• Ιγνατιάδης (9/5): - Για τις δύο ημέρες της διαμονής μας ήταν άριστο. Άνετο, καθαρό και χωρίς πρόβλημα στάθμευσης καθώς έχει δική του θέση. Όλα καλά. Ειμασταν πέντε άτομα και μας έλειψε ένας δεύτερος καναπές. Αυτό λείπει για να το κάνει άριστο.

• Sofia (5/5): Ικανοποιητική - Καλή περιοχή.Προσβάσιμη σε Μαρούσι και Κηφισιά. Το νερό στο μπάνιο ήταν παγωμένο και δεν ζέσταινε ενώ είχα ανοίξει τον θερμοσίφωνα για μισή ώρα και παραπάνω.Πολύ φασαρία από το διαμέρισμα από πάνω.

• nicos marin (10/5): καλή επιλογή που δεν θα μετανοιώσετε. - Το διαμέρισμα μας κάλυψε απόλυτα καθώς γειτνιάζει με το Ιατρικό Κέντρο Αθηνών στο Μαρούσι, όπου έπρεπε να παρεμβρισκόμαστε. Το διαμέρισμα είναι ευρύχωρο, όμορφο, ανακαινισμένο, με ψύξη και θέρμανση και με όλες τις συσκευές που χρειάζεται κανείς, με συγκοινωνία πολύ κοντά, αλλά και με δικό του πάρκινγκ.

• sowayleh (8/5): Nice apartment, good location, slightly noisy at night. - I rented the apartment for 3 days and everything was excellent. The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was very convenient, and the host was responsive and helpful throughout the stay. I really enjoyed my time here and would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone visiting the area The only small issue was some noise from neighbors around midnight, but overall it didn’t affect the experience much. I would still recommend the apartment and would stay again.

• Emeric (5/5): - Checkout at 10am for a holiday rental is way to early. Have asked the host the day before to check out later, from 11am, but simply refused. Very unsatisfactory rental agency management as no flexibility
• Κυριακή (8/5): - Η τοποθεσία ήταν εξαιρετική για επισκέπτες του Ιατρικού Κέντρου Αθηνών. Εύκολη πρόσβαση από την Εθνική οδό και πάρκινγκ. Το διαμέρισμα ήταν ευρύχωρο. Η επικοινωνία με τον ιδιοκτήτη άψογη. Ίσως θα ήθελε λίγη παραπάνω φροντίδα το διαμέρισμα. Το ασανσέρ της οικοδομής έκανε τρομακτικό θόρυβο.

• ΑΓΓΕΛΟΣ (5/5): ΜΕΤΡΙΑ - ΕΥΡΥΧΩΡΟ ΔΙΑΜΕΡΙΣΜΑ ΠΑΡΚΙΝΓΚ Ανελκυστήρας επικίνδυνος ,έκανε απίστευτο θόρυβο και γιαυτο πηγαίναμε με τα πόδια Παντζούρια δεν ασφάλιζαν Ανύπαρκτη επικοινωνία μέσω τηλεφώνου ,μόνο με μνμ απαντούσαν Ανύπαρκτη σήμανση στο πάρκινγκ Το σπίτι μύριζε και ήταν μέτρια καθαρό Στο ένα το κρεβάτι βούλιαζε το στρώμα Τοποθεσία με θόρυβο από το δρόμο Παλιό κτίριο

• Panagiotis (9/5): Superb - Size of room is exceptional for its price. Very comfortable beds and couches. Everything a family would need for a stay are included (household items, kitchenware etc.) Air condition in every room. Very pleased by our stay in general.

• Pamela (8/5): Very good - My only problem was that I found it very difficult to get hold of the owners . The mail box on the phone was full so couldn’t leave a message. I also needed to know the number of the lock box as I couldn’t find it but couldn’t get in touch with them . In the end just before leaving they replied but it got me very stressed. I think they should be more active in the management of their property. As above .

• Angeliki (9/5): Good location,fully equipped house,very nice balcony. - Spacious house,fully equipped,nice balcony,good communication with the host. I am perfectly pleased with the house.There are some details that are not perfect like some walls but I really didn't care at all.Parking space was for 2 cars and is quite small,have it in mind.

Everything worked. I did not understand how the community works. Could not find a place to sit down and eat. Would be better if the host could give a bit of information about that.

• Fani (8/5): Very Good Experience - The room was very spacious and as depicted in the pictures. There was lots of furniture and house utilities. The apartment was quite clean and in good condition. There was not much outside noise and the beds were comfortable. The apartment could have been more clean. Some electrical outlets were loose.
• Maaike (10/5): Fantastic stay, will stay again. - It was spacious, clean and very comfortable. Kids had both two single beds, which was a bonus. We could walk to the big shopping center in about half an hour. And we had a special request for the owner and she really made sure that the customer comes first. Would highly recommend. Can't really think of anything, the neighbourhood is great, little Coffee place and street shop close by.
• Meral (3/5): Poor - As the facility was not ready, ı couldn’t check-in on time. And my check-in was delayed 1 hour. I wasn’t warned abot the late check-in I had to seek for information myself. And There was a very noisy person in the apartment during the night and I couldn’t sleep properly.

• Luis (8/5): nice and pleasant - location was great for what we wanted I suggest a better description of the car parking location to be done, as the guests will be either foreigners or non-local to the area so it is easy to get confused with where the car park spot is. It is great that the property has a reserved car park, but it took me one day to get locked in a area I shouldn't be, to find out where i should be parked :-)
• Cassidy (8/5): Very good - The apartment was very nice. The apartment was difficult to find. The location pin the host sent was inaccurate and the parking spot was on a different street than the address number. This was frustrating.
