- susan (7/5): good - large home with 4 bedrooms. locked shed was excellent, 2 bathrooms plus toilet down stairs. close to everything . would recommend . Did notice there was a door near kitchen that of night would be turned on, unable to access which was fine. clean an tidy the couch wasnt comfortable an due to leather noted several marks an pillows were broken ,there was mail falling out of letter boxs an on grass with mail also built up in garge in piles an also noted in kitchen draws jammed in spaces. other then that was a good stay

House was clean, big and had plenty of room for all of us (5 adults) Below I have listed some feedback for the owner to make the next persons experience even better. There was a door to the side of the kitchen that was locked (looked like an interconnecting door in a hotel). Originally we thought this may be a locked storeroom. Then in the evening we heard the tv quite clearly coming from there and other noises. Who has the key to this interconnecting door? Is there a fire wall separating the properties? I didn’t feel safe after this point. When I questioned the owner, she said the noise may be the neighbours. Yes, but the property is advertised as a whole house. This is a room under the main roof, separated by an interconnecting door. Be honest, when advertising the property. There was also limited facilities, what would have been good to have for guests staying 7 days, would have been, multiple coffee cups, drinking glasses, salt and pepper, basic spices, pegs for the clothesline, some containers to store left over food in, a water jug. for the fridge. A coffee pod machine or coffee. Bedrooms- main bedroom doesn’t have a lamp. All of the bed mattresses are very hard, very thin pillows, with not enough spares for all bedrooms. In other places I have stayed, there has been a welcome basket, that includes such things as a small bottle of milk, a couple of coffee pods/ coffee bags, a loaf of bread, butter and a few spreads. Enough to get you through the first night after you have arrived.
