• Andrew (10/5): Fanstastic stays - Highly Recommended! - Hotel Momento at Golden Horn area is terrific - right at the intersection of everything that we were looking for. The facility is very clean & the staff is superb - special shout out for Mr. Sedat who really tries to set things right for the guests. The top floor restaurant serves really delicious breakfasts with much variety & quality foods - not to mention the spectacular views! Highly recommended!

Der Hammer ist die Rooftopbar mit dier sensationellen Aussicht auf Istanbul. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Meerblick und waren in der 5.Etage. Leider mit direktem Blick auf ein sehr altes Haus. Seitlich war der Bosporus zu sehen. Eigentlich hatten wir in diesem Zimmer kein Meerblick.

Salle de restaurant (PDJ et diner) ainsi que le bar (sur le rooftop au-dessus du restaurant) très agréables, et avec une vue magnifique sur la ville Bruit dans la chambre provenant du couloir (ascenseur, ménage matinal...)

• Lisa (9/5): Excellent location and fabulous stay - Fantastic location, easy to walk to all the attractions in Sultanamet as well as Beyoglu, Galata Tower, the Gallery of Modern Art, the waterside promenade etc. The view from our room was superb and despite the central location our room was quiet and we slept well. Breakfast was delicious, plentiful and varied. The staff were friendly and very efficient. Our transfers were easily organised and comfortable and they even provided breakfast sandwiches for our extremely early departure. Thanks to Serkan and the whole team for an excellent stay. Hot chocolate sachets in the room would have been nice but really there is nothing not to like.

• Alberto (9/5): Buena experiencia - Bonitas vistas desde su rooftop y cerca del Galata Bridge El traslado del aeropuerto al hotel, coordinado por ellos, fue un desastre. El barrio dónde está el hotel es solo de tiendas de materiales y herramientas para construcción. Poco acceso a restaurantes o cafeterías cerca. Sin embargo está relativamente cerca de los puntos más interesantes y turísticos.

Ontbijt was fantastisch, ontzettend lekker met een waanzinnig uitzicht over de Bosporus en het oude deel van de stad. En dan het personeel: voortreffelijk! Hartelijk dank aan Eren, Sinan en Sedat voor hun uitgebreide hulp bij het boeken van restaurants, activiteiten, het lenen van de Istanbul Kaart, en het vriendelijke ontvangst. • Carolin (10/5): Wenn Istanbul, dann in diesem Hotel - Die Lage des Hotels ist einmalig. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Blick auf die Galatbrücke und das Goldene Horn. Wunderschön! Das Zimmer und das gesamte Hotel sind extrem sauber. Wenn wir vom Frühstück kamen, war das Zimmer schon fertig - einmalig. Das Frühstück findet in der obersten Etage statt mit einem gigantischen Blick über die Stadt. Dort kann man auch zu Abend essen. Frühstück und auch Abendessen vielfältig und von hoher Qualität. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die Freundlichkeit aller Angestellten, Herr Sedat leitet dieses Hotel einmalig. Mein Mann hatte während unseres Aufenthalts Geburtstag und wurde sogar am Frühstückstisch überrascht!!! Herrlich! Ich kann auch den Chauffeurdienst vom Flughafen empfehlen, € 50 pro Fahrt. Hat bestens geklappt! Alles perfekt!

Obwohl die Abholung vom Flughafen aufgrund der Verspätung unseres Fluges zunächst nicht ganz problemlos war, hat er alles schnell und professionell organisiert. Sedat und sein Team waren jederzeit erreichbar, haben uns mit Informationen geholfen, Unterstützung angeboten und sich um alles gekümmert. Auch der Rücktransfer vom Hotel zum Flughafen wurde perfekt arrangiert. Man hat sich jederzeit gut betreut und willkommen gefühlt. The breakfast is delecious and the view of the port is mesmarizing. Sedat at the lobby was polite, generous and helped us alot.

First of all, the location is perfect — the Galata Bridge is very close, the tram is just a 5-minute walk away, and you can reach the Old Town on foot in about 20 minutes. Most importantly, the location and the view are absolutely amazing — it’s worth staying here just for that. The breakfast is delicious, and all the staff are polite and kind. Highly recommended! The cleanliness of the hotel is fully achieved .thanks a lot to the cleaning lady on the sixth and seventh floor. The sea view is breath taking. The hotel is in the center of many beautiful areas in Istanbul, and very easy to reach Everything was at excellent level
