• Mark (4/5): Good but quite a bit not as described. - The location was great. Communication prior was really good. Apartment is a good size and was clean enough. There was no firestick as advertised. The dryer didn’t work during our stay. Reported but unable to repair. An offer of $30 was rejected as this was to offset us using a laundromat. There was no games console in the property, again this is advertised. The cleaning brush for the BBQ really needs replacing and is not fit for purpose. Made having a BBQ a bit more difficult. I wish we were given the option to have either a balcony or terrace. As the one we were allocated faces the main road passing the complex, so not at all private. We would have never have chosen this and see it as a downgrade to other equivalent properties. The pool, hot tub and sauna good but are shared for the complex so not private as described in the accommodation listing. The hot tub is listed as a room amenity but this is not true as it is in the shared complex. The original listing was described as having 2 living rooms, again this is not true for this property. As we had two teenage boys, we hoped to use one of those rooms as a separate space utilising the sofa bed. We chose to put both boys together as we also needed the living space
• Lindsay (10/5): - Everything! Super clean, great view, comfortable, location, everything. Only thing I didn’t like is that I prefer bed linens to be all natural fibers (e.g., all cotton, rayon). These had polyester in them which is common! Everything else fabulous

• Joselyn (10/5): A relaxing and well-equipped stay with everything you need for a perfect getaway! we would definitely come back again! - I really liked that our unit had a terrace with a back door that goes straight to the hot pool — so convenient! There’s also a BBQ right in the unit, and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. I didn’t expect that they also provided basic condiments like oil, salt, pepper, and spices for cooking. The shampoo and toiletries were full-size bottles, not the small ones, which was a nice surprise and very thoughtful. The only small issue was that we had limited bathrobes for our group, but the team responded quickly when we requested more. Everything else was great!

• Qian (9/5): Excellent! - Wonderful stay with breathtaking snow mountain views! The living space was spacious, with a large living room and three bedrooms. The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. However, the lack of shuttle bus stops made commuting to the ski resort difficult, especially after our car rental was canceled due to high holiday demand. Additionally, without onsite luggage storage, we had to head to the airport 5 hours early with all our ski luggage, which prevented us from hiking or exploring further. Despite these challenges, it was an enjoyable experience overall, and we’d recommend it with careful planning for transportation and luggage arrangements.

• Tathagat (10/5): Wonderful Stay with Excellent Service - I absolutely loved my stay here. The place was exactly as I had imagined, and the staff was exceptional. They were incredibly helpful and patient, even when I bombarded them with numerous questions online before my visit. Their professionalism and kindness really stood out, so a big thank you for that! I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. If I had to point out one thing, it would be the pricing. While it wasn’t overly expensive, I do feel it was slightly on the higher side. A more competitive rate would have made the experience even better, but overall, it was still worth it.

• Paulo (7/5): Good getaway for a weekend. - The property is in a good and quiet location. Swimming pool and hot tub were great for a evening soak. Property is clean, aside with the kitchen. Hosts also provide some board games, child books, robes and swim towels. I know this is very personal but it worth to inform future guesses the mattresses are very soft, which is not my preference. Kitchen pans don't have matching lids which is quite annoying if you going to cook there. Also the kitchen has several grease spots. But overall kitchen is well supplied.

• Maureen (10/5): Excellent, comfortable, bright and spacious 3 bedroom condo for our family of six. - Bright spacious condo with excellent mountain views. Well equipped kitchen for our family group of 6. Cozy living room with good sized TV. Nice large dining table which allowed our group to all eat together. Nice separation of the three bedrooms. The management company, Fenwick, was excellent to deal with and answered any questions I had promptly. Easy check-in with a coded digital lock. The hot tub was also excellent. We have stayed at many properties in Canmore and this was the best. Hard to find a three bedroom unit and this one is great! I should mention that a couple of days before we arrived we received an incredibly thorough email from Fenwick detailing parking, how to get into the unit, info on the property and contact info if there was any problem. This was much appreciated. Just need to know that when you leave the unit you need to punch a number on the keypad so that the door locks.
• Huyen (4/5): Try to upgrade your noise cancellation. - It is clean, good hot tub and pool. The grill was awesome 👍 About the noise policy. It is a leisure trip, it should be fun but some how the noise cancelation was kind of bad that our room got 2 times warning about making noise, even though we just talk and laugh, which was reasonable for a group trip. The clock was 10PM on a Saturday night, and there was no policy related to quite hour. This was a really negative thing about our trip.

• Josip (9/5): Good value - A nice, spacious, and clean two bedroom unit nested in a mountain resort that we knew before. Advantage of booking it this way as opposed to through property management was this unit had better equipped kitchen with dishes and utensils.
