• Iuliia (7/5): В целом все хорошо - Местоположение. До метро, остановок, вокзала можно пешком за 10 минут. Кровати удобные. Уборка ежедневно Санузел был крохотный. Душ прям у унитаза не огороженный, соответственно все после душа мокрое и не зайти потом в туалет или помыть руки нет холодильника

• filippos (8/5): - Ήταν πολύ κοντά στη συγκοινωνία. Καθαρό ξενοδοχείο, φιλικό προσωπικό αλλά δεν γνώριζαν αγγλικά. Είναι όμως η ιδανική τοποθεσία για πολλές διαφορετικές μετακινήσεις, μετρό, σιδηροδρομικο σταθμό. Μικρό δωμάτιο και μικρο άβολο μπάνιο.

El hotel se encuentra muy cerca del metro y es fácil conectarse con el centro de la ciudad. El personal es amable y predispuesto a ayudar. Si bien no hablan inglés, hay traductores que permiten la comunicación. Nada en especifico
• DANIEL (9/5): Cumple su función - Estaba súper bien ubicado, cerca de la ciudad prohibida y de la plaza Tiananmén. El internet no funciona muy bien cuando estás en la habitación y además, para poder conectarte al wifi necesitas un número de teléfono chino.
• Sara (9/5): Confortável e bem localizado. Recomendo - Quarto confortável, espaçoso e com serviço de limpeza diária. Hotel bem localizado e com funcionários prestáveis. Voltaria a escolher este hotel para uma nova viagem a Beijing, pelo que recomendo.

Персонал очень дружелюбный, стараются помочь с вопросами по достопримечательностям и просто по городу. Очень слышно, если в коридоре разговаривают

• Gloria (5/5): No - Close to the station, the 2 bags of Tea in the room and the guy at the reception that helped me out. Even if you are in Beijing you need to know how much it is worth your room. The towels were broken, dust all over a piece of wooden floor was missing which you can cut yourself. There is no sign of MUR or DND so they enter my room and they forget a master key 😳 I could enter wherever. Another disturbing thing was that my room was close to the HSK room. At 7am they were already shouting in front of my door, then knocking at 8.30. Even in the night time they were walking in this room without manners.

• Diana (10/5): С этим персоналом вы точно не пропадете - Во-первых, очень чистый отель. Во-вторых очень хорошее расположение (в центре). А в-третьих, самый лучший персонал, который мне доводилось видеть. Мы приехали из России. Наши платежные карты не работают, мы долго пытались оплатить различными способами, но не получилось, они всегда шли на встречу и говорили: давайте попробуем позже, сейчас отдохните. Всегда отвечали на все вопросы (а их у меня всегда очень много) + мы опоздали на поезд вечером и не знали, что делать. В итоге решили вернуться обратно, чтобы подождать до утра. Они нам выделили кресла, дали пледы и подсказали, как заказать еду. А потом встали ради нас в 4 утра и вызвали такси 🥹 Ну это же полнейший восторг! Если вернусь, буду жить только здесь Все понравилось

• Robert Adam T. (9/5): Udany pobyt - Hotel położony w pobliżu 2 stacji metra Beijing Railway Station i Jianguomen a jednocześnie znajdujący się w cichej i spokojnej okolicy. Co prawda nie oferuje wyżywienia ale bardzo blisko hotelu można znaleźć dobre miejsca by się najeść. Polecam szczególnie knajpkę z 50 m w prawo od hotelu (w kierunku dworca)

• Naz (8/5): Pleasent stay. - Comfortable. Good value. Few stops from the main square. Wasn’t necessarily near many restaurant apart from one or two - hence had difficulty for getting food at night. Wi-Fi required a Korean number however staff were happy to provide theirs. Outside of that I don’t have many remarks due to good value.

• Stepan (9/5): - Номера чистые. Постель чистая. Туалетная комната чистая. Входная дверь в номер уже повидавшая жизнь. Меня поселили на втором этаже, с видом в стену, то есть без вида из окна.

• Tatiana (9/5): В целом нормальный отель. - Отель очень удобно расположен. Он близко к главным достопримечательностям и очень близко к станции метро, что немаловажно, особенно возвращаясь вечером в отель. К нему там же очень хороший подъезд для такси, что не везде бывает в центре города. В номере чисто, хорошее чистое постельное бельё. Вовремя меняли полотенца. На ресепшене кстати были очень дружелюбные сотрудники всегда. Помогали, рассказывали куда лучше сходить и как проехать, показывали где и что в отеле для туристов, вызвали такси, стиральная машина не запускалась, пришел мастер, всё сделал с улыбкой, а не с видом "как же вы меня достали". Не представляю чтобы у нас в России в отеле такого уровня это делали администраторы. Объединённый душ и туалет, нет никаких перегородок между ними, если кто-то принял душ, войти в санузел крайне неприятно, везде вода. Но это сейчас во многих отелях делают, к сожалению. И почему-то были грязные окна.
