Javiera (8/5): Good flat. A bit pricey but you pay for location. Can use a little clean - Location was really good, as well as the host's communication The courtains in the main room are covered in Mold, which feels like a health hazard. There was also a very pungent smell around the sink area

Luis José María (9/5): Confortable departamento para tres personas en Viña del Mar - El departamento es super completo, muy cómodo, tiene todo lo necesario para pasarla bien. Colchones confortables, sábanas suaves. Electrodomésticos para poder hacer un buen desayuno o cocinar. Está muy bien ubicado, cerca del Mall Marina y de la playa, y no es ruidoso. Tiene cochera en el subsuelo. Diría que es perfecto, solo hay que coordinar bien el horario de llegada para no tener inconvenientes porque la señora que limpia es la que viene a abrir. Nada, todo estuvo muy bien
MARIA (10/5): - La ubicación y las comodidades del dpto, súper completo, ideal para compras,.visitar la playa y llegar al dpto a descansar. Todas las comodidades, todo limpio. Súper recomendable, dueño,recepción, todo! Agendadisimo para la próxima visita! Hay una panadería abajo que si no te gusta el olor a pan caliente y facturas puede ser molesto, Pero tampoco es gran cosa.

La Sra. Doris excelente personal y muy amable un 7.0⭐⭐⭐ No tengo comentarios respecto a este punto.
Mimmi (5/5): They want you to pay in cash. - I liked that the owner was kind and try to solve the small problems through WhatsApp. They have a person who welcomed us and gave us the keys. They beds were not made. They put the bedsheet there so we fixed ourselves. They didn't have shower gel. The cleaning was only ok. I didn't like at all that they asked us to pay in cash and there is a hidden fee that we also paid.
