Vive ROME - Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement, tout était top, de l'accueil, à la gestion des taxis, des bagages jusqu'à notre départ. Chacune de nos demandes a été entendu et tout a été mis en oeuvre pour nous satisfaire. Nous sommes toutes les trois ravies de notre séjour à Rome, si nous revenons, c'est avec joie que nous reviendrons dans ce lieu. Encore merci à tous les intervenants

• Paul (10/5): Incredible place to call home while in beautiful Roma - Great apartment, spacious beyond belief, super comfortable, great bathrooms, incredible owner A few issues with noisy guests in apartment above (including messing up the elevator twice) that the owner had no control over - but the owner did everything possible to overcome these issues for us.

Laura es muy amable, nos dio tips de la ciudad y atendió a nuestra solicitud para poder dejar nuestras maletas antes del check in. • Yoonjung (10/5): 로마의 환상적인 숙소 - 새롭게 리뉴얼한 곳으로 숙소가 크고 주방, 욕실, 침실, 거실 등 모든 인테리어가 완벽했습니다. 건물에 엘리베이터가 있어서 짐 옮기기 편했으며, 바티칸과 가까워 이른 새벽 바티칸 박물과 가기 편했습니다. 로마에서 좋은 동네에 위치하고 있어, 근처에 상점, 마트, 레스토랑이 많으며, 걸어서 로마 도심 여행하기도 편했습니다. 호스트 Laura가 매우 친절했으며, 호스트가 로마 숙박일수에 맞춰서 여행일정도 추천 해주었습니다. 성인 7명이 숙박하기에 완벽한 곳 이었으며, 로마 여행 가는 사람에게 추천할 생각 있습니다. 이태리 열쇠 시스템이 익숙하지 않아서 Check out 할 때 당황스러운 일이 있었습니다. Check in 시 호스트 Laura가 직접 와서 대부분의 내용을 설명 해주지만, 여러 사람이 이용하는 숙소로 전달이 부족할 때가 있습니다. Laura 가 설명해주는 내용들이 숙소 사용 설명서(열쇠 사용법, 근처 마트, 쓰레기 버리는 법, 세탁기 사용법 등) 으로 비치되어 있으면 더 좋을 것 같습니다.

• CBlower (10/5): Wonderful apartment close to Vatican - Great location 15 minutes walk to the centre of Rome or the Vatican. Beautiful spacious apartment, everything we could have wanted in the apartment. Transport to the Colosseum took 20 minutes. Two bathrooms, 4 bedrooms, kitchen, lounge and air con in bedrooms. Had a couple of queries around the safe and air-conditioning and Haymar responded immediately and sorted out everything really quickly and politely. Area was nice, clean and lots of restaurants. Nothing.

• Claire (10/5): Gorgeous Apartment in Great Location - Such a beautiful apartment right near the Vatican. Cannot fault it at all, just gorgeous. Elevator to the apartment so easy to get luggage into the room. Restaurants all around and metro access close by. Around 10 mins walk to the Vatican, also in shopping district, so lots of brand name shops close by. Nothing.

• Henry (10/5): Beautiful luxury apartment fully equipped and beautifully furnished. Responsive owners - I can not say enough about this property and the kindness shown by the proprietor. The apartment was even more beautiful than the photos on the listing site. It was roomy, fully equipped, and centrally located. We had contacted the owner in advance because we were traveling with a small child, and she provided a pack n' play, high chair, stools for the bathroom sink. She even purchased a feather pillow for me since I suffer from chronic back pain. In addition, the owner arranged transportation for us to and from the airport. Such kindness and accommodation can not be measured. Brava, Laura! Absolutely nothing. Everything was more than expected.

All the rooms were very comfortable and had air-conditioning. It truly felt like a home. The bathrooms and kitchen were clean, modern and well equipped. There wasn't really anything we didn't like... we just wish we could have stayed for longer.

Great views. Can't rate the owner and the apartment high enough. Fell in love with the apartment. Welcoming gifts upon arrival, kitchen supplies were above and beyond, cleaning supplies, bathroom supplies. Everything was more than we expected! Love love love. Thankyou for an amazing experience in Rome.

• Nick (9/5): We really enjoyed the apartment the fourth bedroom (with sofa bed) was so useful. - The location was great and central for what we wanted to see. I would say the third bedroom should have proper curtains because the thin curtains in there don’t block the light out. The tv systems were set up in Polish which makes it difficult to navigate.
