• Laura (3/5): Stairs, tiny 2nd showere and lack of fourth bed detracted from good location - Location The fact that it is on the fourth floor was not advertised, it’s a difficult and long hike up with suitcases We booked the apartment needing 4 beds and this is how it was advertised, when we turned up there were three and the host made on attempt to rectify Furniture in the lounge looks like it needs a good clean 2nd bathroom with shower has very little room Water pressure is poor Toilets need to be pumped to flush The kitchen had no teatowels We did not find instructions for the washer drier Towels were thread bare and smelly
• Tom (8/5): Our family had a great stay in this lovely apartment. Would definitely stay here again: - Great location on a quiet street, 10 minute walk from train station. Many great sites within easy walking distance (Duomo, Ponte Vecchio, numerous museums). The stairs up are a little steep, but you get used to it pretty quickly.

Solo por sugerir algo, pondría alguna alfombra antideslizante en la ducha del baño pequeño y revisaría la instalación eléctrica ya que salta la térmica bastante seguido. Por lo demás, de lo mejorcito que vi en Airbnb
• Christine (7/5): Lovely authentic apartment close to everything, should not be advertised as air conditioned. - Large apartment, with washing machine and full kitchen/bathrooms. Good location. Advertised as with air con however there were portable air cons in each of the bedrooms and the lounge which were not that effective due to the size of the apartment. It also meant that it kept shorting the power out if you used any other appliances.

• Robert (10/5): Best stay in Florence! - Apartment Tacconi is clean and cozy and feels like home. It is very spacious and has everything you need. It's in a central location for exploring Florence.
• Christopher (8/5): Great location for getting around Florence - The location of the property is excellent, walking distance to Piazzale Michelangelo, Piazza del Duomo and Galleria dell’Accademia di Firenze. The property itself had everything we needed and with the furniture and paintings felt like we were in a stately home. The 3rd bedroom stated two single beds but the two beds were tied together as a double bed and we couldn’t separate them from each other. It wasn’t ideal for the two teen boys who were in that room.
• Kate (1/5): WORST APARTMENT AND HOST EVER - NO WORST STAYING AND HOST EVER!!!!! I've been using booking.com for years this is my first bad review. The host of the property is unreachable before check in,the host didn't respond any of my calls,text or email. After self checkin, we found out the apartment was so cold and there is no instructions for heaters to work, one more time I tried to call the host still NO ONE RESPONSE. After a cold night sleep I have no choice but called the customer service to complain about our missing host. Magical thing happened, the host picked up customer service's call it turned out she is not missing she just chose to ignore her guests :D And of courses she refused to admit that she recieved any of my calls,email or text. After I reached her through booking customer service she refused to send someone or show personally to help us with the heater.She asked me send to her pics of the heater first but I can't send pic only text through booking massage, then she asked me to send pics through WhatsApp. I don't use whatsapp so I decided to call her because she aggreed that she would wait for me even I went back to the apartment after 10pm. I called ten times she NEVER PICK UP OR RETURN ONE. And she replied booking message slow and give useless advice. In conclusion, if you want an arrogant, unhelpful and unreachable host, a bad smell old facility tiny bathroom apartment,this would be the excellent choice for you!!!
• Richard (10/5): Beautiful stay in a beautiful city - A fabulous apartment in the heart of Florence. We self-catered in the kitchen with an abundance of equipment. The beds were super comfy and the lounge/dining area was fabulous. Some may baulk at the narrow stairs to the apartment (no lift), but we managed fine.

• Andrew (10/5): A fantastic place to visit the historical city - The location is just wonderful, a little backstreet in the heart of Florence. It was superb. The apartment itself was large and comfortable and well furnished, in a traditional style that is appropriate for visiting a historic city! The kitchen had all we needed (we did not cook a meal there - but it seemed to have everything needed if we did). There were guidebooks on the shelves we had a look at. The instructions (and video) on how to access very clear. Wonderful, wish we had been there longer. only think i did was bump my head on the door of the little bathroom a couple of times! Cannot fault the property for that - but tall people be aware!

The property was in an excellent location - we didn’t have to go far for anything- just a few minutes from Ponte Vecchio. It’s very clean and well looked after. We had a comfortable stay and would love to stay there again.
• Darren (10/5): Exceptional - Lovely apartment. Very comfortable and a great size. Everything we needed was provided. The air conditioners were a welcome addition when it reached 37 degrees! Amazing location. Pretty much in the heart of the city but based on a quiet back street so it was also lovely and quiet. Easy check in (lock box for the keys) so no having to arrange a meet, which is great when you're unsure of your arrival time! The hosts were very helpful. Clear and quick communication. Would definitely return here.
