• Dragon (4/5): Too many stairs, no lift, in a wonderful part of Napoli. - It was right in down Napoli with all the stores and restaurants. Huge problem was the stairs! 75 stairs! It should put in the description not accessible for anyone that does not climb mountains. Seriously, anyone with any health issues should not be staying at this location. You have to make sure that when you leave, you’re not ready to come back until you are ready for bed. Also not made for anyone with Luggage. No lift and getting your luggage to that floor was unbearable. All of the facilities inside really don’t mean anything when you can’t be there to enjoy them. Wi-Fi did not work some of the time. With only having one set of keys. If one person wanted to go out, the other person was left with no electricity. My husband was not in any condition to be doing those stairs to begin with, and I had to carry all of our luggage up the stairs. He had to stay in the room one of the days because he could not do the stairs again.

Menaje escaso y antiguo, todas las cosas desiguales y viejas. No dejaron suficiente papel higiénico, gel, champú y lavavajillas para tantos días, solo para el primer día. Siamo stati accolti con puntualità e gentilezza dai proprietari. Piccolo neo.... si trova al quarto piano senza ascensore 😅

La camera era veramente sporca, con peli, capelli e tonnellate di polvere e grumi ovunque. Veramente uno schifo.

• Anita (8/5): Osvaldo was very informative at check in and very patient waiting for us at the apartment, once we got there he was very - Location was fantastic as we could walk to everything. View from our window was great to watch the traffic and people walking by. Be prepared for the stairs.
• Loredana (8/5): Estate a Napoli - Appartamento piccolo ma completo di tutto, lavatrice inclusa,stendino e forno a microonde. Sarebbe stato meglio lasciare il cambio degli asciugamani,visto che ci diamo fermati 7gg. Nella doccia bisognerebbe aggiungere dove appoggiare il doccia schiuma.

• Ramon (8/5): Overall the location of the property is great, it’s clean and close to Via toledo. - We super love this place, the location is perfect, super close to all the food you want to taste, close to grocery, wet market and all the famous restaurants. Almost all pizza is great around this place. The best restaurant where we order food to take away is the Trattoria Annare which is right below this property, you can order the best seafood pasta, and all their menu is great. The property is clean and with washing machine inside it’s very convenient. Shopping is very cheap around Naples and is close to the port were you can hop on a short cruise going to different island like Capri, Sorrento and even Pompeii. Located across a convent with bells ringing early in the morning to wake you up. The property is located on the 4th floor 76 steps with no elevator but it was a good exercise for us. If guest are elderly and with knee or feet/leg injury, they will have a hard time. The chair is not comfortable if you are here working for 8 hours.
• Amer (9/5): Superb - The location is amazing but make sure you don’t get to it by car for narrow streets. The agency representative Osvaldo was very friendly and helpful. The apartment was clean and very well equipped and prepared. 4th floor with no elevator.

• Sacha (7/5): Good - We really liked the fact that the appartement was located in a great location, close to many restaurants and the metro station Toledo. There were too many floors to climb... The room wasn't very clean, including the floors and the bed in which we found lots of hair...
• Chiara (8/5): Very good - Great location in the middle of the Spanish quarter, and close to the harbour, within walking distance from airport shuttle bus, several musea and different neighbourhoods which are fun to explore. Very friendly service. Apartment was exactly what I expected based on the fotos. Also appreciated the airco. Absolutely fair pricing in my opinion. The apartment could have been cleaner, some corners were quite dusty. It's also on the 4th floor without elevator, which is great if you enjoy a workout but important to keep in mind for those with physical impairments or a general aversion to stairs.
• Shani (5/5): 5th floor- no elevator!! - The room was very big, there was a kitchen. Good location. The room is on the 5th floor without an elevator (it was written in very small letters in booking only if you entered through their link). There was no consideration as one had a disabled mark. They didn't even offer compensation for the matter. They did us a favor by bringing us more toilet paper (we only got 3 for 3 days) and that's only because a room next to us checked out. The beds was hard and not comfy.
• Alon (7/5): Nice apartment in central location on 4th floor with no elevator - Spacious apartment, with everything you may need. The apartment was clean with a small living room, a kitchen with a kettle and some basic utensils, washing machine, small balcony. Big and comfortable bed, couch that can open and host more people. Two sets of clean towels were provided. The location is great, it's right near via Toledo, but not directly on the main street so it is more quiet and less busy. There is a great restaurant, with great pizza right by the entrance to the building. The apartment is on the 4th floor with no elevator, and the stairs are high and hard to climb. Shower stream was a bit weak. The price for late check in was high and we feel like it could be avoided. Only 2 rolls of toilet paper were provided and the customer service said that it is not included and if we need more we should buy. The owner sent us an additional "check in form" by email which was basically a rental agreement contract that we had to sign before check in - this was very unusual even for apartment-type properties when ordering on booking.
