Guest Reviews
- Carol (8/5): Lovely little hideaway - Everything was set up with love, care and attention to detail.
Beautiful birds and bush setting with a little dam added to the experience. Nothing
- Rachel (10/5): Much needed stillness, relaxation and a return to nature - Ariel the beautifully and thoughtfully renovated vintage caravan was so cozy and comfortable with everything we needed for a few days of relaxation in nature, cooking dinner on an open fire and brekkie on the great little gas stove. The land where Ariel is anchored is a beautiful bush haven to immerse in nature, bird life, plant life, veggie gardens and the large dam with Fire pit alongside, a great spot where my partner hung his hammock.
What made our stay even more special were hosts Gemma and Andi, now friends. Kind, considerate, friendly and helpful. Nothing too much trouble and they genuinely care that you enjoy your stay. When they say let us know if you think anything is missing or not working well, they mean it.
Proximity to Aggie town and beaches, just 5 minutes away. Sounds of the ocean in the early morning. The orange glow as the sun sets beyond the trees. The love and care poured into the land is felt, and the work they do to clean our precious oceans is greatly appreciated. Thank you for sharing Ariel 🧜‍♀️ That we had to leave to return to work!
- Lisa (8/5): Fun experience in cosy caravan - My first time staying in a caravan! Very well equipped and stocked with living essentials you may need e.g. insect spray, torches, cups etc. The caravan and bathroom was very tidy and clean. The
'operations handbook' inside the caravan was also very useful and I referred to it a few times throughout the stay. Gemma was also very welcoming! Mattress was quite thin, we both had some back pain after sleeping in it but overall decent for shorter stays. A little tricky navigating to bathroom at night even with torch, however the night sky view with minimal light pollution meant we could see lots of stars! Ps prepare for mosquitos!
- Kylie (10/5): Exceptional - My daughter and I had the most pleasant stay at Ariel. Gemmi and Andi were excellent hosts, super informative and welcoming. The caravan had everything we needed and was super comfy. Highly recommend.
- Jenna (10/5): Exceptional - Very cute, private, and cosy. Just stayed for the night, but it was a great little spot to stop with my dogs after a long drive.
- Barbara (10/5): Blissful stay at gorgeous “Ariel” in beautiful Agnes Water. - The cicadas are singing, the leaves rustle, and the bush smells lemony fresh and earthy…
Endless cups of tea, kettle whistling.
Books being read.
Sheltering from the summer sun under the awning…curling up in the little nook under the window, watching some raindrops come down.
A stroll and sniff through the veggie garden, a dip in the dam.
Time for some drawing and painting, endless beach walks, stunning sunsets…
It had been years since I stayed in a caravan, and little Ariel delighted in all ways possible.
Attention to detail, gorgeously decorated.
Warm and inviting, private and serene.
The rainwater shower is soft on the skin - bath products supplied!
This little place is perfect.
No tv, wifi, busy-ness of neighbours…eco conscious, with a brilliantly working composting toilet.
You can tell a lot of love has gone in to this vintage caravan, sitting on acreage, in beautiful Agnes Water.
It was so appreciated, and no doubt, I will be back again!
Treasure this little jewel…thank you Gemma and Andi xx Perfect!
