• Marine (7/5): Très bon logement mais tarif élevé et beaucoup de choses en supplément. - Spacieux, joliment décoré, très bon emplacement avec vue sur les montagnes, aucune nuisance sonore, bien équipé. Surplus élevé pour un animal de compagnie (pas de prix affiché sur booking), tarif supplémentaire pour les serviettes de toilette, climatisation en supplément, pas de lave linge dans l’appartement mais laverie a part (surplus également), paiement de la taxe/serviettes/animal en cash uniquement, besoins du chien hors de la résidence et hors des poubelles de la résidence, tri des déchets strict mais seulement deux poubelles dans le logement,

• Doris (8/5): Ich würde diese Residenz jederzeit wieder wählen, aber beide Schlafzimmer mit Fenster. - Wir hatten eine Wohnung gemietet, die leicht erhöht am Stadtrand von Innsbruck liegt und mit dem Bus sehr gut erreichbar ist. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet, mit schönen Materialien. Eines der 2 Schlafzimmer war ein "gefangenes" Zimmer, d.h. ohne Fenster, worauf in der Objekt-Beschreibung nicht explizit hingewiesen wurde.

• Stefan (7/5): Gepflegte Unterkunft, aber Zusatzkosten beachten - Sehr schöne Wohnung in einem gepflegten Haus. Die Lage der Unterkunft befindet sich etwas außerhalb, jedoch ist die Innenstadt mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln gut und unkompliziert erreichbar. In unmittelbarer Nähe liegt der Flugplatz von Innsbruck, sodass Start- und Landevorgänge der Flugzeuge hörbar sind. Beim Check-in wurde uns überraschend eine zusätzliche Gebühr von 25 Euro pro Nacht für unseren Hund berechnet, obwohl wir diesen bereits bei der Buchung angegeben hatten. Diese erscheint uns zum einen vergleichsweise hoch, zum anderen wurde sie weder bei der Buchung noch in der Rechnung im Vorfeld transparent kommuniziert. Die Kosten für die Bettwäsche in Höhe von 4 Euro pro Person wurden hingegen vorab angekündigt und sind daher nachvollziehbar.

• Alessandra (10/5): - Wunderschönes sauberes Zimmer ! Es fehlt an nichts ! Ruhig gelegen aber mit dem Bus ist man schnell im Zentrum ! Haltestelle befindet sich vis a vis vom Apartment ! Die Gastgeberin ist sehr nett und sehr aufmerksam ! Bekam sogar zu meinem Geburtstag 1 Flasche Prosecco vor die Türe gestellt ! Hatte meinen hund mit und alles hat gut geklappt ! Buche sicher wieder das Kasperhof wenn ich wieder nach Innsbruck komme ! Es war alles perfekt !

• Ekaterina (10/5): Exceptional stay! - We had a fantastic stay at the 4a apartment (the one with a great large stylish kitchen on the main photo). It exceeded our very best expectations! It is very cosy and stylish, 100% true to the photos. The apartment is recently renovated and gives an exceptional feeling of having everything new (furniture, carpets, textile, kitchen equipment and amenities etc.) and an absolute 5* stars hotel cleanliness. We were impressed by the high-end kitchen which one could hardly find in touristic apartments – the quality of the kitchen furniture, equipment, utensils and tableware is exceptional, all premium brands, every small details or whatever you might need is there! The apartment is situated in the suburbs Innsbruck with a wonderful view over the valley of the city and the Alpes from all windows and a big terrace. On the other side of the building you have wonderful mountains view as well. The airport is relatively near (as in most places of Innsbruck) and some plane sound can be heard with the windows opened and outside, but there is no sound at all with the windows closed thanks to their high modern quality as well. Petra is a truly great host, always ready to help, highly professional and friendly. Her attention to each and every detail of the apartment and your stay is impressive. We simply could not ask for more. 😊) It was a great stay we would love to repeat some day! Mattress was a little hard for my personal taste (but it is subjective)

The main bedroom hadn't any windows, which I found disappointing. Lack of fresh air/circulation.

• Olivier (10/5): A very good place - Very good place. A very good bed (beds are often very hard in pensions). Very well equipped. The bus station is right near the pension which makes the center accessible very easily and quickly. Very calm. We had a parking spot so everything was very nice. A very good address.

• Henri (8/5): Great place to stay with friends or family to explore Innsbruck and surrounding area - We did a skiing holiday for a week and visited various resorts around Innsbruck (Patscherkofel, Axamer Lizum, Schlick 2000, Stubai). The location of the hotel is fairly convenient t.i. it's in Innsbruck and public transport is superb. You're able to catch a bus to the city centre (approx 10-15min) and the station is maybe 50m from the hotel door. There are several buses so that was very convenient of having it close by, buses running around the clock and not having to drag ski equipment up the hill later. We stayed in Apartment 2 just on ground floor so didn't really a lot of the views from above (mountains still in the distance). Apart from that the apartment was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked with all necessary cooking equipment (I mean pots, pans, cutlery, dishes for cooking at home). They'd even given us some coffee and filters so we didn't need to run to the store immediately. There's a separate ski gear room/lockers downstairs (with heated dryers) and an elevator in the building. We found it to be quiet and comfortable (didn't really hear any neighbours next to us or above). There's a washer and dryer in hallway (available for 3 EUR per load) from 9-21.00. As our flight got in early, we were able to get an early check-in, which was nice. The hosts were polite and helpful. The cafe right next to building was great in case you want some fresh coffee or nice pastry for breakfast. Coming and going was super easy (key card). Even though kitchen had everything necessary, it featured a fridge but no freezer - so if you want to buy some frozen stuff for the week of cooking, that's not really an option. Would suggest the property just gets a small add-on freezer to elevate the room. TV and wifi worked well but all the channels were in German. It'd be great if there are some English speaking options, at least the news like CNN or BBC.

• Tanel (9/5): A nice holiday apartment in the alps with an amazing view - The location was great, amenities and facilities were good and the host was friendly. Good connection with the city via public transport. Innsbruck's welcome card came in handy! Had some issues with road noise at night.
• Marie (10/5): Perfect stay to enjoy Innsbruck and surroundings - We did truly enjoy our stay @ Kasperhof. The host was extremely kind, reserved and we received a very warm welcome. The flat was perfectly equipped and spacious. The location is superb with easy access via bus to Innsbruck down town.
• Jhen (9/5): Great value for money. - Cleanliness, facilities like air-conditioning but also a shared washing machine and dryer. Close to public transportation, super friendly owners. Oh we adored the 'kittens' outside!
• Mariana (8/5): Nice apartment, but some rooms are with the views and some not - The property is very easy to find with the car. There are enough parking places and even a car charging station. Kitchen garden is one of the most beautifull I've seen! The view on the mountains from the garden is beautifull. Our room didn't have enjoyable views, and one window was just facing the smoking area. The price felt a bit too high for this specific room. Car charging is available, but it was expencive (80 cents per kw). Check in and check out time is very early for us. Though it is quite usual for the area.

• Vasyl (10/5): Beautiful view with super easy city center commute - - location. Mountains view, 100meters from the bus stop, so 20 mins door to door from the city center, hiking path nearby. - host. We drove around 1000km and couldn't be sure of the arrival time, turned out we were quite early, but they allowed us in 2 hours before the check-in. They presented us with the welcome card, which gives free public transport for the stay time - appartement. It contained all the things we needed, like coffee, tea and more. I hate buying those things for a couple of nights Our son complained about the wifi quality, but I can't be sure as i never even tried it - the mobile network was pretty good.
• Giselle (10/5): Exceptional - I HIGHLY recommend Kasperhof if you're visiting Innsbruck! The location was great and it had fantastic views of the mountains. The hosts were so attentive and kind. I really loved our stay here.
• Stefanska (9/5): Overall, amazing stay would come back again! - The property is situated in a good area, very close to the city centre, and with the bus stop right outside. The rooms were very nice, with adequate kitchen space for doing some cooking and a nice bathroom. There is an information room on site and a laundry room as well which was very useful. The host provided us with a welcome card which was great! The deposit charge was a bit of a surprise; it was not an issue, but I would've preferred it had been communicated prior to our arrival.
