• Eli (4/5): Muy mejorable y con potencial - El propietario es simpático y atento, la ubicación es buena y es muy luminoso. El lavabo es viejo: el espejo roto y deteriorado, agujeros por todo el lavabo mal tapados, bañera oxidada y tapada con una alfombra negra que acumula humedad junto a una cortina negra larga que huele a humedad, el grifo de la ducha lleno de cal y oxidado. Claramente, el lavabo no está como en la foto y necesita una reparación urgente. La limpieza es muy mejorable, con un dedo de polvo al lado de las escaleras. Mobiliario poco confortable y no hay almohadas, solo un cojín pequeño. Si sumas todo eso y el ruido de los trenes, descansar es complicado
• Sonia (7/5): - El anfitrión es muy amable y nos ayudó mucho a la llegada. El ático esta bien situado a unos 20 minutos de la parte vieja y a unos 10 minutos del centro. Las camas: son dos individuales pegadas y se separan con mucha facilidad, y las almohadas son muy finas.

• Maria del Rosario (10/5): Volveremos sin duda - La ubicación es genial, todo está cerca y no hace falta coger el coche. El ático está muy bien y con todo lo que hace falta y si tienes algún problema en el piso te lo resuelve enseguida. El parking está un poco lejos pero en un paseo lo tienes. 800m.

• Míguel (10/5): Cumple con mis expectativas. - La acogida por parte del anfitrión. Su amabilidad y la facilidad para acceder al alojamiento y al parking del vehículo. Nos hizo múltiples recomendaciones para nuestra estancia que fueron muy útiles. La ropa de cama, pondría alguna almohada más.

• Javier (7/5): - La ubicación cercana al centro de la ciudad. Tiene parking privado a 10 minutos. El agua del lavabo del baño salía siempre caliente. Las ventanas y algunos de los radiadores cierran mal. Las almohadas no son muy buenas, son más bien cojines. Precio muy caro inflado por la época del año, no correspondiente con la calidad.

• Luis (8/5): - Iñigo es un anfitrión excelente, nos espero a la llegada, nos acompañó al parking que está a unos 8-10 min andando, nos aconsejó sobre que visitar, dónde comer y siempre disponible para cualquier duda que tuviéramos. El apartamento, completo, solo estuvimos para dormir, pero sin duda lo recomendamos a cualquiera que quiera visitar Donostia y alrededores.
• Pepijn (7/5): Great location and decent apartment, but airco did not work - Great location and decent apartment across from Amara Donostia train station Air conditioning is installed in the apartment, but it did not work throughout our stay - including a very warm night (>35C). Fans were provided as an alternative, but they were loud and did not cool the apartment sufficiently for a comfortable night’s sleep.

• Laura (8/5): Recommend for location - Nice loft within an easy walk of the seafront with plenty of bars an eateries all around. The parking is not next to the property and involves a 10 minute walk.

• Diana (10/5): Perfect location, comfortable - The apartment was very comfortable for our family. Communication with the host was always through Booking and went smoothly. We will definitely come back! It’s about a 15 to 20-minute walk to the old town, but the route takes you through the market and along La Concha beach, so it’s a lovely walk. There are several supermarkets downstairs and a bakery just one block away. A perfect location. It has lift and a nice view. The apartment had fans, air conditioning, and heating, so everything was well-equipped. I imagine it could get quite hot in the summer, though. The windows/doors are quite old so difficult to close. The shower curtain was so long that it was difficult not to trip over it.

• Jamietax (9/5): Great location, nice apartment for a short stay - We was meet personally by the host, who helped us check in and showed me the way to the car park, then dropped me back to the apartment. It was nice as we arrived early we was allowed to check in early. The Apartment is in a great location. Once there you can leave you car parked and explore the town by foot. Great views, next to train station, short walk into old town. We had no noise issues, Bars and cafe below apartment . Ideal for a short stay. more towels & pillows please

• Jessica (8/5): Loveliest stay in Spain, fabulous hosts! - The lighting in the home was spectacular, kitchen was very well equipped, the furniture was very comfortable. The hosts truly went out of their way to ensure our visit was very special. The bathroom was slightly outdated, yet functional. The beds while very comfortable are separate using two twins to create a full size bed.
