• Maia (9/5): Excellent place for a family and friends to stay in Torquay - The property was super clean with great amenities. The kitchen was well stocked for equipment to cook up a feast. The bathrooms were also well stocked for toiletries and had a beautiful bath downstairs. The outside area would have been so good to use if not for the weather. Wonderful views to see the beach as promised. Close to restaurants and shops. Highly recommend this Torquay home. None

The venetian blinds in the bedrooms need a good clean were very dusty and made my daughter sneeze. The backyard was small for the dog to go to the toilet.

Property had everything for a pleasant stay. Communication was prompt and attentive to our needs. Property requires some minor maintenance, ants were a nuisance, disposal of rubbish and full bin made it difficult to dispose of our rubbish.
• Sanja (10/5): Amazing ocean views, everything supplied & easy communication with owners. Definitely worth the stay - Ocean view, spacious home, house layout, everything was supplied, various outdoor facilities. Suggestion: keep babygate on staircase at top & bottom, or just available for guests. Maintenance: BBQ balcony rail is really loose to the point where my son inlaw and husband almost went over the edge when they leant on it.

• Anthony (8/5): Lovely place, very comfortable and clean and a good location. Lovely host too :) - it was a lovely place, nice and clean - very comfortable. great locationn, nice quiet street. Good kitchen, 2 living rooms and a lock up garage too. Nice deck for a having a drink and watching the sunset. Master ensuite could do with a door, also the second living room could have a sofa bed so the house could potentially fit 2 families. It currently has 3 double beds, which is sort of suitable for 3 couples rather than 2 families. But these are just minor suggestions, it didn't affect our enjoyment of the house.
• Anita (10/5): We would come back! - The beautiful bathrooms and bedrooms and the large living areas, in a fabulous location. We found a person working on the property and he handed us the keys. We also knew to use the lock box.

Bins not collected and were filled to the brim before our stay, no additional rubbish bags & logs for fire pit supplied. Property needs some maintenance.

• Heather (10/5): Relaxing, luxurious and well appointed. - The property was fantastic. It was well appointed, had an easy access, fabulous balcony and a kitchen with everything we needed. The bathrooms were lovely and it felt very luxurious. I lived that we could park our car in garage and bring our bags in internally. There was nothing I didn’t like.

With separate living areas and bathrooms on both floors, this would be fantastic for a bigger family or group of friends. Great location, only a quick drive to the esplanade and beach.

• Dierk (10/5): Great family getaway in Torquay. - Perfect location in quiet suburban street. Easy walking distance to beautiful beach in the morning (Jan Juc I think). Easy drive to town for heaps of choices for dinner. Great layout that suited our grown up family of 5 perfectly. No dislikes

• Hayley (10/5): Loved it! - The house was so nice and clean, and stocked well. The location is great and close to centre of Torquay. The bathrooms were nice and clean and there is lots of space if there is a large group of people staying. Definitely would recommend staying here! The ensuite in the main bedroom is open and has no door so it was a little weird when you need to use the bathroom, especially if you’re staying with a group of friends but other than that no complaints.

• Martin (8/5): Lovely views of the ocean. - Lovely view Loose towel rail, very wobbly, tightened it up, laundry cupboards were hanging off. Key in the front door needs attention, if you wiggle the handle it opens even when it’s locked. Could do with a handrail coming down the stairs, it was a little dangerous as they are quite narrow.
