Rajeswari (8/5): 'The Host Need To Be More Active - The room is alright. Clean and tidy. The view was good. Nearby amenities. The host takes too long to reply for checking in and checking out. The deposit was paid via debit card as they don't accept cash. The refund processing time is too long (12-14days) which is too long for one day stay. Is the deposit for damage or short term trading? Hope the management can do something about it.

The counter person was unfriendly obviously because we weren’t his guest. Since staff already WhatsApp, why not add in standard details on what should be done.

Catherine (6/5): Fairly pleasant but things could have been handled better - Location was good Rooms should have been checked before we arrived as aircon wasn't working after we checked into one of the rooms and we had to change so in the end our 2 rooms were located on different floors. We asked for an additional set of towels which came but when we shifted rooms these were not moved. So had to call again and wait. Totally insufficient toilet paper and had to ask. After rooms were cleaned the first day no replenishment of toilet paper! Had to wait at checkout to get back deposit even though we had informed staff before hand that we were leaving early on check out day. As a result of being on separate floors we had to co ordinate to visit each other's rooms as one room's cards on one floor does not permit you to travel to another floor. Something like this should be told to visitors before hand and arrangements to provide an extra card for this purpose

Aya (9/5): It was clean, confortable, and convenient for our big group of friends. - Everything was fine, the apartment was nice and clean. Everything was working perfectly. We enjoyed our stay. The check in desk is not 24 hrs, so if you are arriving early in the morning or late evening you need to arrange with them. Upon our arrival to the apartment we were “welcomed” by a huge cockroach in the toilet that might have escaped from the drain and that is common during rainy season, however the apartment was clean overall and we never faced such thing again.

Altman (10/5): Amazing get away property - Location is great, so many places to eat or find something to drink within a 3 minute walking radius. Also a few pharmacies and general stores very close. The property is amazing, very spacious room, fast elevators, excellent amenities. Majority of issues brought up in negative reviews were handled or not present in our stay. No smells and bathroom was clean, water heater power switch was labeled and explained how long it takes for water to heat up, washer worked absolutely fine, and kitchen was stocked enough for two people to have a meal. Really liked the dual AC in the room making it very comfortable. The pool on the 8th floor is a real highlight of the property but the gym also is a nice addition on floor 30. Front desk operation hour are also posted in the lobby. Only thing I didn't like was it was kind of loud due to a new building being constructed a couple streets away and they would start up fairly early banging stuff around. Really no fault of the property but something to be aware of as I feel maybe the sound insulation could be better. Maybe thicker windows and curtains to block outside noise.

Staff at reception was very courteous and professional in handling an unfortunate circumstance regards to the room i booked that was suddenly not available to me and gave an apology and offered a prompt alternative solution which i accepted. Location is convenient to shops, restaurants in an area known for vibrant nightlife. Very clean and well maintained rooms, infinity swimmming pool, a little kids play area and a golf putting area which is quite unique. Price is reasonable and worth the value for a short staycation in suburban KL Had some trouble in accessing the room with the key cards but the friendly staff at reception personally came up and resolved.

The lock for our original room was not working but the staffs were attentive to help fix it. When it was clear that the lock was not fixable, they changed our room.
