• Guido (7/5): - Gute Raumgröße und -aufteilung, auch für 3 Personen Separate Dusche und Toilette Schöne Einrichtung, alles war vorhanden Leckerer Kaffee aus Kaffeemaschine Alles sauber und gepflegt. Tolle Anbindung an das Stadtzentrum durch die Straßenbahn, Haltestelle vor der Tür. Die Brachfläche am Haus ist eine riesige Baustelle!! Um 6:30 ist die Nacht vorbei, Ausschlafen unmöglich! Zumindest im Sommer. Die Sonne heizt die Wohnung auf. Ohne geöffnete Fenster in der Nacht ist kein Schlaf möglich. Fenster zur anderen Seite gehen zum Flur/Treppenhaus. Dieses ist muffig und das Gebäude insgesamt heruntergekommen (Flur-Toiletten, abfallender Putz, zugemüllter Innenhof). Kein Aufzug (uns egal, aber für alte oder körperlich Beeinträchtigte Menschen ist die Wohnung im 3. OG nicht geeignet). Die Wohnung hätte eigentlich 9 Punkte verdient, Haus und Umgebung kommen jedoch bei uns nur auf 3 Punkte. Schade.

• tomfu2016 Xxx (8/5): - Gefallen hat die moderne Ausstattung, der unkomplizierte Zugang zum Appartement. In der Gesamtbewertung ein sehr zu empfehlenswertes Appartement. 🤩 Der Zustand im Treppenhaus, machte den Eindruck von Renovierungsarbeiten. Sicherlich waren das Badezimmer, Toilette und Küche gereinigt wurden, aber Monate alter Staub auf den Fußleisten (zu. B. in der Toilette) fand ich nicht so toll.😐

• Manon (9/5): - Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cet appartement ! L'appartement est bien aménagé, très bien équipé, il y'a tout ce qu'il faut ! Je tiens à souligner la propreté du lieu : tout était nickel (cuisine, salle de bain, chambres). L'accès est facile et autonome, l'hôte réactif. Je recommande à 100%. Le logement est un peu éloigné du centre, mais accessible très facilement en tramway. Le tram se situe à quelques pas de l'appartement et on arrive dans le centre en une vingtaine de minutes.

• Juulke (8/5): Aanrader: mooi ingericht appartement met een goede verbinding naar de binnenstad. - Heel mooi en gezellig ingericht appartement. Alles zag er zo nieuw en goed verzorgd uit! De bedden waren fantastisch! Het was vrij warm toen wij er waren, dus gelukkig waren er ventilatoren wat voor ons voldoende was. Het koken op 2 pitten was soms een beetje improviseren. Heel attent was dat er koffie en thee klaarstond, net zoals doucheproducten. De communicatie met de host verliep soepel en prettig. De locatie is ideaal: buiten het centrum (wel met uitzicht op de stad), met tramhalte(s) en supermarkt(en) op loopafstand. Het gebouw waar het appartement in zit, is erg oud en in de gangen ruikt het dan ook zo. Dat is de host verder niet aan te rekenen, maar het is een nogal groot contrast met het appartement.
• Alessandro (7/5): Buona esperienza, ma lontano dall'essere perfetta - La posizione era Abbastanza carina, a circa 35 minuti a piedi dal centro e a meno di 20 dal Prater, la casa è molto pulita e dotata di tutti i servizi necessari per, qualora si volesse, cucinare e mangiare all'interno dell'appartamento. Facile il reperimento delle chiavi e l'ingresso in casa, la cassetta ci ha permesso di ritirare le chiavi anche ad orari scomodi, quindi approvatissima! Peccato per i bagni non finestrati(quello con la doccia non dotato di ventilazione) e per la vista dalla camera che dava su uno spiazzo in cui vi erano delle demolizioni in corso, questo causava a volte dei tremolii che si percepivano soprattutto quando si stava a letto. Inoltre i cuscini di uno dei due letti non erano cuscini da letto, molto piccoli e scomodi, consiglierei di dotare entrambi letti degli stessi cuscini. l'appartamento poi era al terzo piano in una struttura molto vecchia, mal tenuta, che puzzava di muffa e sigarette, questo però non è certo colpa dei proprietari, ma da tenere a mente dato che la finestra di una della camera affaccia proprio all'interno del complesso.

• Susana (6/5): Alojamiento agradable si no te importa subir escaleras y tienes fuerzas para cargar con maletas. - El apartamento estaba bien, la distribución bien, el servicio de toallas, utensilios cocina… correcta también. Una gran cafetera con café de grano muy bien. La ubicación no estaba mal ya q el tranvía llegaba al lado y con buena frecuencia de trenes aunq no está céntrico céntrico. No tenía ascensor, el apartamento estaba en un tercero, escaleras de piedra estilo caracol. Las obras frente a la ventana, no tiene aire acondicionado e hizo mucho calor, las camas pegadas a la pared imposibles de hacerlas.

• Bleona (10/5): Coziest - The warmest and coziest place I have stayed. The weather in Vienna during my stay was close to 0 degree but we found the apartment since first day to last one . Clean pavement, clean sheets and comfortable bed .

Renovated, spacious, clean, well furnished, baby cot was made available upon request. - No elevator, located on top floor - Construction ongoing in the neighbouring aparment, very early morning noise, dirt, smell of cigarette smoke penetrating the apartment - Microwave would be nice
