- Anonymous (1/5): Bad - English: I am utterly appalled and disheartened to relay our experience at the Malaga apartment. The appealing description and positive reviews were grotesquely misleading, luring us into a calamity of problems that completely ruined our much-anticipated holiday. The power outages, occurring with alarming regularity, were beyond infuriating. Essential appliances, including the refrigerator, washing machine, and the desperately needed air conditioner, were rendered useless, constantly breaking down due to this. It's shocking to think that even our health was jeopardized due to the inability to securely store our temperature-sensitive medications. The list of abominable conditions seemed never-ending. A cracked, barely functional stove; a disturbing infestation of ants; unhygienic mold in the kitchen and bathroom; the lack of a usable toilet brush, and disgustingly stained beds that made us cringe. All these grossly diminished our comfort and tainted our stay. Our pleas for help fell on deaf ears. We reached out numerous times, desperate for a solution, only to be met with apathy and inaction. A representative did visit and confirmed these unacceptable issues, but it proved to be an empty gesture as nothing was rectified. His supervisor outright dismissed the idea of a refund, leaving us in a dreadful limbo. Further exacerbating our frustrations, Booking.com simply never responded again, effectively ignoring the severe problems we faced. Finally, left with no other option, we had to abandon the nightmare that the apartment had become. We were compelled to find new accommodation on our own without any assistance from either the property management or Booking.com. This, amidst an already ruined vacation, added an extra layer of stress and frustration. I am writing this review not just out of anger, but out of deep sadness. Our dream holiday turned into a terrible ordeal. The insensitivity shown by the management and Booking.
