- Sylvia (10/5): Well located, clean, secure apartment. - Well equipped apartment in a quiet neighbourhood within easy striking distance to the fabulous Madrid Metro. Supermarkets and all facilities also within easy walking distance. Water could have been hotter and a couple of more items in the kitchen would be good.

- Gonzalo (10/5): Exceptional - Beautiful clean apartment, brand new interior, was such a fantastic location, close to shops, five minutes walk from the metro, pharmacy etc. Very quiet area. Owner was very accommodating and nothing was too much trouble, even when the weather turned really cold they messaged us to ask if we were warm enough. Highly recommend and will definitely stay again.
- Cherilyn (10/5): Exceptional - Apartment had everything we needed Compact, sofa bed comfortable. Warm inside with washing machine / drier. Stove microwave, TV toaster, oven and fridge. On 2nd floor - step free access from entrance Newly furnished and met all our needs It's a bit far from the centre however I knew this on booking this apartment. 11 min walk to ventas station 6 min to parques de avenida. Bus is 4 mins away and takes you to gran via.

Very accessible to the metro and city center. The hosts were very hospitable and made our stay very comfortable. I would recommend this listing to anyone looking for a place to stay close to the city center with the benefits of an apartment
