• Lino (7/5): - El personal muy amable y la ubicación céntrica dentro de la zona fueron dos aspectos muy positivos. La cocina, aunque pequeña está muy bien acondicionada. La habitación es muy calurosa, sin aire acondicionado y dos ventiladores que eran insuficientes.
• Martin (5/5): Mixed experience - The location is central and convenient, close to bus stops and a main shopping mall - The Yumbo. The apartment was a pleasant contrast to the building. It was well-equipped with new appliances, although the iron had burn marks on the plate. The team responsible for the apartment was very helpful and responsive to any issues we encountered during our stay, which we greatly appreciated. The complex itself is quite lively, with children playing in the corridors during the afternoons and people walking their dogs. However, some tenants were spitting and smoking in the elevator, which created an unpleasant atmosphere. The apartment was a pleasant contrast to the building. However, the walls of the bedroom had dark stains, which detracted from the overall cleanliness and aesthetic.

Unfortunately being Gran Canaria there were small cockroaches around the flat and while they were dealt with as quickly as possible, that affected my stay
