- Schmidt (8/5): - Einfache Unterkunft, aber es war alles da, was man benötigt. Guter Ausgangspunkt. Sebastian war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Atmosphäre ist wie in einem Hostel, aber mit eigenem Zimmer. Man konnte am Haus nicht erkennen, dass man richtig ist und es sah überhaupt nicht einladend aus. Wer da empfindlich ist, sollte sich lieber etwas anderes suchen.
- Chema (1/5): No esta en condiciones para hospedar a gente - La ubicacion Cuando llegas y ves la fachada del edificio ya te anticipa lo del interior, el vestíbulo esta igual de dejado y cutre con un montón de botellas de agua abiertas delante de la puerta, entras dentro y tienen un espacio común con mobiliario cada uno de una forma diferente, da la sensacion que lo han ido recogiendo de muebles usados, en el patio esta lleno de electrodomésticos viejos, que parece el patio de la chatarreria que hay en un local de al lado La habitación mas de lo mismo no hay mesitas en su lugar en un lado un pequeño mueble sin puertas ni estantes. En el otro lado de la cama una mesa tipo camping como mesita y un mueble zapatero. No hay lámparitas solo dos focos que dan una luz que parece que sea de dia, no puedes entenderlas de noche, para no despertar a tu pareja La cama solo tiene la sabana bajera, en vez de la otra sabana tiene una especie de colcha En el baño la mampara descuajeringada se aguanta por una brida de plástico y si la mueves se cae. Las gritería tanto de la ducha como del lavabo toda oxidada, La ducha no tiene sifón por lo que el olor a cloaca en el baño es permanente, como no cierres la puerta se extiende a toda la habitación No puse el aire acondicionado pero dúo que funcione, tiene un lateral de la carcasa quemado y por delante toda la pared con síntomas de pérdida de água En general, se nota falta de limpieza En fin una tomadura de pelo, no soy exigente, pero considero que no llega a un mínimo para poder hospedar a gente El nombre del hospedaje " Tu lugar perfecto " lo encuentro una tomadura de pelo

Je pense que pour le billard, il devrait y avoir des horaires. Après dix heures le soir, plus personne ne devrait y jouer Le problème des voisins qui parle fort après 0h00 mais vous n'êtes pour rien.

Duża i dobrze wyposażona część wspólna ( stół, krzesła, taras). ciut daleko od głównych atrakcji miasta, ale komunikacja miejska ok.

- Davina (8/5): Buena experiencia - Buen alojamiento. Camas cómodas y buenas ventanas. La ubicación es muy correcta y es de agradecer tener un espacio donde poder cocinar y lavar la ropa. El chico que nos atendió, majísimo. Nos hizo sentir como en casa. No nos gustó que las toallas y la ropa de cama fueran oscuras. Tampoco que la habitación diera a la sala de estar: por la mañana nos despertaron los otros huéspedes desayunando.

- Navarro Serrano (10/5): Nuestra estancia en Valencia - El tema de la ubicación fue perfecto podías conectar con autobús con metro y tranvía para poder ir de punta a punta de la ciudad sin preocupación y el aparcamiento muy bien en la misma puerta todos los días tenías sitios y si no era ahí en la misma puerta un poquito más atrás o un poquito más adelante pero siempre había sitio la habitación estaba genial el personal muy atento nos dieron las llaves podíamos entrar salir a cualquier hora como quisiéramos y seguridad en la habitación tenías tu cerradura tu llave muy bien lo recomiendo En general me gustó todo no tuve ninguna cosa que no me gustará me gustó mucho y repetiremos

- Toni B. (7/5): Práctico y cómodo, aunque con poco aislamiento sonoro. - Tiene todo lo necesario para pasar la noche. La habitación dispone de llave, lo que aporta un extra de seguridad. Además, cuenta con televisión y aire acondicionado, ambos en correcto funcionamiento. La zona común de cocina y comedor es compartida con el resto de habitaciones, lo que puede restar algo de intimidad. Además, las paredes de separación entre habitaciones son bastante finas y se escuchan con facilidad los ruidos, lo que puede resultar molesto para descansar.

Está limpio, hay bastante espacio, el aislamiento acústico es bueno y está cerca de una parada de autobús o a 20 minutos a pie del centro. Se lo recomiendo a todo el mundo.

- GadulKa (8/5): Przyjemne miejsce w niezłej lokalizacji - Dobrze wyposażona część wspólna, dobry kontakt z gospodarzem, wygodne łóżko, pokój przestronny z aneksem kuchennym,, blisko do przystanku. Do starego miasta 1,5 km. Nie ma parkingu, ale parkowanie w okolicy jest bezpłatne, choć znalezienie miejsca nie jest najłatwiejsze. Drzwi kabiny prysznicowej były chyba niekompletne - według mnie powinny się składać z trzech elementów, a były 2, wyposażenie nadgryzione zębem czasu. Jedyne lustro było w łazience nad umywalką.
