• Cedric (10/5): Fantastique - Tout l’emplacement, la propreté, la literie, les accessoires de cuisine, la décoration tout est fait pour qu’on ce sente bien, l’appartement est très spacieux top top top Rien !
• Abdellah (1/5): Nooit meer - Watertap Laat je niet misleiden door de foto’s! Dit verblijf pakt in werkelijkheid totaal anders uit. Bij aankomst werd ons gevraagd om €150 borg te betalen voor eventuele schade. Op zich begrijpelijk, maar dit was vooraf niet duidelijk gecommuniceerd en moest bovendien buiten Booking om geregeld worden, wat toch voor enige argwaan zorgt. Daarnaast sprak de medewerker geen Engels, waardoor communicatie moeizaam verliep en via derden moest plaatsvinden. Het grootste minpunt is echter het gebrek aan privacy. Gesprekken in het appartement zijn hoorbaar (heb zelf een filmpje ontvangen van de verhuurder waar ik persoonlijk van schrok) voor de verhuurder en bij de voordeur hangt een camera met microfoon. De verhuurder lijkt continu mee te kijken en spreekt je zelfs aan op hoe je de deur sluit of gebruikt. Er wordt snel gedreigd met het inschakelen van de politie bij kleine zaken, wat een erg ongemakkelijk en onveilig gevoel geeft tijdens je verblijf. En dan heb ik het nog niet over dat het wellicht mogelijk is dat er verborgen camera’s of microfoons in het appartement zitten. Dat kan ik niet bevestigen, maar sluit het zeker niet uit na deze ervaring. Ook de omgeving en het gebouw vielen tegen. Het appartement ligt in een achterstandswijk en het complex zelf oogt onaf en slecht onderhouden. De lift stinkt en het geheel maakt een vervallen indruk. Het is dan ook niet verrassend dat er geen foto’s van het balkon en het uitzicht op Booking staan. Verder kloppen de foto’s op Booking niet met de werkelijkheid: de ruimte lijkt veel groter dan hij daadwerkelijk is (waarschijnlijk gemaakt met 0.5 lens). Het appartement is daarnaast vrij druk ingericht, wat het nog kleiner doet aanvoelen. Op het gebied van comfort waren er ook meerdere minpunten. Het bed en de kussens zijn erg hard en lagen niet prettig, en het beddengoed zat vol stof terwijl in eerdere reviews juist werd gesproken over netheid.
• ATHANASIA (10/5): - The apartment was amazing! Everything was very clean and comfortable. The location was very comfortable too and easy to find. The hosts were very helpful and we are grateful for staying there! Would definitely recommend it!
• Gleb (10/5): 10 out of 10! - The apartment is very comfortable, cozy, and spacious. It has everything you need for cooking and staying even for a long time. The owners are very hospitable, always stay in touch and provide clear instructions about the house and surroundings. Everything was fine
• Rakesh (9/5): - The apartment is clean, modernized and has got good facilities. Kerolos and Afraym were very nice and were available for any questions during the stay. The property is not barrier free. We had trouble carrying the Kinderwagen 12-15 steps every time we want to get into the apartment building. The elevator in the building is not securely built. The bricks and the electrical wirings are hanging out and is dangerous if you don‘t take care of yourself
• Tibor Lajos (10/5): Az eddigi legjobb választásom Hurghadában. - Központi helyen, az Orange Beachtől 5 perc sétára, tökéletesen felszerelt apartman. A közelben kitűnő és olcsó étterem (El Dar Darak 200m), üzletek. Kitűnő választás rövidebb, hosszabb tartózkodásra is. -

• Wolfgang (10/5): Sehr gerne wieder, nächstes Jahr - Alles war sehr sauber und gut aufgeteilt, dazu noch der Balkon, alles sehr schön Da gibt es nichts zu meckern
• Bahar (10/5): Perfekte, zentrale und gemütliche Unterkunft - Das Appartement war bei unserer Ankunft in tadellosem Zustand, der Check-in gut organisiert. Es gibt dort einfach alles was man braucht. Eine perfekt ausgestattete Küche mit Waschmaschine und Spülmaschine, einen Wasserspender, leise Klimaanlagen und viel Platz. Die Einrichtung ist gemütlich und sehr durchdacht, alles ist fussläufig erreichbar. Gute Restaurants, Strände, Supermärkte sind in der Nähe. Trotz der zentralen Lage ist es ruhig. Wir haben die Wohnung für eine Woche als Basis für unseren Tauchurlaub genutzt und waren zufrieden. Kommen definitiv wieder! Danke an den Host für den perfekten Aufenthalt! -
• Iljatius (10/5): Alles nach westlichen Standards. - Typisch Ägypten, man biegt in eine kleine Straße ein und ist erst einmal skeptisch . Alles bis in die Wohnung ist sehr "ägiptisch": chaotisch und dreckig, wie üblich. Wenn man aber die Wohnung betritt, dann ist man wieder in Westeuropa. Es ist alles vorhanden, wirklich alles. Klimaanlage in jedem Zimmer, Wasserspender. Der Eigentümer ist extrem bemüht, alles zu tun, damit man sich gut fühlt. Immer erreichbar. Bei Empfang wartet jemand vor der Tür, und beim check-out kam der Junge Mann auch sehr pünktlich. Bilder des Anbieters zeigen die tatsächliche Wohnung. Unsere uneingeschränkte Empfehlung! Alles Gut.
• Michael (10/5): Mit ophold i lejligheden har været rigtig godt, god beliggenhed og nem adgang til indkøb og taxi. - Centralt placeret Samlet god oplevelse. Virkelig flot lejlighed.
• Sven (10/5): - Wir waren zu Viert und waren Alle sehr zufrieden mit unserem Appartement. Es ist sehr geräumig und modern eingerichtet. Es ist alles vorhanden. Angefangen von einem Wasserspender, Komplettausstattung in der Küche. Nichts fehlt. Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler, Wäscheständer, Bügelbrett,....... Auch das Bad inkl. Pflegeartikel sind vorhanden. Die Bilder lügen nicht. Bei Fragen wurde prompt reagiert. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und immer zur Stelle. Sie organisieren alles. Wir können diese Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen. Sehr ruhige lage. Liegt nur wenige Gehminuten vom deutschen Bäcker, Minimarkt und es ist auch ein kurzer Spaziergang im Zentrum möglich. Viele Restaurants in der Nähe. Wir haben schon unseren nächsten Aufenthalt gebucht. Danke an Kero und Gebriella, es war ein schöner Urlaub. Für uns war alles perfekt, wir können nicht's bemängeln!
• Lukáš (10/5): Perfektní místo pro dovolenou – všude blízko, v bytě klid, čisto a pohoda. Rádi se vrátíme. Líbilo se nám, že jsme se m - Skvělá lokalita, jen pár kroků od pláže a všech obchodů. Byt byl čistý, moderně vybavený a měl vše, co jsme potřebovali. Velmi pohodlná postel a tichá klimatizace – ideální pro odpočinek.
• Stefan (10/5): HIGHLY RECOMMEND you this cozy and well-decorated apartment with a perfect location. - - We were two couples that rented the apartment for two weeks - good value for money. - Very welcoming hosts - both Kerolos (who was abroad at the time of our stay) and Michael (his co-host) were very helpful. Michael did the check-in and check-out for us, explaining everything in detail. Our arrival and departure times in Hurghada were very early in the morning but that wasn't an issue for Michael. - It is super well located next to one of the main boulevards. The area is very safe even if it doesn't look like that in the beginning. - Superb interior design, especially we loved the lightning of the ceiling (super cool idea). It honestly feels like you are at home as it's nice, clean and cozy. - All kinds of amenities are available inside the apartment - everything you need for cooking, for cleaning (if you happen to stay longer and need to), shampoo/ shower gel, a water dispenser etc. - You can find almost everything you need around the apartment - from supermarkets to pharmacies, nice restaurants, shops, barbershops and many more. Internet was the only inconvenience because it was very slow for those who are used to fast internet speeds elsewhere around the world. The max Download speed was 26.5 Mbps and Upload speed was 2.8 Mbps based on SpeedTest. When multiple devices connect to the wifi, you can't load pretty much anything. I would recommend you to buy a SIM card for an improved connection - I bought one from Orange and was able to achieve 40.7 Download and 13.3 Upload speed.
