu. Blisko spacerkiem do roznych ciekawych miejsc. Kawe i sniadanie mozna wypic tuz za rogiem lub 1minute od mieszkania jest supermarkt. Wlascicielka bardzo mila i pomocna. Polecam goraco!

• natalie en marcel (9/5): Geweldig appartement en contact met Eva was top - Super gezellig en persoonlijk ingericht, locatie goed aangezien alles op loopafstand is. Airco en extra plafondventilatoren zorgen voor een comfortabele temperatuur. Contact met Eva was helemaal top. Wij zouden dit appartement aan iedereen aanraden en komen hier zeker nog eens terug Alles heel fijn
• Anna (9/5): Charming and comfy central spacious apartment - The apartment was super well located, beautifully decorated, everything was brand new, clean and carefully organized. The host was very helpful and kind, we really recommend the apartment!!! We loved cooking there, spending time in the living-room and overall enjoying the apt. We were misfortunate with the weather bcs there was a heat wave while we were there, and although there was a beautiful ventilator in the bedroom, it was not enough for the over 40 degrees temperature. But there was an AC in the living-room, and by leaving the bedroom door open the cooler air somewhat got there. But other than that, which climate change is to blame, the apt is absolutely amazing, comfy, quiet, location is superb, we really loved it.
• Dan (9/5): We really enjoyed our stay here, and Eva is an excellent host. We would definitely stay here again! - It was bright, open and roomy, and in a good location to walk all over. It was a very comfortable place to stay, and I highly recommend for anyone traveling to Seville. There are a lot of stairs to climb, which was little tough on my wife with some knee issues.
