• Ahmed (10/5): A worthy vacation house - We had a 6 whole days in this place, and believe me when I say it wasn’t enough. We wish we could stay more. There is everything and anything you need, it was so cozy and warm at night and since it is far from city yard it was so dark and the moon light filled the yard and the whole lake it was outrageous. THE MOST BEAUTIFUL THING IS THAT YOU DONT NEED A NORTHERN LIGHT TOUR AT ALL !!! It was literally outside the house, walk to the lake and thats it !! Just wow. It was magical. A big thanks for johnannes he is a great person he made me feel like I was home. Loved the sauna Loved the view Loved every single detail Missing it already, definitely will be back here.

• Kristopher (10/5): A beautiful cabin in a secluded and idyllic setting with a scenic view. - A beautiful cabin in a secluded and idyllic setting with a scenic view. Comfortable beds, large wood fired sauna, and an accommodating and very responsive owner. Our family of three found this cabin very comfortable. There were lots of blankets and candles creating a very cozy atmosphere. Very comfortable beds with fluffy duvets. Our daughter stayed in the room separated by the breezeway and adjacent to the sauna with out issue even when temperatures stayed below -25C for our entire stay. The wood fired sauna was a treat and there was plenty of fire wood. The fire place in the cabin did a great job of warming the cabin and was a wonderful mood setter. Even in our extreme low temp visit the underfloor heating throughout the cabin made the environment quite comfortable. We found the kitchen very functional, well stocked and equipped. When we mentioned additional kitchen equipment that would be helpful, we found them at the door the next day. Finally, we chose this location because of its secluded and removed nature and it did not disappoint. We found, that despite its removal from the town, that the access to all of our planned activities was no problem. A short drive into town where we found shopping for groceries easy and parking easy, too. Perfect!

• Sebastian (10/5): Für uns perfekt!!! - Für uns als Familie gab es alles, was das Herz begehrt. Der Empfang der Gastgeber war sehr herzlich und Sie hatten den ganzen Aufenthalt über ein offenes Ohr für uns. Vielen Dank dafür, das war wirklich toll. Das Haus besticht mit einer schlichten Eleganz mit schönen Details, einem tollen Blick auf den zugefrorenen See, einer vollwertig ausgestatteten Küche, rundum ein Platz zum Wohlfühlen. Auch die Sauna mit Aussicht haben wir jeden Abend genossen. Für unsere Kinder ( 9 und 13 Jahre) war das Schlafen im separaten Bereich (getrennt durch den überdachten Flur) kein Problem. Die atemberaubenden Nordlichter konnten wir auf dem zugefrorenen See bestaunen und mussten uns dafür keine extra Tour buchen. Wir können überall einen Daumen hoch vergeben und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Danke.

• Emanuel (6/5): Bellissima ma poco funzionale - Il cottage è davvero bellissimo e con una vista mozzafiato, posizionato però al centro di una foresta, lontano da Rovaniemi e un po’ difficoltoso da raggiungere. L’host è stato molto gentile e disponibile, soprattutto per spiegarci come raggiungere il luogo, ma sopratutto come far funzionare i riscaldamenti. La cucina è ben fornita, i letti sono comodi È molto importante sottolineare come la casa non sia unica, ma sia divisa in due parti. Da un lato troviamo una camera da letto con cucina, soggiorno e bagno (con solo wc e lavandino) , dall’altro lato troviamo un’altra camera con una sauna accanto. È da sottolineare come per accedere da un lato all’altro delle strutture si esca praticamente fuori ma soprattutto che una reale doccia non ci sia! All’interno della sauna vi è un doccino, con acqua calda limitata, peraltro con la sauna spenta fa davvero freddo ma con la sauna accesa l’aria è irrespirabile. Una vera doccia rilassante non è stato possibile farla. La vasca esterna (che non è idromassaggio), ha un costo aggiuntivo di 150€. In altri soggiorni era inclusa.
• Kama (10/5): incredible place! - the location is impeccable! the property has everything you need and then some more. easily one of the most comfortable places i've stayed at. would return in a heartbeat the sauna doesn't keep the temperature very well so it never gets too hot — that being said, it's a minor inconvenience
• Carolyn (10/5): - Das Haus ist neu und die Architektur sowie das Interieur besticht mit durchdachter und zeitloser nordischer Eleganz, wunderschön. Es liegt an einem See bei einem Wald, die Sauna ist ebenso großartig, mit tollem Ausblick auf Wald und See. Der Host war extrem hilfsbereit und hat das Eisloch frisch ausgesägt sowie mit anderen Tipps super unterstützt. Wir würden, wenn wir wieder in die Gegend fahren, jederzeit wieder buchen. Danke! -

• Huma (10/5): Perfect and unforgettable. - We found the chalet exceptional. It is even better than in the photos. It truly has all the necessary amenities. You can feel that the owners put their heart into making sure travelers feel comfortable. They have thought of every detail. The chalet is extremely well-located, right in front of a lake. The view is simply incredible, especially from the chalet, and we are only 20 minutes from the airport, which is a real bonus. We appreciated the view, the proximity to the airport, and the cities, which made it convenient for our tourist activities. Above all, we truly appreciated the responsiveness and availability of the owners, who are extremely kind and caring.

Drumul este ușor accesibil. Casa este împărțită in 2 parti: - dormitor, sufragerie, bucatarie si wc (fara dus) - dormitor, sauna si dus, fără wc Trecerea dintr-o parte in alta se face printr-un culoar mic acoperit
• Nina (10/5): Cozy winter experience - Highly recommend this accommodation. Very quiet and private, comfortable furniture and great sauna with an option to go ice swimming or swimming in the lake. Very friendly home owner! In winter, the fireplace creates an amazingly cozy atmosphere, which creates a perfect experience while staying there. Beautiful nature all around the cottage. We will gladly stay there again, if we are in the area.
• Ouassim (10/5): Perfect quiet place afar frome the city - Big lodging, quiet place, well equipped (Kitchen, sauna even a hottub). The owner was very nice and even showed us that he made a hole in the lake to take an ice bath. Couldn't recommend more a place
• Olga (8/5): Великолепное место для любителей природы и уединения - Очень красивый деревянный коттедж на берегу озера с отличным видом! Уютный салон с окнами в пол, печка. Очень уединенное место - добраться можно только на машине, в километре от въезда шлагбаум с ключом или кодом, зимой посторонние на территорию точно не проникнут:) Чисто, тихо, красиво, экологично! 20 минут на машине от Рованиеми. Йоханнес очень гостеприимный и отзывчивый хозяин, всегда доступен по телефону и сообщениям, лично приехал в 11 вечера, чтобы решить проблему с отоплением в одной из спален. Для нас основным разочарованием явилось отсутствие полноценного душа (душевой шланг присутствует в сауне, но это очень неудобно) и телевизора - темными зимними вечерами (темно в 4-5 часов) планировали смотреть фильмы или сериалы, но в коттедже ни одного экрана! Так что берите ноутбуки:) Обе спальни разделены проходом через двор - при этом туалет находится в одной части дома, а сауна с душем - в другой; зимой при - 23 не очень практично перебегать через ледяной двор).
