• Haide (10/5): Cosy studio - I had a fantastic stay at this studio. It was clean, cozy, and had everything I needed, including a well-equipped kitchen and fast Wi-Fi. The location was perfect, close to transport and shops. The host was friendly and made sure I had everything I needed. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely stay here again. • Liam (4/5): Disappointing Experience - Avoid This Place! - It took us nearly 3 hours to gain access to the apartment because the host failed to send the check-in details. When we finally received them, the keys weren’t where they were supposed to be. To make matters worse, it was pouring rain, and I got completely soaked while waiting for someone to come over and help us. This was an awful start to our stay. Once we finally got inside, things didn’t get much better. I went to take a shower but found that the towels left on the bed were completely damp. I had to call the host again and wait another 30 minutes just to get a dry towel. And by “towel,” I mean just one body towel—no extra towels or face towels are provided, which is ridiculous. The bathroom didn’t have any hand soap or body soap, which is incredibly inconvenient for a one-night stay. We had to go out and buy soap ourselves, which was the last thing we wanted to do after all the stress we’d already experienced. To top it all off, the apartment itself isn’t in great condition. There was a massive hole in the living room wall and another one in the hallway. When I asked the host about it, she sarcastically asked if I was scared of it. The attitude was unacceptable, and it was clear that they have no idea how to host guests properly. To make matters worse, the apartment windows don’t have safety locks, which is extremely dangerous and unsafe—especially for guests with children. I was genuinely worried about how hazardous the space was, and it’s unacceptable that the host hasn’t addressed this major safety issue. Overall, this was one of the most stressful stays I’ve ever had. The management is awful, the apartment is poorly maintained, and the level of service is abysmal. I would never stay here again and strongly recommend you avoid it.
