• Rebecca (10/5): Perfect for a getaway - I loved everything. It was convenient, clean, close to metro and rail lines, there's a washing machine and a full kitchen. Everything was perfect! Nothing.

Facilities within the apartment where good, everything was clean. Check-in and check-out easy and straightforward
• Anna (8/5): Fancy, clean apartment, but far from the center and poor communication from the rental company - The apartment was very beautiful, fresh, and clean. The kitchen facilities were great, and the bathroom was spotless. Overall, the apartment itself was just perfect, exactly as shown in the photos. I would have rated it a 10 if not for the issues below. The communication with the company renting out the apartment was very poor. First, you have to handle the city tax registration and temporary resident registration yourself, which was quite annoying: it took around 20 minutes and required uploading personal documents like passports to a third-party website, which didn’t feel secure. In four other Italian apartments we rented during our trip, the hosts simply took photos of our passports and completed these procedures themselves. Second, our bus from Bologna was delayed by an hour, and I informed the company right away via WhatsApp since check-in was free only until 21:00. They responded that if we arrived later, we’d be charged an extra 25 euros, regardless of the delay not being our fault. In the end, we were precisely five minutes late and had to rush. Thankfully, the very nice lady who met us (not the one responding from the office) said she would convince the office not to charge us, and she did. Still, I think the company could have avoided creating so much stress over a slightly late check-in, especially since we kept them updated. The location was also quite far from the center, with an unpleasant walk along busy roads.

• Sergiu (8/5): Good value and location - Quick connection to city center by bus and tram. Lidl and other shops near. Would have enjoyed some coffee in the apartment. Coffee pods aren't that expensive and show appreciation to the customers

• Karine (10/5): We liked the flat a lot. It was near the metro station, in a quiet area. - Nearly everything. The flat was comfortable and clean. There was no any carpet in front of the shower cabin. Everything else was fine.

• Ірина (9/5): Superb - Good apartment with great location. It’s really close to shopping mall and public transport, not too far from centre and direct connection with the airport! It’s pretty clean and quiet neighbourhood. In case you want have a dinner nearby, there is a great restaurant 600 metres apart. Please check the attached photo! We travelled in January, so we didn’t used AC, but it’s really warm flat. There was no problem to use kitchen or dishwasher . Please pay attention there is no coffee machine. We didn’t use washing machine. Check in. It’s really hard to predict your sharp ETA in advance and then someone needs to wait.

• Elena (8/5): Very good - Very clean, renovated. Manager Rafaal was quite professional. One pair of keys. If you travel with friends and you have different plans it is quite uncomfortable. To provide us with one more pair of keys they refused. No coffee machine. Loud neighbours upstairs. They are wearing high heels at 6 o'clock mornings🤣 and walk all over your heads.
• Tetiana (9/5): Superb - It is enough equipped apartment located not far from the center. But coffee machine would be welcome. The only thing that really disappointed us is the claim we received after two weeks after our leaving. We were accused of damaging of washing machine we hadn’t used during our stay. Hope to receive excuses for inconvenience.

• Rachel (9/5): Great apartment, would stay here again - Apartment is great value for money, and great location with a tram nearby so very easy to get in and out of Florence (just make sure to validate your ticket on the tram / check ticket rules online as it seems to be quite easy to get a fine) Lovely big shop nearby (Coop) for groceries or anything else you’d need. We cooked in the flat most nights and found it to be very well equipped, could have done with some essentials like olive oil and kitchen roll, but we had no bother getting them at the shop. Check in process was very easy even though we checked in very late. Would definitely stay again. No dislikes! If you’re planning on washing clothes while you’re there maybe bring a few washing machine pods as there aren’t any provided. There’s a drying rack but if you want to use the line outside you’d need a few more clothes pegs as well.

• Ltnz (7/5): Nice apartment but too much morning noise - Apartment itself was great and in a nice residential area away from tourist traps. Loud construction noises shaking the building along with an extremely loud neighbouring dog every morning at 7-8am, no prior warning given by the hosts and it resulted in terrible sleeps every day.
