Smoking inside the apartment as well as events, parties or any kind of loud music or noise are not allowed.
The cost of cleaning includes the general cleaning of the apartment and the change of sheets and towels.
The apartment must be left tidy, without any food or garbage remains. Failure to comply with this rule may involve extra cleaning costs.
Travel crib is offered upon request and availability with a fee of 20€ per stay.
Check-in time starts at 6pm until midnight. We may offer free early check-in if we don't have a check-out on your day of arrival. Check-in from 10pm until midnight might have an extra charge of 45€.
Late check-out until 3pm may be possible if there isn't another check-in on the day of your departure, with a 45€ cost.
We are committed to Rent Responsibly Standards to ensure you have a peaceful, safe and memorable stay with us. We use a noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. Best-in-class guidelines are followed: our system does not record actual sounds or conversations, it simply monitors the noise level measured in decibels, being 100% privacy compliant without any electronic video surveillance monitoring the interior of the house.
A minimum age of 21 years old is required to check in.
A deposit pre-authorization up to 900€ needs to be covered in advance by credit card. This amount or any relevant amount won't be charged if the house is returned in the condition it was received. There will only be a charge in the form of calculated compensation for any damages found after check-out.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

- Anton (9/5): Общее впечатление прекрасное. - Есть всё необходимое для проживания . До пляжа 200 метров. Уютно и чисто. Рядом магазин. Красивая набережная. Своей парковки нет, но всегда можно найти место поблизости. Сильная слышимость. Показались несколько жёсткими правила проживания прописанные в инструкции: штрафы за расходование сверх нормы воды и электричества( какие эти нормы, не понятно)

- Kitty (10/5): Lovely apartment in lovely town - It has a nice peaceful feel. It's clean and modern, very well equipped and felt very secure. It's handy for shops, beaches and cafes. The communication was very good as well. We loved Santa Pola, especially the castle, parks and salt museum. We will be back.
- derick (7/5): Great location close to everthying - Great location just minutes from the beach and 10 min walk to the harbour - sadly the air con with heat was broken for our two wk stay but were given heaters : Hallway dark and a light outside the door would have been better =lovely restaurants and take away tapas bars close by - we were there December so no outside space did not affect us really as lots of nice places to sit in the sun locally Broken air con - heaters given for two rooms helped though

- helen (6/5): - Beliggenheten og byen. Alt kommunikasjon med personalet, uren sengetøy, uvasket leilighet og mistenkelig kamera i leilighet som ikke er avklart enda. Nye feilinformasjon fra utleiestedet som ikke har ting under kontroll. Vi har en pågående sak med dem.

- Poonum (10/5): Beautiful apartment and very well located within 3min walk of the beach! - Location, space and decor! Was a lovely apartment to stay at and had all the amenities needed for a family of 4 (2 adults and 2 children). We will def return again!
- John (7/5): Lovely apartment in a good position, but suffers from no outdoor space. - Lovely modern apartment. Very well equipped and spotlessly clean. Close to the beach and shops. Struggled to park close to the flat. No outdoor space or balcony. Single bed mattresses very firm and uncomfortable. Double bed mattress was better but mattress protector was far too sweaty to sleep on. No instructions for air conditioning or other appliances, but Marc was very helpful on Whatsapp. Great to have a dishwasher, but not enough dishes to utilise it effectively, so need to wash up by hand, but no practical draining rack for dishes or decent sized tea towel for drying the dishes. This might seem picky, but these are simple things to correct which will make the experience much better.
