- raymond (8/5): Wonderful place - Comfortable place to stay. It's nice to be able to sit/eat outside before or after long day walking or sight seeing It's quite dark inside so the lights have to be on all day
- Kyra (10/5): Incredible apartment - Perfect location, beautiful courtyard, inside the apartment was very comfortable.
- Emmanual (10/5): Fantastic apartment, great value for money. - Gorgeously decorated apartment, friendly hosts, excellent location. Stairs can be a bit challenging for older guests.

- Jennifer (10/5): Highly recommend - So cute, nestled in a backyard in the middle of Rome. Right outside a couple of feet is Campo de Fiori were you can pick up fresh ingredients and cook in the apartment. It was exceptionally clean and very functional with cute and cozy decor. We slept amazing in in the bed, the mattress, blanket and pillows were very comfortable. The host are super nice and make sure they can accommodate to your needs. Can definitely recommend and will be back if I go to Rome again. Nothing, everything was amazing
- Vilde (10/5): Great stay in the heart of Rome - Amazing placement, very nice hosts, and super cute apartment altogether!

- Dagbjort (9/5): - Perfect location!
- Mb (9/5): Great! - The location was great we could walk to most places and there was public transportation. The host could not have been nicer and more helpful. Staircase was fine for me but could be challenging for people with mobility issues.
- Bettina (10/5): Ein tolles Erlebnis in Rom - Einfach alles.
- Butler (10/5): Lovely place with lovely hosts, just the best - The location and the coziness. Nothing
- Muhammad (9/5): - great location, clean and cozy
- Hervé (9/5): -
- Zsolt (10/5): - Lovely and cosy place in the middle of the historical center. Everything is within walking distance. The owners were very welcoming, our plane landed quite late but they were extremely helpful with our late check-in.
- MMGT (9/5): -
- Beata (10/5): Perfect place to stay in Rome! - Perfect location, in the historical place, near Camplo de' Fiori. Nice and helpful hosts, we could leave the luggage before check in. Very nice apartment which was perfect for 4 people. Nice place outside to sit down and have a glass of wine.
- Natalia (8/5): - La ubicación, y estaba muy limpio.
Los anfitriones han sido encantadores. Algo ruidoso y las camas algo incomodas
- Nana (10/5): - A very attentive and welcoming host. The apartment is set in a beautiful historic building — ideal if you want to experience the authentic atmosphere of medieval Rome. The location couldn’t be better. It would have been nice to have a slightly larger shower, but this in no way detracted from our overall experience.
- Markus (9/5): -
- Anna (9/5): - Amazing location, cozy, very comfortable flat that has everything you may need. Monica and Christiano were lovely and very responsive.

- Antonio (10/5): - The unit was perfect for us. Location was phenomenal, Great Hosts!
- Valerii (10/5): -
- Hannah (8/5): - Beautifully decorated,
Position in the center of the city
Comfortable large bed
- Walsh (10/5): - Wonderful conversation and caring attitude Nothing
- Cyrus I. (10/5): -
- David (9/5): Comfy apartment and superb for exploring Rome on foot - Fantastic central location in Rome . Next to busy market in the morning , but a square lined with restaurants in the evening . very quiet though so close . Small , but comfortable apartment , with all you need , and good air con for summer stays .The owner , who met us to hand the keys was very friendly , and helpful . The shower , as others have mentioned , is a bit of a tight fit !
- James (10/5): Would highly recommend this apt. - We absolutely LOVED the location. Nestled in heart of neighborhood. Walking distance to so much. Roomy apartment. Clean. Updated. Decorated beautifully. Owners/managers were accommodating to an early check in. Nothing we did not like. Loved everything.
- Margaret (10/5): Perfect location in a historic property - Our host, Cristiano, met us with the key and took us to the apartment. It is such a wonderful location -like stepping back in time. The apartment is well equipped. Perfect location -literally steps away from Campo di Fiore and about 5 minutes to Piazza Bavona. Lots of eating options in the area. We walked everywhere -Trastevere, Forum and Colosseum. Cristian kindly arranged our taxi to the airport at the end of our stay. I would highly recommend this accommodation. We were very happy.
- Patrick (10/5): Have stayed in Rome many times, this was the best place we’ve stayed in. - Great position, lovely courtyard, right next to Campo Dei Fiori, very responsive owners re making arrangements (respond to email, advice etc). Three rooms, spacious, stylish and comfortable. Nothing really- maybe some more teabags!
- Mark (10/5): Perfect in every way, beautiful location, size and fascilities - Its location is local to majority of the tourist sites. It was clean and the owner friendly and knowledgeable.
- Jennifer (10/5): Cute Cottage with plenty of character - Great Location, could walk everywhere. Close to lots of great restaurants. Felt safe as a solo traveller. Great coffee machine too Everything was perfect!
- Jonathan (9/5): Cozy hideaway in a great location - Cute courtyard, very comfortable, air conditioning works well in the Italian heat, location is great for nearby restaurants and not too far from the closest bus stop The shower is pretty claustrophobic, and the entrance is going to be too narrow for people that are very overweight. It got us clean though and it was otherwise an ideal apartment.
- Cory (8/5): -
- Deirdre (10/5): Fantastic place to stay - Walking distance to everything. Tranquility within a large city was amazing. Walk out during the day you are launched into a market square but at night it transformed into a part atmosphere Shower is a little small.
- Christiana (10/5): - As the reviews note, the location is perfect - set back from a lively area in a quiet, lovely medieval courtyard, and easy to reach many of the key attractions by walking. Welcoming hosts, easy check-in, comfortable and charming room. A wonderful stay!
- Ann (10/5): Beautiful apartment in the perfect location. -
- Eley (10/5): great people and beautiful city - location and history of the place small shower
- Jimmy (10/5): Quiet, well furnished stay in a central location. - The location is very central to sights and restaurants.
- Heather (10/5): Friendly, convenient, quiet oasis! - Although the apartment is very near some of the busiest and historic sites in the center of Rome, it’s tucked away in a charming little courtyard so it’s very nearly silent. So quiet that the first night we arrived, jet lagged, we slept for 16 hours!! It was very convenient and accommodating; we were able to arrive very early and store our luggage at the very cool art studio next door and we could have done so after check-out if we’d needed to. Also, although Campo de Fiori itself is now quite touristy, the little lane the apartment is off of heading in the other direction has lots of small, interesting boutiques and studios. Grazie mille, Cristiano! The A.C. in both rooms works wonderfully (it was 100 F in Rome shortly after we left, so this is important!!), but it was a bit humid in the apartment. Probably because it is indeed so tucked away, almost like a little cave, which is why it’s so peaceful. A dehumidifier might be helpful?
- Daniel (6/5): Pleasant - Location and nice/helpful owners. Pretty courtyard. Stairs to apartment are very tight spiral steps. Tough carrying luggage up and down them. Watch your head. Bathroom small. Tiny balcony.
- Jill (10/5): Exceptional - The hosts are fabulous and the location is amazing. Loved the historical aspect of the courtyard and the apartment.
- Katherine (10/5): Exceptional -
- Ann (10/5): Convenient, quiet within walking distance of all attractions. - Great hosts.
Beautiful old courtyard.
Outstanding location but still quiet at night.
Great for a single person. Only the narrow stairs up to the apartment made it harder to access.
But when you get there, there is a lovely outdoor space for coffee or a glass of wine.
- Jennifer (9/5): Thank you! We loved our stay! - The apartment was beautiful, big, and we loved the outside sitting area! The shower head in the bedroom was not working well.
- Damien (10/5): Exceptional -
- Renee (10/5): Exceptional - The location was perfect, the actual apartment courtyard is a historical landmark. Christiano was so happy and very welcoming! I plan on going back in two years bringing family and plan to stay here again! Thank you Christiano and family for sharing this warm and beautiful place with others!
- Erika (8/5): Very good - Location was perfect and our hosts were very accommodating. Shower was very small but probably to be expected for location.
- Gavin (9/5): Very enjoyable. Wonderful, reliable hosts. - Perfect location - seconds away from Campo De Fiori in the heart of Rome - a highly recommended base from which to explore the sights mostly on foot. As it appears the apartment is in a quiet little nook off a small lane and is like a secret world.
Also the hosts are very good people. We had a bit of a calamity and 1 point and they deal with it brilliantly: with generosity and warmth. Happy to recommend them to anyone.
We were a family with 1 child and the double bed room and double sofa bed were great. The 1 bedroom apartment is small but full of character and was ideal for our needs. Although the general area is busy it wasn't very noisy. All good
- Lee (10/5): Exceptional -
- Anthony (3/5): Not as advertised - Great location, plenty of character for a single guest. This was a very tight studio apartment, NOT a one bedroom house as described when booking. Only a few of the photographs actually show what you are booking.
- Rebecca (6/5): It was fine, but not what I expected from the booking. - Hosts were nice and responsive. The location is very convenient. The courtyard is very quaint. The website is very deceptive. When I booked it, I looked at the beautiful pictures and comments and unfortunately, many of the pictures and amenities were referring to other apartments on the property. This was not at all clear from the booking. When I booked it seemed like there was a single apartment which I could assume would have what I saw on the Booking site. For example, I thought there would be a living room, a washing machine etc. I've been using Booking for years, and generally I find it very dependable. In this case, unfortunately the description and pictures were not what I expected.
- Janet (9/5): Great apartment in central Rome, close to everything but very quiet! - Wonderful little apartment in a quirky, medieval courtyard just off a bustling square in the centre of the old town of Rome. Very close to lots of cafes and bars, a big market, and a small supermarket where you can buy anything you need. Hosts were lovely and the apartment was simply but well equipped. The bed was very comfy. Walking distance to all major attractions. A microwave would have been handy and tea towels would have been useful too but these are not essential.
- Charles (10/5): Exceptional - The shower would not suit larger people - I’d say if you were above 100kg you wouldn’t be able to fit in !
(10/5): Exceptional - Beautiful authentic place in the middle of Rome. Best location possible. In the center of Rome night life .Close to Campo De Fiori market, Lavona piazza, and all the main attraction. Comfortable bed.
It was just perfect. Nero entrance to the apartment.
- Dale (8/5): Very good -
- Salvatore (10/5): Exceptional -
- Kristina (10/5): Exceptional - Loved everything. I found the mattress too hard for me, a topper would be great.
- Peter (8/5): Very good - Friendly hosts who were only too willing to help make our stay better.
Fantastic location at Campo di Fiori The Leaking toilet that started leaking overnight. Took a couple of goes to fix but all good in the end.
- Tracey (10/5): We loved staying at Campo Fiori- - So well appointed, had everything we needed and more, excellent linen and towels, incredible location. The hosts Christiano and Monica were so lovely, esp as I became ill- very helpful and kind, genuine hospitality. Spacious, amazing atmosphere, warm, comfortable beds for 5. 2 bathrooms was a bonus ! The courtyard was quaint and character filled. Incredibly quiet overnight and in daytime- esp given the location! Nothing! One night (of 4) was noisy as a documentary was filmed in the common courtyard - but shows how quaint and ‘properly Rome’ it really is!
- Hannah (7/5): Good - Fantastic location and very kind hosts! To be honest the shower is quite small but manageable!
- Alexander (10/5): Exceptional - Monica and Cristiano are the great hosts. The location and the environment of the Campo de Fiori is the best. All is great
- Good (10/5): Fantastic location, steeped in history, comfortable, and wonderful! - The location was absolutely amazing! The history of the property, the ambience of the apartment were outstanding. This is an excellent property that I would be happy to return too. Nothing at all. It was perfect.
- Mark (9/5): Quiet retreat in a great location - Extremely nice and helpful owners
Calm and secluded location in a central, convenient part of the city.
Kitchen Tight stairway up to the apartment
Very small shower
- Victor (7/5): The apt is located beautifully but needs more attention from the owners who are available and very friendly. - It’s located in famous ( Who knew?) Medieval courtyard. Very charming. The apartment is modern inside and lovely design. The bath and Kitchen were as well. lovely . Walk out of the courtyard and you are in the busy Campo De Fiori. Restaurants and vendors galore. Their was a mild lingering odor of cat? Or wet dog. A scented candle helped. The toilet would not totally stop flushing at times. It even flushed itself a couple of times. Apparently a build up of minerals was the cause. The frig would not totally seal until the owner chipped away the build up of ice.
- Genevieve (8/5): Quaint and clean apartment in a wonderful location. -
- Van (9/5): Perfect! - Location is awesome and everything was arranged as expected. Good coffee. Perfect stay!
- Evangeline (10/5): It’s was perfect place to stay, - The place is great, close to tourist attractions, restaurants just around the area, perfect. There’s a distinct smell when you get into the property.
- Oksana (9/5): Great location on budget - Nice and clean apartment, best location you can have in Rome. Nothing fancy but clean and comfortable. We had no problem with noise from outside . The owner arranged out transportation as well and we could not be happier about it. Some narrow stairs to go up so don't book if you have mobility problem or can't lift your luggage. very small shower
- Tony (9/5): Superb - The location was perfect, walking to nearly all tourist attractions like Trevi, Trastevere, Pantheon, Spanish Steps and even the Colosseum (30min). The host Cristiano was very kind and the check in/check out process was very smooth. It was almost perfect except for the shower which we considered was very small. Also we had s
- Alan (10/5): Best location in Rome - Everything!! Nothing
- Martin (10/5): Exceptional - Such a nice place! Tucked away in a quiet, historic courtyard (google the address for more info!) just a few steps from Campo de Fiori, this place is truly a hidden gem. The perfect place for a weekend stay. The hosts were very welcoming and friendly! The cute cats in the courtyard add to the atmosphere.
- Florin (10/5): All in all, a fabulous experience! - Excellent hosts. Very comfortable apartment with all amenities. Excellent location, walking distance to the Rome historical landmarks, including Vatican. Plenty of restaurants nearby, the apartment is right next to the famous Osteria da Fortunata.
- Amir (10/5): Exceptional -
- Olya (7/5): Good - Location is perfect!
The hosts are great, pleasant and available for any issue.
The apartment is clean, the kitchen has everything you need - microwave, coffee machine. There is no isolation between the rooms - there are "holes" in the wall, the bathroom is inside the bedroom.
The most problematic issue is the noise from the street. It never stops, you hear people walking and talking over your head, and tools moving to the neighbor restaurant. The windows are high, like in semi-basement.
- Gregory (10/5): Great location, well furnished apartment! - Spacious with a comfortable balcony. Washing machine was really nice to have. Location is perfect for exploring Rome.
- Kate (10/5): Exceptional -
- Noa (9/5): Perfect location, great clean space - Great location, loved that there were 2 bathrooms, the owners were lovely Wish the AC was a bit stronger - but we arrived during a 40 degree heatwave.
- Lisa (10/5): Exceptional - Perfect location! Beds are super confy. Monica and Cristiano were really helpful and arranged quickly for a taxi for our departure. Next time I am in Rome I will definitely try to go back.
- Kirstin (10/5): Air conditioning oasis - We were met on the street and shown to our room. Our luggage was taken up for us which was incredibly nice as you have to go up a spiral staircase to get to the apartment. The air conditioning worked very, very well, and we arrived in a heat wave, so it was a nice escape from it! I'd stay here again and again! Nothing!
- Tracy (10/5): Perfectly located, comfortable studio. - The location was perfect. A small but delightful studio with everything we needed. Nothing.
- Magdalene (8/5): Great location, but older unit. - Location was great. Host Christian met us though we arrived late. Helped with bags up and down the spiral stairs .
They kindly provided a clean of the bathroom and rubbish and change of towel but no sheet change in middle of our 5 days upon our request. The pots and pans were peeling. Should be replaced. 1 hair dryer was not functioning well we avoided using it as worried that it may cause a fire.
More towel rails to dry towels.
Locks to door abit stiff and difficult to turn.
- Edward (10/5): Perfect for a family of 3! - The host was very gracious, providing extra coffee, restaurant suggestions and good tips. The location was about as good as you could want, especially if you like being close to an active market without the noise. Loved it and will look to stay here again if possible.
- Lise (8/5): Perfect location! - Perfect location in the most pittoresque courtyard in Rome. Good wifi and ac. Very nice outdoors space. Patient hosts! :-) The lower appartment was a bit humid and therefore a bit smelly. Lack of toiletries - we were 6 of us and we ran out of toiletries so we had to buy our own. The lower appartment did not have 2 closed rooms. The upper appartment had very small showers. Consider booking your own airport transfer as it was 120 euro nighttime one way for 5 people booked through the host.
- Thi (10/5): Exceptional - 2 night
- Chihching (10/5): Exceptional -
