• Constanze (5/5): Für eine Nacht ok - Die Lage war gut. Das Apartement war nicht sauber. Es waren Flecken auf der Bettdecke, lange schwarze Haare überall verteilt, besonders in den Ecken war Lurch, Spinnweben an den Decken und die Gläser und das Geschirr nicht wirklich sauber. Es wäre auch nett gewesen, mehr als einen kleinen Löffel und einen sauberen Küchenfreund bzw. saubere Küchenlade vorzufinden.

• Biro (9/5): - Nice apartment, close to the city centre, the lake and the train station. The views are stunning. Everything was nice, the kitchen had everything we needed to cook some simpler meals and the bed was also comfy. We had a nice trip here 😊

• David (7/5): Levne do 20 min pesky od centra. V kuchyni se nedalo nic uvarit, bylo k dispozici par pripalenych panvi. - Levne Spatne vybaveni kuchyne

Oceňujem veľmi ústretový prístup majiteľky, ktorá nám pri odchode hovorila, aby sme sa nestresovali, že nie je 11:00 na minutu oresný čas odchodu. Veľmi príjemné jednanie a 11:20 sme boli preč Hneď za okno je cesta kde jazdia autá, ale nie je frekventovaná a nevadilo to
• Alex (7/5): Vollkommen in Ordnung, kleine Mankos, nichts für Luxusfreunde - Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet, für ein paar Tage vollkommend ausreichend. Badezimmer ist neu. Küche groß. Bettzeug und Tücher waren sauber. Bett bequem. Der WC-Sitz war locker, bei erster Nutzung abgefallen auf einer Seite. Allgm Gebrauchsspuren, aber vollkommen in Ordnung. Das Badezimmer ist von der Größe nicht für Personen ab BMI 35 geeignet. In der Dusche fehlte der Griff innen, die Schrauben waren frei. Im Vorhaus riecht es durch den Keller etwas feucht. KEIN PARKPLATZ direkt dabei, man muss einen öffentlichen ca 300 Meter entfernt nutzen. Schlafzimmer Erdgeschoss auf die Straße, die Rollos machen nicht den blickdichtesten Eindruck.

• Iveta (5/5): Urcite bych si priste s sebou vzala vice vybaveni z domu. A neco teplého. Mozna i ten smeták. - Cena, vzhled ubytování, blízko centra. Chyběla káva, cukr, sůl, smetáček, uvítala bych třeba i fen. Na ubytku bylo pořád chladno a přítmí. Okna netěsnila, přímo před okny jezdilo dost aut i v noci. Nebylo úplně uklizeno, utřeny prach, povlečeno asi taky nebylo nově.
• Florian (5/5): Gravierende Mängel - Es war günstig in einigermaßen guter Lage. Alles unkompliziert und reibungsloser Ablauf. Alles Nötige war vorhanden Der Fußboden (Laminat) war an einigen Stellen aufgeplatzt und bot Verletzungsgefahr. Die Kaffeemaschine hatte einen Anschluss, der für hiesige Steckdosen nicht geeignet war und konnte somit nicht genutzt werden. Klodeckel und Klobrille waren nur an einer Seite fest verschraubt, sodass jeder Klogang zur Wackelpartie wurde. Sorry, aber sowas geht gar nicht.

• Magdaléna (7/5): For this price it was good stay - It was close to the city center and train station d easy check in instructions TV not very clean the towels were very hard little bit off a small in the bathroom.
• Vojtechcze (3/5): Try to find something else - Free parking nearby. Check-in went smoothly. I didn't expect that such dirty accommodation could exist in 2025. There was a lot of dust on the floor. There were large cobwebs on the walls in many places. Obviously no one had cleaned here for a long time. The WiFi signal was very weak. The first night it was impossible to control the heating - it was turned on at maximum power and the room was extremely hot and we had to sleep with the window open, which is located right next to the road where cars drive. We discussed it with the owner, but he only solved it the next day. Out of nowhere, one of the blinds fell off the window at night.

• Tara (6/5): Pleasant - It was equipped with kitchen, TV. First thing I noticed was strange smell when i entered the hallway, there was no hand soap in the bathroom which is primary, there’s no hair dryer too. The apartment is situated right on the roadside so you can hear every car and everyone passing by, i had to have my blinds down all the time because of lack of privacy. It’s little bit pricey for location and content but okay.

• Vladimir (7/5): Good - We stayed in this apartment for 5 days. Location is good enough, walking distance to city center, free parking space just around the corner (and that is very important). The apartment itself needs repair (especially the floors), when we arrived it was quite dirty and dusty. We informed the owner about it and he returned the cleaning fee, which was fair. We had to buy bucket, rags and dishwashing liquid and clean it ourselves. The apartment doesn't have hairdryer, washing machine. Other thing - the road is 1m from the window and yes, you hear every single car, vehicle or person that passes by. So if you are a light sleeper this will be a problem for you. One other problem was pillows. The worst pillows ever, it's impossible to even call it a pillow. I would highly recommend the owners to change the pillows, buy new ones (it's not that expensive, but you will not make your guests suffer). You can see these "pillows " on the picture attached. In general this apartment is overpriced. For what they charge, it should be repaired, it should be cleaner and it should be better equipped.
• Filip (7/5): Good - Easy check in with the keybox, close to the city centre A bit dirty, dust everywhere, the floor was damaged and squeaking, window blinds fell from the hold when i touched it.

• Sandra (3/5): Disappointing. It looked much better in the pictures - It was easy to find and collect the property keys. The owner seemed helpful through the messages. We never met. This were the only good things about this apartment. Not very clean, no sunshine in the apartment, the washing basin was clogged so we had to use kitchen sink, no hand soap, pillows smelled of someone's greasy hair. We payed for two nights and left after first. It was half the cost in comparison to hotel rooms nearby but still rather expensive for the value you get. For 15 euros more we stayed near Rotterdam and had the time of our life. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. It made us feel bad and really destroyed our visit to Gmunden.
• Václav (7/5): Good - The place delivered what it offered. Nice and tidy apparment in Gmunden. Comfortable bed. I was overall satisfied with my stay. Would rate higher if I have seen some disclaimer about the traffic noise in the night and came prepared. The bedroom is right next to a wall next to a road. If you're light sleeper such as myself, then better pack some ear plugs. No other cons come to mind.
