Я много лет путешествую и этот вариант размещения полностью соответствует понятию «радушное гостеприимство»! Мы насладились отдыхом там и с удовольствием бы вернулись вновь. Спасибо! Бывает шумно на улице и от соседей, но это почти неизбежно в Риме)
• Mark (9/5): Perfekte Unterkunft für drei Personen - Das Appartement ist hervorragend gelegen – in einer ruhigen Gegend, in der man dennoch zahlreiche charmante Restaurants und Cafés in unmittelbarer Nähe findet. Das Zimmer im Erdgeschoss war für drei Personen absolut ausreichend und sehr gut ausgestattet. Es fehlte an nichts, im Gegenteil: Als besondere Aufmerksamkeit gab es sogar einen Sekt zur Begrüßung sowie Zutaten für Pasta. Das Bad ist modern und makellos sauber, die Betten sind groß und äußerst bequem. Für drei Personen kann man sich wirklich nichts Besseres wünschen – absolut empfehlenswert! Nichts.

The location is good and well connected by subway Unfotunately, someone broke our car window that we parked in the public spaces but it doesn't relate to the apartment itself.
• Irén (10/5): Minden szempontból megfelelő volt és jószívvel ajánlom. - A tulajdonos nagy kedves volt es mindenben segített. A szállás rendkívül tiszta volt, jól felszerelt és kényelmes. Megfelelő közelségben volt a központhoz, tömegközlekedéssel minden könnyen elérhető.

In ottime condizioni e pulito, ben accessoriato per potersi gestire in tutto: dalla cucina alla lavatrice e asciugatrice (con un bimbo piccolo è stato il top!). La proprietaria gentilissima e disponibile. La posizione ottima, a pochi minuti da metro, bus e tram, si avevano tutte le connessioni necessarie per girare la città! 😊

• Guest (10/5): Super expérience ! - Nous avons vraiment eu l’impression d’être chez nous, comme dans notre propre résidence secondaire. La communication avec l'hôte a été impeccable, elle est à la fois très sympathique et très arrangeante. Quelle agréable surprise de recevoir en cadeau un délicieux vin pétillant bien frais à notre arrivée ! Nous avons également apprécié que l’hôte mette à notre disposition du lait, du jus de fruits, ainsi que des produits de dépannage de qualité. Le logement était impeccablement propre, et chaque pièce est équipée d’une climatisation efficace. Lorsque nous avons dû quitter l’appartement, l’hôte nous a permis de laisser nos bagages sur place jusqu’à l’heure de notre départ pour l’aéroport. Elle semble être une perfectionniste, faisant tout pour satisfaire ses clients. Une expérience vraiment top, que nous recommandons vivement ! Si je devais faire une toute petite remarque à propos de cet établissement exceptionnel, ce serait qu’un micro-ondes à disposition nous aurait été vraiment utile pour réchauffer un plat à emporter.

It’s a safe residential neighborhood The room is in the basement and the building is noisy. One night there were loud noises from teenagers partying uptil midnight. If you have younger children that might be a problem

Many restaurants and groceries all over the area, very short drive to all main attractions, the apartment comes with everything you need and the host helps with every problem that could happen. It was absolutely amazing. Probably the best apartment we have ever been to. Everything was perfect We can say that a toaster and microwave could have made it even more perfect, but it almost did not matter at all and most apartments do not have these anyway.

The hostess was responsive to our needs and helped us with everything we needed. Everything was clean and comfortable. We would choose it again.
• Lukas (10/5): Beautiful stay in Rome - Located in a beautiful and quiet area of Rome right next to the important church San Giovanni in Laterano, impeccably clean and cozy apartment, beautiful Roman building, we stayed with our newborn daughter and felt immediately at home
• Choi (10/5): Excellent accommodation - Very kind owner. She came there at late night for my schedule to check in and gave me every information for staying there. She even presented me with a bottle of wine and tomato sauce!! Great location for going anywhere as well as dining and daily shopping. Near the subway station, supermarket, and some good restaurants. 10 minutes from famous cathedrals. Safe at night. Very comfortable bed, laundry machine, super-clean house, and kitchen was even more clean than my house. Very delicate equipment like extra towels, soap for laundry machine, etc. Also including an extra sofa bed, which I did not have a chance to use. Exellent, satisfactory accommodation. Definitely, I'd like to stay again for the next visit.
• Valvoci (10/5): Wonderful accommodations away from the hustle and bustle of City Center but easy walking distance. - The apartment was perfect for our week visiting family. Sara met us in front of the building and showed us into the apartment. She provided some items for our first meal and coffee! The cafe across the street also provided complimentary coffee and cornetto. The beds were very comfortable, the bathroom was spotless and lovely. WiFI was fast and we were able to cast our streaming services to the tv. There was plenty of room to put away our clothes and we dis make use of the washer and dryer and dishwasher. We would definitely stay here again. The apartment is a few blocks walk to the metro, there are grocery stores very close by and good restaurants. A short walk to city center.
• Iglika (10/5): I know where I will stay without looking futher on my next visit to Rome! - From the attitude, attention and care of the host to the location, color palette and all amenities, every detail in this apartment is thought out and done with so much taste, aesthetics sense, desire and imagination - I am delighted and convinced that the experience of my first time coming to Rome with my children would not have been so remarkable and delighting all the senses if we hadn't made this FANTASTIC choice of property to stay at. As this is important to me, I cannot fail to mention how clean the accommodation was - just perfect. Many thanks to our kind and so hospitable host.

• Ciafardone (10/5): Wonderful Roman stay in the city centre! - The location is very convenient: 1 minute of walk from San Giovanni metro station (line A). The apartment is fully refurbished and the decor is both stylish and effective. The air contidioning system is perfectly functioning, providing refreshment in all the compartment of the apartment. Owners have been kind and helpful since our very first phone contact. During the stay, they offered a valid support. I really recommend, especially to families with young children (which is our specific case). Nothing relevant to point out.

• Milica (10/5): Wonderful stay - I think this is one of the best appartments I have ever stayed in, definitely cleanest. Sara, the host, was great, she was easy to communicate and very prompt at responding. As we were arriving before check in time she made an effort to make appartment available earlier for us. She greeted us at the apartment, left us some refreshment in fridge and made available for us to cook some Italian food, so that we don't forget where we came :) Also she is offering Italian breakfast in nearby caffe, pasterie and coffee. Overall, the appartament was very comfortable and well-equipped, with everything we needed for our stay. The location was also great, close to the city center and public transportation. I would highly recommend this appartament to anyone looking for a comfortable and clean place to stay in. Thank you Sara for being such a wonderful host!
• Miljana (10/5): All the recomendations for Sara and her nice apartment. - Sara, the host, was very responsive, and we had all the information before our arrival. We traveled as a family, two adults and two kids, ages 11 and 13. The apartment is new and well-equipped and everything was spotlessly clean. It faces the empty plot, so it was quiet during the night. In the apartment, you have everything you need - a dishwasher, washing mashine, dryer, plates, pots, etc. The host left a bottle of the vine, pasta, tomato sauce, and other ingredients necessary for the quick lunch. A sofa bed in the kitchen is enough for one person or two small kids, and there is one double bed and a single bed in the bedroom. We had complimentary breakfast at a cafe across the street. You could choose your preferred coffee and croissant. It was a friendly atmosphere there. The bus and metro station are 5 minutes away from the apartment. You can find cozy restaurants in the neighborhood, too. The neighborhood is nice, but it could be cleaner.

• Yelyzaveta (10/5): Exceptional - The holiday in this apartment was incredible. All the amenities are thought out in detail, every corner of this apartment is bright, clean and unique. The apartments have fast Wi-Fi, TV with all necessary programs, air conditioning, all household appliances and kitchen utensils. The accommodation is located close to the bus station, metro and within walking distance to the Coliseum and other attractions. The owner of this apartment, Sara, is incredibly friendly, bright and always in touch. I have stayed many times in different apartments throughout Europe, but these are the ones I would like to return to many more times. Highly recommended to anyone who wants to spend an unforgettable weekend in Rome
