• Mari (10/5): The absolute best place and host family - ever!! - I absolutely loved my accommodation and above all the most generous, kind and helpful hosts! The absolute best. They picked me up at the bus station and even took me to it on a cold, rainy day. The room was more beautiful than the pictures. The best mattress and pillows throughout my whole trip in the Balkans. Stocked with coffee, tea, snacks and even a medic kit. My beautiful memories of Bosnia started with this family. They set the tone. I will never forget them and my most beautiful room. Also my choice of even another property on the river. I stayed in both.
• John (10/5): An unmissable opportunity to stay in a unique historic monument beside the Mostar Bridge - The location is outstanding and unique - probably the first time we had stayed in a national monument. So close to the Mostar Bridge yet quiet & private. Despite the age of the Old Mill it has been modernised and furnished sympathetically to the history of the property - the owner is a carpenter & this is his passion project. The room is quite small but comfortable & has all the essentials as well as an outdoor terrace.

We feel so lucky to have found this charming and historical place to stay for our Mostar visit. First, the owners, Aida and her family, are the kindest people with whom you will immediately want to be friends. They helped us with parking then carried our bags and showed us to their brilliantly decorated and designed place, down to every detail. They provided so many amenities and snacks you may need during your stay. The shower and bed were great. It was super comfortable, quiet, and clean. It felt very private even while being in a touristy spot. There were 3 of us but can fit another. There is a table right outside where you can eat. The view was outstanding! Everything was walkable because you’re right there at the bridge. It was so much fun staying here! I wouldn’t change anything about it. I’d recommend this place to anyone going to Mostar! You will not be disappointed! Everything was perfect! Hosts, location, view, and comfort = 100/10! We had the best time here!

• RIZWANA (9/5): - Amazing location under the bridge. Its a confirmed old mill.you basically stay at the centre of everything You must know that its just one big room, space is tight. The kitchenette is part of your hallway and bathroom shower has no separation from rest of the toilet. No dry /wet area in the bathroom like a curtain or shower enclosure. 3verything gets wet after a shower

• Sarah (10/5): History, character, location and comfort 10/10! - When I saw the Old Mill Apartment online, I rewrote our entire itinerary in order to be able to stay here for 2 nights and wow, it was so worth it! This apartment is spectacular! A completely unique experience, staying in a piece of history itself. Incredibly well located, close to everything; endless restaurants right on your doorstep, a few steps to the bridge, supermarkets and shopping right near by and the view of the Bridge is jaw dropping. It is bigger than the average hotel room and our family of 4 were very comfortable here, the children sleeping on the fold down beds. Every detail was carefully considered, with so many thoughtful touches, like quality linen, a coffee machine and pods, snacks provided, little boxes with travel essentials you might have forgotten etc. Aida and Denan are lovely people - so warm and welcoming. Having parking organised for us in the tricky Old Town area was also very appreciated. Hands down one of the coolest places we’ve ever stayed and we feel so grateful to have been given the opportunity. Thank you for having us!

The room was awesome and autentic, amazing atmosfere. The view is the Mostar Old bridge, we listened to the sound of the river while having tea and snacks our host gave. • Piotr (10/5): - “Mostar + Red Bull + Old Mill = Perfect Holiday!” 🏰🌉🍹 Picture this: you’re staying in a converted old mill (yes, a real UNESCO heritage site!), with the famous Mostar Bridge right outside your window and Red Bull cliff divers performing practically in your backyard. The apartment? Fresh, spotless, a bathroom straight out of a design magazine, and the fridge stocked with snacks and drinks (our kids were sure it was a minibar – surprise, it was free 🤫). The vibe is magical – a bit like spending the night in a museum, but with cozy beds and modern comfort. Kids = happy, parents = happy, hosts = wonderful. Packing up to leave was the hardest part. If you want to experience Mostar instead of just visiting it – this is the place. PS: Next time we’re bringing binoculars to watch the bridge jumps from an even closer angle 😅.

• Shan (10/5): Exceptional - This is one of the best places that I have ever stayed in. It's perfect! The location is amazing, right next to the bridge and in the middle of the old town. The views from the window and terrace are stunning! The place is beautifully decorated, very clean and the beds are very comfortable. It's very well equipped with lots of extras. Such as snacks, drinks, sanitary pads, iron, hairdryer, umbrella, etc. Lots of nice touches, such as our national flag showing on the TV and a little print of Mostar in a frame to keep as a souvenir. The hosts, Aida and her husband, are the best hosts I've ever met! They met us at the bus station and became our tour guides. They are wonderful, helpful, and generous people who made our stay in Mostar very special. This is the best place to stay in Mostar, and I wished I could have stayed longer. This is a must! From picking us up from the train station, to dropping us off at our next destination which was nearby, taking us to their fast food place to sample their food, supplying a fridge full of drinks and snacks and even a small gift. • Rachel (10/5): Perfect stay - A perfect stay. The Old Mill is right on the river next to the bridge, within the UNESCO old town area. The place itself has all the historic charm and getting to sit with your morning coffee looking at the bridge was amazing! I was expecting it to be more rustic but it has all the modern stuff (new bathroom, TV, fridge, etc). There was a Nespresso machine and (free) snacks, including fruit. The bed was large and comfortable. And the hosts truly went above and beyond. Offered early and late check-in when it was available, and held/dropped my bag at the station (and offered to drive me to the station!) I hope the hosts continue to look after this wonderful place for years to come 💕 Nothing. It was fantastic

• Colin (10/5): Exquisite Accommodation - Old Mill Studio Apartment is an exquisite place to stay in the historic area of Mostar.  The apartment is the original old mill located next to the stone bridge. Aida and Denen are to be congratulated. They are superb  hosts as they care about their guests & the quality of their stay, providing  welcome drinks and snacks plus secure parking. This apartment is tastefully decorated,  clean with a very comfortable bed. We highly recommend staying in this unique accommodation!
• Kyle (10/5): A Perfect Stay witha warm and welcoming hostess! - If I could rate this little home 100/10, I would. From the minute we met with Aida, I felt comfortable and welcomed beyond words. Her and her husband were happy to show us all of our amenities and tell us the history of the accommodation. We had complimented snacks, bottles of water, coffee etc etc. Aida then sent me a list of great restaurants close by, but also some amazing eateries a short walk away which are a hit with the locals, and were a hit with us too. I cannot express how incredibly grateful we are and how hospitable Aida and Mostar as a city made us feel. If you get the chance to stay here, jump at! What an experience!

The bed was very comfortable, the room was clean, parking was provided, lots of snacks and extra little touches made this a memorable stay. Location was perfect, in the middle of old town next to the old bridge, but still very quiet. Aida and Denen are incredible hosts who obviously care about their guests, communication was excellent and they went above and beyond to make sure I had a good stay. I would stay here again and would recommend to anyone I know to book here. This is a one of a kind place, and will be a memorable visit, not just another hotel stay. I hope to be able to return one day.
• Lacy (10/5): Magical location under the Mostar Bridge - This property is in the heart of the old city and connected to the bridge. There are restaurants, shops, sweets and coffee shops within steps. Such a beautiful price of history converted into a studio. The hosts were incredible and helped me with bags, a ride from the train station and snacks for the room. I highly recommend this spot and staying a few days at least to unwind by the river. I had no issues with the property but I would imagine in the summer things could get a little loud from tourists.

• James (10/5): You don’t wanna miss this fabulous place! - The Old Mill Studio Hotel is truly a one-of-a-kind stay. I loved everything about it! You can’t beat the location, right on the river, beside restaurants, unique shops, and the Turkish bazaar. At first I worried it would be too rustic, but it’s not! It’s perfectly clean and airy and the bathroom is very nice and modern. They even have heated floors in the bathroom! The bed also was very comfortable. I cannot say enough good about our experience staying in this little studio and interacting with the host, Aida. She and her husband have thought about every detail to make your stay enjoyable and comfortable. We did not want for anything. I would stay here again in a heartbeat! Thank you, Aida! P.s. if you want some fabulous food, go visit Aida’s cafe called ST% (Sto Posto). It was so good we ate there twice!

The view of the bridge from the window was stunning . The hosts were superb and couldn't do enough for us from meeting us on arrival , arranging free car parking, recommendations of what to do and see and also there a large range of complimentary snacks and drinks provided. The room was decorated beautifully and the bed was extremely comfortable and large enough for my 6ft 8 husband! We are well travelled but can honestly say this was one of the loveliest places we've stayed made perfect with such warm and attentive hosts. Thankyou Aida ..we will return! Nothing

The location could not be better, just beside the beautiful Old Bridge. However, what sets this apartment head and shoulders above any other, is the kindness and thoughtfulness of the host, Aida. She has thought of everything! Clear communication, meeting us on arrival to help with parking and baggage, giving us recommendations. We had a wonderful stay in this most inspiring city and would definitely return and stay at the Old Mill 🥰 Having to leave 😭

Aida and her husband have done a wonderful job of renovating the Old Mill and their attention to detail and customer service are second to none. The apartment is like a little oasis from the crowds and you feel like you are actually staying on the bridge (which is stunning) and gives you a fantastic opportunity to visit the bridge early in the morning and later in the evening (when you are almost alone). Truly appreciated everything - quick communication with Aida, being met at the train station (such a nice touch), the coffee machine, snacks, drinks, toiletries, extra blankets and supplies - everything has been thought of and we were even given a picture of the bridge drawn by a friend (another nice touch and lovely memento). Decor is tasteful and traditional and the quality of the refurbishment and renovation is exceptional. Clean, comfortable, perfect! Thank you so much for everything Aida :) Honestly there was nothing!

• Joseph (9/5): A wonderful chance to step back in time. - The room is in an old mill right next to the old bridge! I got to stay in a UNESCO site. How wonderful is that? It wis a lovely building and the couple who operate it have done a great job. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The location is unbeatable and the view! I really enjoyed it, but there are a few things to keep in mind. First, it is in a part of town that cars can’t get to, so expect to carry your bags a bit. Also, Google maps and other navigation software pretty much just throw their hands up and say “You’re on your own. I got nothing.” The proprietors will help, though. Second, it does require traversing some stairs and cobble stone paths which might be a problem for some. Definitely not ADA compliant. Finally, it is an historic building, so it has a few quirks (small door, a slant on part of the floor, a high bed, few outlets etc). I found all of this charming really.

We felt we were right in the middle of all the action. It was spectacular sitting on the small deck at night. The children had their own little beds to sleep on. Our bed was very comfortable. The accommodation was very tastefully renovated, and the small touches were absolutely perfect. The hosts are such lovely people, they helped us any way they could. We arrived on an extremely hot day, and they were there to greet us at the car park and assisted us in taking luggage to the room. We enjoyed Mostar so much that they even helped us with accommodation the next night (as they had another booking). Would highly recommend 👌 Tip: we went to the local pool but then found there is an old town pool just 10 metres from the apartment. The kids loved it! N/A

Fantastic location right against the famous old bridge in the old town. Nothing- Hospitality of the hosts was amazing. The location is next to none. • Carl (10/5): The best place to stay in Mostar! - This has got to be the best place to stay in Mostar, right next to the Old Bridge with a superb very of it from your window. This is such an historic building which has been sympathetically restored and renovated by the hosts. Great room with so much character and very well equipped, and the quietist a/c. The hosts were amazing, with their communications, helpfulness, and kindness. We loved Mostar, been able to stay in this historic former mill built on the same foundations as the Old Bridge, and the hosts enhanced the experience so much for us. If you get chance to book this do not hesitate as it will be something you remember forever. All good
• Cheryl (10/5): Stunning apt at foot of old bridge! - Fabulous apt. Literally at the bridge. Owners met us at parking and walked us to the place. Stunning. It's meticulously designed inside and I cannot say how much we loved staying here! The location can absolutely not be beat. Had stocked snacks and drinks. Right outside the door is multiple restaurants and even a wine shop that will uncork and give you an ice bucket!

• Saša (10/5): Spectacular! - What an amazing stay! This charming property is literally attached to the Mostar Old Bridge, offers a spectacular view of it, and was perfect in every way. From the moment we booked it, the family who runs the place was incredibly friendly and helpful. The room is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, while authentic decor makes it feel even more cozy. They even provide complimentary drinks and snacks, and take care of parking if you arrive by car. We couldn't have asked for a better experience - everything was simply amazing. I highly recommend this property and will definitely be returning!

What we didn´t expect was our wonderful hosts kindness and hospitality that really made the stay go from great to exceptional. Always quick to respond, very easy handover with the keys and did everything to make it as convenient for us as possible. If I could rate Mlinica higher, I would!

• Burak (10/5): Jewel of the Mostar... - It is highly recommended. The room that they gave us, was actually not a room in the building but separate individual shed kind of self standing structure, right under the famous Mostar bridge, simply but cleverly decorated with local artifacts, kilims and other decorations. The owners are fabolous sweet, gentle people I ever came accross in the hospitalty industry. Needless to say location was great just few steps from the old town and the Mostar bridge. You cannot get anything even close to this unit in this price range. Keep up great work Mr. Kenan and his family. Thank you again for your hospitality and all the help. It took us quite time to find the place, simply because there was no sign or anything, you should call the owners as soon as you arrive the area and help will be on the way within minutes.
• Benjamin (10/5): Perfect location, beautiful room, comfortable bed, great view. 10/10 - Perfect location (the closest room to the Old Bridge!), beautiful, rustic room in an old mill from 500 years ago. Big, comfortable bed. Amazing hosts! They even offered to drive us to the train station after our stay. Would definitely recommend and will stay again. nothing!
• Laura (10/5): Staying in a piece of history, stunning and comfortable. - Once we arrived we did have to call to arrange key transfer. Our hosts were extremely friendly and we did not wait long to get into our room. The same when we left. Payment must be made in cash. Our hosts stocked the refrigerator with drinks and the pantry with snacks, all for free. The apartment is in the old town with access to shopping and dining. We loved our stay. There was even a secure place to store our tandem bicycle. The only thing that could be better is a keyless entry but with the age of the door, you really needed a lesson from the owner on how to open and close it. The history of the place makes it worth it.

• Alukard (10/5): Exceptional - Wonderful place with beautiful views on the bridge and river. The apartments themselves are a historical building that has been restored and is located in the very center of the old town. The owners are very nice and sociable, ready to help and advise, and also respond to messages very quickly. The apartments are warm and cozy. When we were in Mostar, it was raining outside and the temperature was about +9 degrees, but the room was very cozy. If you decide to come and walk around the old town, this is the best place to stay!

• Attila (10/5): The best location with very kind hosts - Hosts (a very nice young couple) were kind, informative and helpfull. The accomodation made from an old and tiny flourmill. It is furnished in a traditional Bosnian style and it is really next the foot of Stari Most. Best location in Mostar.
