• Merrilee (9/5): Great location - Fabulous location. Apartment contained everything you might need including sun lotions, talc, tea and coffee. Noise every evening from the big hotels at the rear which is where the bedroom faced. If you dont need to sleep before midnight it's ok but noisy. The apartment itself could do with refurbishing in the kitchen area.

• Dóra (10/5): - La ubicación es perfecta. Las vistas son excepcionales. El apartamento es grande con una terraza muy grande. Ojalá pueda volver algún día! No ha sido problema para mí, pero hay que tener en cuenta que solo puedes aparcar el coche a dos calles, ya que está en un paseo marítimo.

• George (9/5): Unbeatable location and splendid unique accomodation on Los Cristianos shore - The location is unbeatable, right above the Los Cristianos promenade. The lounge overlooks the harbour area and out to sea. Sun shines on the apartment from dawn to dusk. Spacious and private, even though so close to many passers by. Mini-golf on door step. Right above excellent restaurant. Close to other restaurants and shops (minutes away). Nice bath towels and some beach towels also provided. Very good air conditioning unit in lounge and useful ceiling fan in bedroom. Initial access very straightforward and host was always responsive and helpful. The apartment is showing its age in places and could not be described as plush, rather basic and comfortable. However, this is irrelevant compared to the location and design of this accommodation and everything needed was generously supplied.

• Sherry (7/5): If you want to be away from the crowds, in your own space then this is perfect but don’t expect any home from home luxur - The location was perfect for getting around and the views were amazing from the terrace, this is def the selling point of the property. The bed was comfortable and the WiFi very reliable. Unfortunately the water supply appeared to be linked to the restaurant below and so the supply was very intermittent and patience was required at shower time. Overall the property needs some tlc as it’s apparent it’s had a lot of use.

• Susan (4/5): Disappointing and overpriced. - Location Uncomfortable, not very clean. Unable to have a proper safe shower any evening..no water or cold water and then very hot water. Plumber came but issue was not resolved. No top sheet on bed, only an empty duvet cover on the bed. Found a blanket in a press that was dirty. Cushions on outdoor chairs were a disgrace. Old and worn. A huge fan outside bedroom window made such noise. Sitting room inside made such noise in the wind you felt it would fall apart. The apartment was very overpriced and would definitely not recommend.
