- Dayna (6/5): Reasonable home for the price we paid. Overall the place could do with a deep clean with small changes to make it more h - Spacious house for people travelling in a group. Host was very responsive and helpful when we had questions. Good location near train stations and Westfield mall. The AC worked well. We were not aware the unit out back was being rented, it was a surprise when strangers were walking past our windows. There is also a hidden cost of about $100NZD to pay the bond, which was non-refundable - this wasn’t mentioned in the listing before booking.
