L’emplacement de l’appartement est un luxe absolu pour se déplacer dans Athènes et les villes voisines, absolument tout est à proximité, tout est accessible à pied, les transports en commun, les boutiques, les quartiers les plus intéressants d’Athènes, les monuments, tout se fait facilement à pied. Le logement est très confortable, bien équipé et propre. Absolument rien à redire. C’était parfait.

Lots of space, clean, comfortable and perfect location for so many key sights in Athens (and a super easy walk from Syntagma train station). The jacuzzi was great, and easy to use. • Roman (10/5): Great location, awesome apartment - Great comfortable bed in a separate bedroom with en-suite bathroom and jacuzzi in the bedroom, full kitchen and comfortable couch in the living room plus access to a separate toilet. Also access to the balcony towards the backyard of the building complex (quiet) from the living room. We had an amazing 3-night-stay as a couple. The location of the apartment is extraordinary, everything can be reached on foot. The host Tom was really helpful, proactive and friendly :)

• Amanda (10/5): Such a lovely, sophisticated, and fun place to stay. Will absolutely be booking again in the future! - Everything. It was super clean, very modern, absolutely gorgeous. The hot tub was so fun and has colorful LEDs and a system to link to music (FM, MP3, Bluetooth, etc) and it was so relaxing. The host was so kind and accomodating; he stocked the fridge with lots of water and even provided a bottle of wine. This is literally my favorite place I’ve ever booked. Literally nothing. Maybe the fact that I had to leave so soon. 😛

We got water, wine and even tootbrushes and other things for free. It has 2 huge TVs and 2 bathrooms. Its very quiet place to stay Jaccuzi is working perfect. In the city center close to everything. I WOULD STAY HERE AGAIN I couldnt stay longer. You dont get city view from balcony but it is no problem.

Also the handsome boy welcomed us in apartment and hand us the keys, even our airport express bus got into traffic jam, he never complained and still gave full introduction. few hygiene travel sets are left in bathroom, different brands but all empty, better to throw away before next visitor check in. Also there's a separate room next to our living room, it's locked but still we can hear people chatting inside.

The location couldn’t be better – right in the center, with everything within walking distance. The apartment was spotless and modern, with every detail thoughtfully taken care of: from toothbrushes to coffee, sugar, and even a bottle of wine as a welcome gift. There were also six bottles of water in the fridge, so we didn’t even need to go shopping right away – a wonderful touch! The facilities were impressive: there was a jacuzzi in the bedroom – a real highlight. Additionally, there were two large TVs, one in the living room and one in the bedroom, both equipped with streaming services like Netflix. The two separate toilets were also very convenient. The bed was large and incredibly comfortable, perfect for a relaxing stay. The host, Tom, was extremely friendly and helpful. He explained everything in detail, made us feel truly welcome, and was always available for any questions. The check-in and check-out process was effortless and very convenient. This apartment offers everything you need for a perfect stay, and we highly recommend it. We’re already looking forward to coming back! Thank you so much, Tom, for the amazing hospitality!

• Sheila (10/5): Just choose this one! - Excellent location near everything you’d want to see in Athens and only a 6 minute walk from the metro that takes you to the airport. Tom was a lovely host. We stayed two nights and used the Jacuzzi tub which was amazing for recovering from the big walk. There was two bathrooms in addition to the jacuzzi tub; one with a walk in shower. The little patio is private, quiet and great for morning coffee. Two huge smart TVs easy to connect with casting from your phone. This choice is a no brainer. It might be nice to outfit the suite with a reusable coffee pod for the espresso maker, or have a French press or stove-top espresso maker in the suite. (Minor suggestion. Everything was perfect 👍)

• Kenneth (9/5): A great stay! - This apartment was almost perfectly located in the heart of Plaka near Syntagma Square. Lots of great little shops and restaurants close by, and short walking distance to many historical sites and museums. For those who are light sleepers, be aware that there are some neighborhood bars right across the lane from the apartment. On weekends, it may be more of an issue but they did have electrically operated steel shutters which helped reduce the noise. We were not affected too much but good to be aware. The apartment was spacious, had two bathrooms ( 1 shower ), a living room and two large televisions ( including Netflix ) for those who need the entertainment. It was comfortable but made more so by Tom the host, who was very accommodating and helpful with great recommendations for restaurants! Overall, we had an excellent 4 night stay and appreciated being close to great eats and unique little shops that were far better than the typical tourist traps! Finally, the location was very safe and the electronic door entry system plus key made us feel very secure with our belongings! The noise from the bars/ restaurants very close by. As mentioned, we were not too affected by it but some might be.

Tom was a great host, location 3mins from Syntagma square and train station. Jacuzzi was great to jump in after all day touring Athens in the heat. If I get to come back to Athens I'm restating here.
• Oren (10/5): An excellent experience and highly recommended - A perfect location - very short walk to any major attraction and within a 2-minute walk to a great selection of restaurants and bistros. Yet, extremely quiet and no noise from the street penetrates due to a double window insulation. Very specious with a fully equipped kitchen and a washing machine. Two toilettes - in the bedroom and the hall. A great shower (we actually didn’t use the jacuzzi for lack of time :-). Two big size TVs - living room and bedroom. The one in the bedroom on an adjustable arm so you can watch from the bed or the jacuzzi. Comes with a Netflix subscription in place, but being a smart TV you can also log in to your own AppleTv, Prime or Disney+ subscriptions. Shaked and Tom were very helpful and responsive through whatsapp and connected us with a lovely taxi driver that took us from the airport and at the end to the port for real sensible prices. Also equipped the fridge with a few bottles of water and a nice wine bottle as a welcome treat. We liked everything

I asked him where I could buy the liquid detergent, he sent me the location. But when I arrived, He had it. The apartment was superb and way beyond our expectations, the apartment is very big, spacious and is very well kept. The location is perfect, everything is within comfortable walking distance. Just outside the building there's a lovely bar with great atmosphere but the apartment is very well soundproofed so we didn't hear any noise from outside. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay, and will definitely come back to when in athens. Everything was perfect :)

The apartment was impeccably clean, tastefully decorated and modern, and equipped with all the amenities we could need for a perfect stay. The location is fantastic, within a walking distance to the vibrant Plaka neighborhood and to the ancient ruins to visit. The neighborhood is safe and offers plenty of options for dining and entertainment. Communication with Tom, our fantastic host was through WhatsApp. He was very responsive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. He asked every day if we needed something. Before our arrival, he provided us with water bottles in the refrigerator and welcome bottle of wine. Toothbrushes, shampoo, and towels were provided as well. We arrived very early morning and Tom kindly suggested to keep for us the luggage until the apartment was ready. Overall, I highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting the area. It's a true home away from home, and we can't wait to return on our next visit!

Everything was practical and the bedroom’s balcony doors (double triple insulated) drown out the noise from the bars right across and under the balcony. We easily managed a good night’s sleep - Comfortable: suite was clean, welcoming and had everything we needed and more to feel at home away home. It is exactly like the photos we saw online before our stay, and better in person. Amenities as listed with hot water, equipped kitchen, washing machine, jacuzzi, and Tom left some water bottles and a bottle of wine for us to use and enjoy during our stay. - Convenient location as everything was a walking distance from the suite N/A - we liked everything

The host was extremely helpful and eager to assist when we encountered issues with the Jacuzzi. Additionally, the location couldn't have been better, as it was centrally located within walking distance of everything. The beds were comfortable, and the entire apartment was well-equipped for both short and long stays. Highly recommended! There was some problems with the hot water for the first night and we couldn't use the jacuzzi at all. Luckily the host helped us fix this.
• Jesse (10/5): Hidden gem in a great central location - Hidden gem in a great central location The apartment is newly refurbished and nicely decorated and has everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Two toilets, one shower and jacuzzi. Sofa and several TVs. Plus kitchen, microwave, fridge, oven and hob, washing machine, plus coffee pod machine and kettle. The apartment was very clean. We had extra towels and utensils to cook if we felt like it. The jacuzzi bath was a perfect way to relax after a busy day sightseeing. There is a bar directly outside open until late, but we didn't hear anything thankfully due to the good noise insulation. You can easily use the metro to get to and from the apartment, a few mins walk from Syntagma. However, we walkwd everywhere as 10-15 distance to all the historical sights and nearby district's, Plaka and Monastiraki. Tens and tens of food options on the doorstep. There are so many places serving different types of food, so you can try something different every day. If you choose to cook at the apartment, there are supermarkets in the area. Tom was a friendly host who checked in with us to make sure everything was OK and was available if we needed recommendations for places to visit and eat. He asked if we needed someone to come in and clean, needed clean towels. But we were ok. Tom also arranged a taxi for our early flight home. This is a lovely place to stay, and we would recommend it to others. The apartment felt very secure and safe. Nothing to not like
• Matthew (8/5): Beautiful apartment, great host, will be returning absolutely! - Beautiful brand new apartment 5 mins walk from The main square, so many coffee shops, fusion food restaurants all around and some great bars. The hose Tom was super friendly who speaks perfect English, welcomed us with a cold beer, bottle of wine and chocolates so nice! He was super easy to communicate with over whats app I broke the bottle opener and within the hour he replaced it without any bother or charge to me. Beautiful property inside & felt like home. It’s the same for us in London, if you choose to stay in the central part expect noise. The bar is literally outside the main window, I was in there myself in 2am the first night so I won’t complain. But the host literally put 3 layers of window to block the noise. If you’re a family that needs to sleep at 8pm I wouldn’t like it. But as someone who is exploring the city during the day & sleeping later at night it wasn’t a problem. Do you research & expect like the most big cities the noise is there.

The apartment is perfectly located close to the Acropole and close to all the archeological sites. The house, equipped with everything we needed, made it a comfortable stay for my girlfriend and me. • Musz (9/5): An amazing week in a wonderful place - From the moment we booked the apartment until our arrival, we had excellent contact with the owner, who answered all our questions. Despite our late arrival (we were there after 11 p.m.), our host, Tom, was waiting for us with the keys to the apartment. Everything was shown and explained to us. A small welcome treat was waiting for us in the apartment, which was a very nice gesture from the owner. The Zeos jacuzzi suite is equipped with all the necessary things (kitchen and bathroom fully equipped). Towels, bed linen and hygiene products are available at any time, just inform the host about such a need. Whole equipment seems to be brand new . The apartment is located in the very center of Athens, 15 minutes walk from the Acropolis and 2 minutes from the main shopping street. There are dozens of restaurants, pubs and cafeterias nearby. The location of the apartment itself is very safe (I stayed there with a several-year-old child, so safety was my priority). The apartment is located on the mezzanine. On the side of the small garden there is a small balcony with two chairs and a table (we were there at the turn of December and January, so we didn't have the opportunity to use it). From the other side (the bedroom), the window overlooks the street, where there is a pub a few meters away (usually open until 2 a.m.), but fortunately the windows are well soundproofed, so the noise coming from this side is basically completely muffled. All rooms have an independent air conditioning system and the windows are equipped with external mechanical curtains.After a long day spent exploring the wonderful city of Athens, a dip in the jacuzzi is amazing and super relaxing. To sum up, it was one of the best apartments I have ever stayed in. I don't think we have ever felt so taken care of during our trips as during our stay in the Zeos suite. I will certainly stay in the same place during my next visit to Athens. The apartment is connected to the second apartment by a door (a door between the apartments makes it possible to move between apartments in the option of renting two apartments), which means that we are exposed to noise if our neighbor is noisy.

They were extremely responsive and always offered their help for any questions. The location was great in the plaza near everything. The jacuzzi was a great way to end the day after a lot of walking. It would have been nice to have milk for coffee but I know the staff tried to find- it was a holiday. Everything’s else was great.

• Sofia (10/5): Perfect choice for central stay - Perfect location, walking distance from everything, just around the corner from Syntagma square. There are 4-5 parking stations at the adjacent block. Cost is about 30-40 euros a day. Our host was wonderful and cared for everything we and the baby needed. The apartment is fully equipped, you will hardly find anything missing. Nice large double bed! There is a wine bar just outside the bedroom window. Thanks to really good soundproofing you hardly hear anything (especially when the a/c is on) but I don't know if the same applies for autumn/spring when you don't need a/c.
