• Margaret (1/5): Never again. - There wasn’t breakfast It was disgustingly dirty. Dishwasher not unloaded and unclean. Rubbish bin not emptied. Mouldy bread and other unsavoury things in pantry. Very stained furniture. Filthy patio and I’m not sure the bed linen was clean .
• Renee (6/5): Pleasant - Reality Nice apartment in a very convenient location but it isn’t a true 2 bedroom. The second bedroom isn’t a legit room I’m annoyed I didn’t pick up on that. As we were to female friends travelling, one of us had to compromise and stay in a room that has 2 sliding doors to close it off from the living room to sleep or dress etc which means no privacy or ventilation so you had to sleep with it open for AC like you would if you were in the living room on a sofa bed - the main reason we paid for a two bedroom apartment was for privacy. That room could use a fan and or ac with no windows it can get hot. That bed was pretty ordinary so I felt a bit jibbed and I booked it so gave up the good room but still expensive. Overall it was fine. No paper towels left. No smart tv or google chrome plug in to cast anything. No glad wrap. No instructions to find the rubbish drop off for excess rubbish. Not obvious in basement. Overall ok but regret not booking a real two bedroom with windows. It should be advertised that it doesn’t have window and have to close two glass sliding doors for privacy with no windows.
• Matthew (3/5): Won't go back - The size of the room was very spacious. Location was ok if you like unclean beaches but close enough to the city. Cleanliness was very ordinary. Dirt, food scraps, lots of dust and dirty tea towells. Dirty marks on the bed sheets. No effort to even hide any messes. Messages sent back and forth seemed to not do much and after checking the history, it seems the normal practise here. Broken main blind with the new one stashed against the door in the walk in robe limited privacy. Smoke alarm detector disconnected and hanging down from ceiling. Very disappointing.
