Bardzo czysto i przestronnie. Dobra lokalizacja. Kawiarnie i sklepy tuż za rogiem. Spacerem po urokliwych uliczkach Alicante do plaży i centrum ok. 30 min. A jeśli ktoś wybierze autobus - przystanek jest pod blokiem. Polecam

• Jordi (9/5): Finde en Alicante con familia. - La atención es excelente y se muestra un gran interés por tu comodidad y bienestar.! la instalación es muy correcta, muy bien equipada y con amplitud suficiente. La limpieza también es muy buena. Todas las habitaciones equipadas con ventilador o aacc. En la zona hay servicios generales, restaurantes, supermercado, farmacia... Por indicar algo, cuesta aparcar en la zona, pero hay buena comunicación en transporte público con el centro. Las ventanas no aíslan suficiente el camión de la basura que pasa 3 veces durante la noche.

• Inma (10/5): Ricardo es un encanto - Hemos ido a pasar una noche porque teníamos un concierto en la ciudad, Ricardo ha sido súper amable. Nos dejó pasar antes para dejar las maletas y nos explicó todo e incluso nos indico donde poder coger bus y donde poder desayunar o comer algo.

La cuisine est moderne et fonctionnelle. Ricardo est un hôte d’une grande gentillesse et toujours disponible. Je recommande vivement cet appartement et, sans aucun doute, je reviendrais chez lui lors de mon prochain séjour .

The apartment is fully equipped, very clean, and about a 15–20 minute walk to the centre. There is also a bus that stops right in front of the building. We liked everything - warm recommendation!

El apartamento tiene todo lo que se necesita, está increíblemente limpio y ordenado. Las camas son muy cómodas, y en general el apartamento superó mis expectativas. No encontré pegas. Todo excelente.

• Cristian (10/5): - Ricardo was extremely kind and welcoming. Even though he didn’t speak English very well, he did his best to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The apartment was very clean and well equipped, especially the kitchen. The location is convenient, close to the city center (about 6 minutes by bus). The bus stop is only 25 meters away, and there is a supermarket nearby (around 50 meters). Strongly reccomend. Bathroom is a little bit tiny, but this did not disturb us too much.

• Zuzana (10/5): - Vsetko bolo vyborne. Apartman cisty a so vsetkym co potrebujete. Ricardo velmi priatelsky . Lokalita ticha, asi 20min pesi od centra. Akurat treba mysliet na to, ze v zimnych mesiacoch moze byt v apartmane chladnejsie.

Czuliśmy się bardzo zaopiekowani :) Mieszkanie zadbane / czyste. Lokalizacja super- 30 min spacerkiem do centrum albo autobus nr 2 zaraz pod apartamentem :) Jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni i polecamy :)

• Estefanía (10/5): Todo genial - Espacio muy bien aprovechado y cómodo en todas las estancias. Muy bien equipado con todo lo necesario tanto en cocina como en baño. Ventanas en todas las habitaciones, ventiladores de techo y aire acondicionado, varios balconcitos. Transporte público, bares y supermercados muy cerca. Check in y check out muy cómodos, Ricardo muy amable. Pasamos solo una noche pero podríamos haber estado mucho más tiempo.

Heel fijne locatie, voor ons op wandelafstand van alle plekken, kasteel, strand, winkelstraat, oude wijk.. Fijn om te mogen proeven,hoe het kan zijn om in deze buurt te wonen. Geweldige ervaring!

• Dzina (10/5): Great apartment to stay - Really nice apartment with very friendly host! There is everything you need for your stay! Comfortable and clean! Within walking distance from the main attractions and the sea (about 20-30 minutes walk), there are shops and places to eat nearby. Recommend it! Everything was great!
• Anna (8/5): Very helpful host - The host Ricardo was very attentive and kind and helpful. He met me at the flat despite it being past check in time and then my flight was delayed so it was even later. He was also really helpful with local information, where the closest shops were, booking taxis for me etc. Ricardo advised me not to drink the tap water and had provided a very large container of bottled water which was really helpful. It would have been helpful to have a few more consumables in the kitchen, for example oil, a few tea bags etc. (I actually used a room spray as oil by mistake as it was a yellow liquid in a spray in a kitchen cupboard! I realised my mistake before adding the food to the pan) There was coffee, salt and pepper but nothing else. The kitchen had good cooking facilities and plenty of pots/pans/crockery etc and was clean and tidy. You could hear pretty much everything from the surrounding flats so it was a little noisy at night. Just normal sounds like doors shutting, water running, toilets flushing, but if you are a light sleeper you might struggle.
• Kat (7/5): Great apartment and very helpful host! - The apartment is clean, big and has everything you need for your stay. The location is also great, you can walk to the city centre or take a bus. The only issue is the upstairs neighbors are very loud and the ceiling is very thin.

• Nicolas (9/5): Superb - 3 bedroom apt in family with 2 adults and 2 kids. Good contact with Ricardo and Gilberto.There are small heaters on every room and living room, which is useful in the winter months. (I think there is AC in the main bedroom and living room.) the location is off-center but full of cafeterias, restaurants and small shops which is nice because more authentic. Direct bus to the centre at the curb. Kitchen was ok (only used it for breakfast or so, not for bigger meals). Minor stuff: with small kids, a few fragile stuff that can be of reach and some furniture is not fixed on the wall, so you have to be careful as parents. Maybe some bigger bowls for breakfast.
