Jeastine (10/5): Schöne Unterkunft in super Lage. - Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt. Die Unterkunft war sauber und schön eingerichtet, man hat sich direkt wohlgefühlt. Der Kontakt war freundlich und super hilfsbereit. Vor der Abreise konnten wir jederzeit Fragen stellen und haben immer schnell Antworten bekommen. Die Erreichbarkeit war top. Die Betten waren super bequem. Handtücher waren ausreichend bereit gelegt und die Bettwäsche war auch sehr gut. Die Lage ist schön und das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist super. Klare Empfehlung!
MARIA (2/5): FALTA LIMPIEZA E HIGIENE - la suciedad no nos dejó ver lo bonito que tenia el piso el piso estaba sucio pero no de una semana de meses habian arañas y telarañas las sabanas en el aseo mojadas y la lavadora con ropa, las papeleras de los aseos sin vaciar , los armarios de la cocina sucios y los cajones de la cocina llenos de sabanas sin doblar ni nada el piso bien pero la limpieza pesima era denunciable por el precio que tiene podria decir mas cosas

Nicht von den Bildern täuschen lassen. - die Lage war sehr gut passend Bett super bequem Wasser zum Trinken stand zur Verfügung In der Bestätigungsmail war Ankunft 14.00 genehmigt. 14.45 Uhr waren wir erst drin´. Es war leider bei Ankunft sehr schnuddelig und nicht ordentlich sauber. Viele Dinge in der Küche unappetitlich und verschmiert. Couch mit Krümel. Fußboden krümelig. Dreckige Lappen. Abguss mit Küchenabfällen. Müllereimer nicht geleert, Müll-Flaschentüte. Wir haben den Vermieter darauf aufmerksam gemacht. Anstatt mit Entschuldigung zu reagieren, war er sehr echauffiert, dass wir uns aufregen, schließlich sei es privat. ....??? ... dafür kann man nur sprachlos sein. Wir empfehlen, dass es entweder wirklich privat ist oder der Vermieter sich eine Putzkraft ranholen muss. Er selbst darf nicht so kundenunfreundlich (fast frech) auftreten. Den Müll hatte er aber weggeräumt, so dass wir für die eine Nacht geblieben sind.
