• Bev (6/5): Ok but would prefer to pay more and go elsewhere, which is a shame because it could be a lovely hotel but needs some mon - Value for money I certainly wouldn’t call it a boutique hotel. The cleaning wasn’t great - had to clean the skirting boards and edges/corners of the bathroom myself 🥴 The ground floor rooms I looked in all smelt of sewage (including my own) which was very off putting - reception just said to open a window, but clearly there is a problem with the drains as this has been mentioned by previous guests! I even bought bleach for the drains to try mask the smell. Hotel generally tired - works being carried out in the internal outside seating area and tools left on the tables, including a sharp kitchen knife and Stanley blade etc 😳 Not very health & safety!! During the 5 days I was there, I don’t think my room was cleaned once, nor towels or anything else replenished. Had to ask for everything, including drinking water.

• Deborah (10/5): Absolutely first class in every respect and a huge credit to Suleyman the owner. - I have stayed before and loved it so much it's why I booked again. I just love the uniqueness of the building as the 'garden' rooms around the terrace look and feel like lite self-contained chalets. The interior design of the place amd rooms is exceptional and very arty. Above all, what makes thos place so superior is the amazing owner Suleyman and his remarkable staff. Nothing is too much trouble for them, they are all so kind and helpful. The location is great with stunning views at the end of the road. It is peaceful and quiet. The historic tram.is just 5 minutes walk from the hotel entrance and takes you into town very cheeply. Plenty of cafes, restaurants and market stores close by. I have been coming to Antalya for 13 years now and stayed in many hotels and this is by far the best one I have ever stayed in. You have total privacy and peace at this hotel and noone bothers you, it's perfect for solo travellers like myself or couples The cleaners are exceptional and so helpful, they move around quietly and discretely and will help with anything you need. I can't fault this hotel. Just wonderful. Nothing not to like! Incredible place.

Отель расположен ниже уровня грунта под многоэтажным домом. Технические элементы в номере просят хорошего мастера. Болтающийся в раковине водопроводный кран, атпадающая панель спуска унитаза и тд.

Требуется привести к соответствию минимальным требованиям удобства, безопаснос - Отношение персонала , приятное общение, быстрое реагирование на обращения . Рядом остановка исторического трамвая, который двинется в сторону большого пляжа с остановками в старом городе Анталии и торговых бутиках. В шаговой доступности большой прогулочный парк с прекрасным видом на море, хорошие кафе и рестораны для всех уровней финансовых возможностей. Очень удобно, что в шаговой доступности остановки всех маршрутов городского транспорта, которые позволяют поехать в любой район города. 1. В описании не указано, что отель является больше пансионом (не имеет сертификата как hotel) 2. Не указано, что отель расположен на минус первом этаже, что часть номеров имеют окна не на улицу, а в общий закрытый коридор (!) 3. В рукомойнике не предусмотрена горячая вода. В душе вода еле тёплая, напор воды не большой. Требуется ремонт переключателя воды с душа на шланг лейки, т.к. вола идёт сразу с этих двух точек. Т.е. просто ополоснуть себя не получится - душ намочит тебя с головы до ног… 4. Необходимо обратить внимание на то, что если вы выбрали номер для не курящих, то смог от сигарет курящих в соседнем номере будет заполнять весь ваш номер (система вентиляции сквозная на все номера…). В номерах разрешено курить !!! 5. Зимой и когда не слишком жарко, в номерах очень холодно . В каждом номере кондиционер. Но в какой-то момент он перестаёт удерживать поставленную температуру. Кроме этого, от сухого воздуха могут быть проблемы с дыханием . 6. Необходимо быть крайне аккуратными при выходе из номера на открытую общую территорию застеленную гладкой скользкой плиткой: при попадании воды, большая опасность поскользнуться и получить травму !!!! ( это и когда моют полы, и когда дождь, или когда вы будите в мокром купальнике… детей надо держать за руку). Это опасно как зимой так и летом. Резиновые коврики для безопасности не расселены. 6. Необходимо учесть, что если у вас проблемы с переносом тяжелых вещей, то в отеле не предусмотрены спуски для чемоданов и нет лифта (вход/выход только по крутым скользким ступенькам, и достаточно высок). 6. Воду (2 бутылочки) ставят в номер Только при заселении, при том что кулера с питьевой водой на общей территории нет - это нарушение требований турецкого законодательства . (Мне давали воду при просьбе , но один раз отказали, сказали оплачивать….) 7. В номерах есть или комары или что то ещё (появились следы укусов как укусы комора - на лице и руках) 8.

Leider entsprach der Zustand des Zimmers in keiner Weise den Angaben in der Buchungsbeschreibung. Folgende gravierende Mängel musste ich feststellen: – Im Zimmer herrschte starker Schimmel- und Feuchtigkeitsgeruch – Die Bettwäsche war offensichtlich bereits benutzt und nicht frisch bezogen – Insgesamt war das Zimmer in einem unhygienischen und unzumutbaren Zustand Aufgrund dieser unzumutbaren Umstände habe ich mich dazu entschlossen, die Übernachtung in der Unterkunft abzulehnen und nicht dort zu bleiben. Ich habe die genannten Mängel fotografisch dokumentiert und sende Ihnen die Beweisfotos im Anhang zu. Ich bitte um eine zeitnahe Prüfung des Falls und erwarte eine angemessene Rückerstattung des Buchungsbetrags. Für Rückfragen stehe ich selbstverständlich gerne zur Verfügung. Mit freundlichen Grüßen
• Farid (6/5): It's a good stay but they need to fix water problems - The location, the stuff, clean and the price Everything that goes with the water system like toilet, shower and so on. The 2 rooms had problems with the door: so when I leave the hotel, I found out that the door didn't close the whole time. So they needed to change the batteries in both rooms. In my opinion they need to check the rooms after each customer, not only clean the rooms

• Paweł (3/5): Tragiczny hotel pod wieloma względami. - Hotel ma prywatną plaże, gdy zadałem pytanie gdzie ona jest, presonel nie był w stanie odpowiedzieć na to pytanie. Najbliższa plaża była 5 km od hotelu i była to plaża publiczna. W łazience była pleśń oraz bardzo brudne fugi. W pokoju cały czas unosił się zapach wilgoci, której nie dało się pozbyć. Karta otwierająca drzwi pokoju działała do każdego pokoju, każdy mógł sobie wejść pod nieobecność. Lokalizacja hotelu jest praktycznie pod torami tramwajowymi, każdy przejazd był słyszalny i budził rano. Hotel z papieru, wszystko było słychać z pokoju obok. Bardzo dużo robaków w pokojach. 2 osoby z personelu bardzo miłe, reszta jak by tam pracowała za kare. Nie ma tam plaży Movida Beach. Nie wróciłbym drugi raz do tego hotelu.

• UphillMedia (9/5): Literally an underground hotel, fantastic value for money, well connected to the city. - The main advantage of this hotel is definitely the location. The property is right by the tram and 3–4 different bus lines, making it incredibly simple to reach the old city and all the major attractions in Antalya. The best burgers in Antalya are right across the street (Thoth Burger) and Falez Parkı nearby for beautiful sea panoramas. A special mention goes to Mr. K at reception, whose kindness and helpful attitude make the stay even more enjoyable. There are clearly some downsides: poor sound insulation, low water pressure, only warm (not hot) water, heating only via the AC unit, and overall cleanliness that could be improved. Still, this is very much a budget hotel, and in that context it provides all the essentials and even a bit extra. Many negative reviews seem to forget the price range, but for what you pay, the hotel’s value is genuinely outstanding.

И бросала нам прямо в лицо большой стакан. Отказывается она тоже арендовала там размещение. Но уже время давно прошло но она не выходила и в конце она нарвалась на нас вообще без причины. Этот отель не предоставил нам запись из камер на покушение и не принял никакие меры. Они просто смотрели на нас как женщина кидается на нас… просто ужасно

As for the hotel, it’s in a prime location , 5 min from beach and centre yet in a quiet location and the facilities and services feel 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Maybe they can update the bathroom, wobbly sink but I mean all the positives honestly outweigh such a minor point

• Ulyana (2/5): Для переночевать перед вылетом пойдет - удобное расположение Сразу же после заселения обнаружили, что в душе не работает лейка, вымыться было невозможно. Пошли за помощью на ресепшен, прождали администратора минут 10, на звонок она также не реагировала. Пришлось отель брать силой и искать хоть какой то персонал по отелю, чтобы нашу проблему разрешили. Нашли русскоговорящего мужчину, который сказал, что переселиться в другой номер невозможно, т.к. нет свободных номеров, но он решил нашу проблему и отправил к нам сантехника, который в течении минут 20 отремонтировал смеситель. Позже в холле отеля встретили администратора, которая наворчала на нас и сказала, что в звонок можно звонить только один раз, она якобы была сильно занята и не смогла подойти сразу. В целом номер уставший, не хватало шкафа для размещения вещей. В ванной пахло сыростью. Вещи в номере за ночь совсем не подсохли. С горячей водой проблем не было, но напор был слабоват. Нет одеяла, лишь тонкая простынка, чтобы укрыться. На утро мы узнали, что проживали в номере втроем, а не вдвоем 🙈 встретили огромного таракана.
