• Nemanja (9/5): Good apartment, kind owner and awesome location - Awesome location, very good value for the price, all facilities are clean, well stocked with appliances and the appliances are modern. The apartment is well heated. The instructions about retrieving the apartment keys and parking were clear and the owner is really polite. The sofa bed is old and uncomfortable. Also, just a friendly suggestion... would be great if the bathroom had just a little bit more soap.

• Genchev (3/5): I do not recommend this accomodation - Местоположението Изключително грубо и арогантно отношение на хоста. Имахме проблем с отключване на апартамента, опитвахме повече от 30 мин, след като бяхме пътували 6 часа и имали дълъг интензивен ден. Хостът се съгласи да дойде да ни отключи, но поиска да му платим! Никога не ми се е случвал такъв абсурд. Диванът не става за спане - в средата е изкорубен - спането ми беше мъка 5 нощи. Взех този апартамент понеже пишеше , че има 2 спални. Грешката е моя, не съм видяла, че едната спалня е кабинет с диван. Ужасно миришеше на цигари...включително спално бельо и хавлиии. Не бих отседнала отново.

• FREIDERIKI (9/5): A comfortable and beautifully decorated stay in a quiet spot at the heart of the city. - The apartment was fully equipped and beautifully decorated, in a lovely and peaceful spot right in the city center. We really enjoyed our stay. The only small detail I would change is having white bed sheets, as they give an extra feeling of cleanliness.

• BasilSO (9/5): - Exquisite apartment in a peaceful and cozy location. Situated very close to the city center. Main attractions are within walking distance. Clear guidelines for check-in are provided. Convenient contactless check-in option available. The apartment is roomy and comes with all necessary household appliances. The folding bed has a bad mattress that sinks deeply, even under a child. The parking lot is located on a nearby street, not near the house, which is not very convenient.

• Iva (9/5): Very nice apartment - Excellent location, fully equiped and clean apartment, AC in all three rooms, friendly hosts, parking spot near-by (very important!). Sofa-bed is not very comfortable, but the king size bed is very good, so it's ideal for a couple (2 people).
• Georgi (7/5): Good - The location was perfect. The parking slot is very close and well organized. The appartment is very well equiped and great decorated. The sofa is not very good for sleeping (2 kids were sleeping there) but is OK. There is now heating in the mid season.Outside may be 22° during the day, but FIRST ot is max 7° diring the night and also, in the old buildings it took some time to reach a normal temperature, especially when staying with children! Have in mind that there are no remotes for the ACs! Also very rude owners! Extremely rude tone of communication with guests asking absolutely reasonable questions!
• Panagiotis (10/5): Excellent apartment, really clean and with great design. It has ample of room space - In walking space of Sofia city center, the parking space is secured so you don't need to worry about your car. Includes cable TV so your little ones, can be happy :-) The neighborhood has a cosy / safe feeling. I like the whole design and the books that are in the bookstore of the house, are great guides for Sofia.

• Vildana (10/5): Amazing, I would recommend. - We are extremely pleased with the apartment. The entire interior is beautiful, and the small details create a wonderfully cozy home atmosphere. Additionally, the apartment is exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and fully equipped with everything you could need. The location is also excellent.
