• Felix (1/5): Avoid this place at all costs. Worst stay in 10 years of regular traveling - Flat was fully equipped In short: If you’d like to have a pleasant & calm stay in Athens, avoid this place. During my stay I was only able to sleep in 1 of 5 nights & left sick. Detailed: The other 4 nights were either disrupted by construction work (drilling in the flat below) or because of the neighbor above, who seems to move chairs & tables every early morning. Those Plywood-thin walls didn’t hold back any noise. It even came to a point where I got headaches & became sick because of lack of sleep and constant noise. I also experienced a electricity blackout for half a day. (According to the host this was due to some bad weather, but it wasn‘t raining during that time). The apartment is located in a shabby part of Athens, where mostly immigrants and drug addicts are filling the streets. Most likely you’re going to see drug consumption openly, when you leave the flat and walk a few meters. Even if there‘s a booth for security personnel in the building next to the elevator, it was never manned. Given the bad experience & sickness I asked the host to partially refund the paid amount for my stay, which just resulted in just me being ignored.

• Adrian (10/5): Exceptional - Even if I wanted to, I have nothing to complain about this hidden gem 😀 Everything was perfect. The apartment was extremely clean and very spacious. Also it is well equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay. Well conected with the public transport - for example, the metro station is indeed aproximately 7-8 minutes walk from the apartment. As for the host, all I can say are words of praise - very attentive to details, and the communication was perfect. In conclusion, I definitely recommend this accommodation. I have absolutely nothing to complain about.
