2) Free self-check-in by collecting the keys from a secure box at Calle Valencia 182.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

I do not recommend - Just the location nothing else It started with the fact that the only good thing about this apartment was the location!!! The apartment is neglected, many things are broken, so dirty that we were disgusted to cover ourselves with blankets, touch the dishes or take a shower, the sinks were really disgusting, we were disgusted. In addition, in the apartment below us there were questionable parties that made noise all night without consideration. Ants on the counter. Internet not very good. We contacted the owner several times on WhatsApp, they only responded to the internet that we needed to surf and connect, and ignored the rest! Toilet paper only 2 rolls, the rest you have to buy I recommend that the apartment owners carry out extensive renovations and respect people who come to stay, because accepting such an apartment for such a price is called disrespectful to guests. I have a lot more pictures but it only lets me add four pictures. I took them all for proof.

- Marta (5/5): Bellissima posizione, proprietario non disponibile verso i clienti e poco chiaro - Posizione meravigliosa e terrazza panoramica stupenda Pulizia così così , scortesia del proprietario che ha chiesto 70 euro per il check in dopo mezzanotte ( e prima ne aveva chiesti 50) senza trattare e non è stato disponibile verso nessuna nostra richiesta. Lavandini bagno occlusi. Peccato, perché la casa e la posizione sono incantevoli. Ascensore rotto e 6 piani a piedi da fare .
- Emanuele (7/5): Appartamento molto bello ma fare sei piani di scale 4/5 volte il giorno è stato un disagio - Appartamento posizionato in una zona centrale a due passi dalla metro, terrazza e vista magnifica L’ ascensore era rotto e il nostro appartamento era al sesto piano, sarebbe stato molto apprezzato se l’ host a causa di questo disagio non di peso da noi non ci avesse fatto pagare 30 euro di ritardo sul check in dovuto al ritardo dell’ aereo (che comunque abbiamo tempestivamente comunicato all’ host)

- Vasadze (3/5): Very disappointed, looking forward to some reaction from Booking.com - Great location You have to pick up key on the different location, that is problematic while travelling with kids and suitcases. Appartment was not ready at our arrival time (though it was 17:00 and check in was at 15:00 and time of arrival was negotiated in advance with the host) and we had to wait 2 hours outside. Booking was on 4 person and sofa bed was not prepared and we had to “make the bed” by ourselves. Host usually responds in 1-2 day. During our whole trip (that was 9nights) we did not have WiFi connection and asked for help everyday but there was no respond and solution from the host. The appartmet was not clean. sheets and towels are very old. bathroom is in a bad condition with broken handles, there was a mold on the ceiling.
