• Tim (3/5): Poor - The apartment was lovely and the pool was nice. Complex and the apartments indicated that they were wheelchair friendly however when we got there the access gate was locked and needed a key .Once we got the key we were then told that we could not use the gate as they were painting .We had hired a mobility scooter for my mother which was now not able to get through the only other access which was a much smaller gate .We felt trapped and asked by staff where would you want to be going anyway .Ridiculous. Following day the gate was blocked by tables .That was it we had enough .We booked a flight home to tremendous expense with 3 days still left on our stay .The whole ordeal was very upsetting as we have never encountered the likes in our 30 years visiting wonderful Lanzarote .
• Isabella (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment was absolutely amazing she had thought of everything. We could not get the tv to tune in and she came and got it tuned in. She then allowed us to stay on as our flight was later afternoon. Would highly recommend it. We will certainly be back and hopefully be able to stay longer.

• Adam (9/5): Peace and quiet. - Place is really, REALLY peaceful and quiet. Perfect for those who want to be sure there will be no kids running around and yelling all day as majority of residents are retirees. Nice little pool (but big enough for a swim) with seemingly more than enough loungers (November). 10 minutes walk to the nearest beach. 15 minutes walk from local mall with many pubs and restaurants. Kitchen sufficiently equipped, decent sized fridge for longer stays. It would be nice to have some coffee and water upon arrival, some sugar and basic seasoning (salt and pepper). Air con unit paid extra. Not much of an issue, but you will need 1€ coins which many don't have on the arrival. Proximity of airport means there's occasional noise from landing and departing planes, although we were aware of this while booking and as keen plane spotters - can't complain. Just something to be aware of.
