• Hayley (5/5): - Location and room had washing machine The breakfast was very basic not fresh/ not much variety I wouldn’t have opted for it. Photos were deceptive. We only went once out of 6 night stay. Was very disappointed paid for upgrade but the cleanliness of the hotel wow shock 😮 … so much dust and things not clean in the room and hotel. Everything needs a good spring clean. The kitchen cupboards in our superior room had grease running down them. The room was so dusty everywhere. I hope the hotel can find good cleaners.

• Zenaida (9/5): Good overall comfortable stay except for the food at breakfast. - The in-room washer/dryer was a lot of help. Good amount of space. The food selection was not great. There’s really only 2 selection. The buffet was only for a selection of bread and salad. The staff at breakfast were not very friendly and were too restrictive.

Lovely quiet room with comfy beds, a fabulous bathroom and shower, a washing machine, and small kitchenette. Everything we needed for a couple of comfortable nights. We liked everything about this hotel, but they could provide something in the room to hang washing that can't be tumble dried.

• Matthias (9/5): Modernes Hotel in ruhiger Lage und trotzdem alles vorhanden, sowie gute Anbindung an die Bahnen. - Die Lage ist super. Zwei Metro Stationen gut zu Fuß zu erreichen und man kommt so überall gut hin. Etwas ruhigere Lage als direkt im Zentrum und trotzdem alles da an Geschäften und Restaurants. Shinsaibashisuji Einkaufsstraße quasi um die Ecke. Der Boden des Zimmers war etwas abgenutzt.
• Satoko (9/5): In-room Washer/Dryer Was a Huge Plus - The in-room washer/dryer worked very well and dried my clothes nicely, especially considering it was an all-in-one machine. The hotel was a bit of a walk from Honmachi Midousuji subway station when carrying luggage, but it was only a short taxi ride to Nankai Station, where we could catch the direct train to Kansai International Airport. Overall, I would say the location was not bad at all. The room was a bit small but clean and functional. It was quite a walk from the Honmachi Midosuji platform. We had to go up and down several stairs before reaching the station exit, and there were no escalators, which made it a bit difficult with luggage. The station layout was also somewhat confusing. However, once we found the correct exit, the hotel was in a straight line and easy to reach.

They have fake plants above the bed which is full of dust. They also have a headboard with light and that’s also dusty which I ended up cleaning. Try not to trip anything under the bed, that’s also very dusty.

• CT (8/5): Convenient Stay with Great Amenities in Osaka - We had a wonderful stay at Tokyu Stay Osaka Hommachi. The location is extremely convenient, making it easy to travel from one attraction to another using the nearby train stations. There are also many amazing amenities around the hotel, including convenience stores, restaurants, cafés, and shopping spots, which made our trip even more enjoyable. The hotel facilities were practical and thoughtfully prepared for guests. We especially appreciated the drinks machine and the self-service toiletries area, which were both easily accessible and convenient. The room was comfortable, clean, and suitable for a relaxing stay after a long day of exploring Osaka. Perhaps, light snacks can be provided along with drinks machine

Viele gute Restaurants in der Umgebung, und die U-Bahn ist auch mit 2 Stationen an verschiedenen Linien direkt in der Nähe, von welchen man seine Tagestrips starten kann. Die Zimmer sind schlicht gehalten, man hat jedoch alles was man benötigt. Die Waschmaschine im Zimmer ist top. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ebenfalls ausgezeichnet. - keine Aussicht

I also appreciated the selection of soy milk, which was available free of charge. I would like to share some feedback regarding my experience during check-in. When I asked about my luggage, one of the staff members responded in a manner that felt somewhat cold and unfriendly. I regret that I do not recall her name, but I believe it sounded like a Korean name. Also, I noticed a strand of hair near the bidet control panel area, and there was a bit of dust on the glass surface near the table. While these were minor issues, they were slightly bothersome. I would appreciate it if this could be looked into for future improvement.

• Wil (8/5): Pleasant stay - The room was a nice size. Beds water comfortable. No complaints about from Room itself. We like that the washlet was separate from the bathroom. Likef Nothing major. Interaction with staff upon arrival was not what we expected. The layout and location of reception is interesting Would not say it was the best but manageable. Staff was mostly very nice and courteous. Luggage was waiting in room. Nice touch. Pleasant stay Luggage transport out was confusing and not easy. We ended up booking a car service to take us and our luggage to airport.

• Joyce (9/5): Best location to get around Osaka, definitely a great stay! - So close to the train stations and near good food! Loved that there was a location for storing luggage if you still wanted to explore the city after check out. It was great to have autonomy at the hotel.

• bronwyn (9/5): Spacious room in a good location - We stayed in a room with a washer/dryer which was great when travelling for a few weeks. The room was spacious and had a balcony and the bathroom was well designed for two people. There were good restaurants in walking distance.

• Linge (8/5): Very comfortable Osaka stay - We really loved staying at Tokyu Stay Osaka Hommachi. It had the most comfortable beds and pillow of all the places we stayed in Japan, including two different pillows for each person. The bathroom/entry and toilet area was very spacious, and the in-room washing machine was great. We enjoyed a few free lattes/hot chocolates from the amenity bar on the 18th floor, and the location was great - in a relatively quiet area of Osaka, but within walking distance of Dotonburi and only a few stops to the various train stations to the north. While the hotel is right next to a major elevated freeway/road, we didn't hear anything from out 11th floor room and it made for an interesting view! The kitchen amenities were realtively limited - while there was a hot plate, there were not pots or cooking utensils and they appears to be an extra rental (we mostly just had breakfast in the room and ate out for dinner so probably wouldn't have cooked anyway). Electric kettle was good but there were no bowls provided, just cups, glasses, plates, forks and spoons. The main bedroom was relatively crowded with the double bed and two singles set up (plus a small table with 2 chars), so there was limited space to place suitcases down, but it was manageable.
• Hsin-Yi (10/5): - 1.離地鐵站很近（界筋本町11號出口） 2.有免費的咖啡巧克力可以喝 3.櫃檯能幫忙收包裹 4.枕頭有2種可以挑選 5.浴缸比一般的日本飯店大 可以泡澡 房間雖然不能每天打掃，但可以提供收垃圾跟換毛巾的服務，覺得足夠了。可是房間裡有一些需要回收的紙箱，收垃圾時沒有清理到。

• Rachel (10/5): Great location and hotel - Great location and friendly staff. Nice little area to sit in the evening as well and look on onto the Osaka skyline. Washer dryer in the room was a dream and saved a lot of time.
