• Kenneth Dsouza (9/5): Amazing. Would highly recommend - The location was very central and close to everything. lots of restaurants and shopping close by and you could walk everywhere. The host Nickos was also amazing and really helpful.

El anfitrión muy amable, nos recibió y dio indicaciones muy buenas de restaurantes. El edificio es bastante antiguo y tiene algunos olores desagradables, pero es sólo en la entrada, no afectan al apartamento

• Marije (8/5): Alojamiento cerca de la Acrópolis - La situación del apartamento es genial, cerca de la Acrópolis, calle tranquila en el barrio llamado Plaka y a la vez cerca de la plaza Sintagma donde llega el bus y metro desde el aeropuerto. Tiene 2 habitaciones, un baño con ducha y un aseo. Una sala abierta y una cocina con lo necesario. El anfitrión Nikkos muy amable, nis pasó información sobre restaurantes, comora de billetes para la Acrópolis etc.. Que se acabará el agua caliente de la caldera de ducha y que las paredes eran delgadas y se oía los ruidos demasiado. Pero la situación del apartamento y el amable Nikkos hacen que merezca la pena alojarse en este apartamento sin duda.

• Alina Remescu (10/5): - Nice apartment, central and close to everything. Large, perfect for a family of 5. It has 2 toilets. Hist is friendly, let us leave the luggages and gave us useful information. I totally recommend.
• Antti (9/5): Apartment with a great location and good value for money - This apartment has got a great location in Plaka, just next to the cathedral square. The owner Nikos waited for us at the apartment. We were over an hour late from the expected time because our ferry was delayed. That wasn’t a problem for Nikos, instead he was very welcoming and helpful. Top marks for the check-in process! Nikos also gave us useful tips on restaurants, shops etc. In addition, he gave us the possibility to stay at the apartment for longer after check-out time because there weren’t new guests coming in. We didn’t even ask for that because we had an early flight but it was nevertheless nice to be offered this. The apartment has two bedrooms, a living/dining room, a kitchen, a bathroom and an additional toilet. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well-equipped. A/C worked well (two devices) and there was plenty of hot water for showers. The apartment was very clean. The apartment has been modified from a one-bedroom apartment by building a new wall across the originally very large open living room. That has pros and cons. Obviously this creates a new bedroom with a double bed. But on the other hand, this solution has left the living room quite dim with no windows apart from one in the kitchen. Also there is no proper light switch in the new bedroom but instead the lights are operated with a remote control. Perhaps adding an indoor window with curtains to the new wall bedroom wall you could provide the living room a bit more natural light and make it a bit more comfortable. This isn’t a big issue though, especially if you’re not planning to spend much time at the apartment. The neighbours renevated their apartment and started drilling the walls at around 9 am on a Saturday morning. That, of course, is not in any way Nikos’s fault. There’s only one set of keys which is also used to operate the lights and electricity. This might be a problem for groups who don’t spend all their time together. The buzzer for the front door helps a lot though.

• Anna (10/5): Perfect location for sightseeing key sites and very comfortable! - Exceptional location and very comfortable beds. Very clean too! Accommodation was stated to have 2 bathrooms but it’s actually 1 bathroom and a second toilet. Would be good to have some soap for the shower.
• Ciarra (10/5): Helpful host and comfortable stay close to the action of the town center. - The host was very flexible and accommodating especially since I was arriving very late. He was kind and helpful. The beds were comfortable and water pressure of shower was great. Close to everything you would want to explore. Hot water isn’t always able to be used depending on time of day.
• Gustavo Valente (9/5): Perfect location great host - Νικος was there to greet us. The location is the best possible. 10-15 min walk from any of the main places to visit in Athens. Safe and quiet. The actual building could use some upgrades

Esta en un edificio antiguo del centro de Atenas, desde donde puedes ir andando a todos los lados. El propietario es encantador y nos ayudo en todo lo que necesitamos. Si vuelvo a Atenas, vovere aqui sin duda Nada

• Naor (9/5): Great place to stay in for an Athens family vacation! Highly recommended! - The apartment is located perfectly- very close to all the sites and shopping areas, yet still in a side street that is relatively quiet. The apartment itself contains everything you need for a good family vacation - fully equipped kitchen, two WC, a species shower with good water pressure and a very good air conditioning that keeps it nice and cool. Nikos, the owner, was extremely helpful and communicative, and assisted us with information about local businesses, as well as with a spare key that was needed to allow us more flexibility. Highly recommended! The building was not that welcoming, although it has an elevator and it is very quiet. Also , the key is needed to operate the electricity, so if you plan to leave the kids alone during the evening (we have a teenager) and they might fall asleep - make sure to ask Nikos for a spare key in advance. ( we realized it only on the second day and had to bother him with it - he did it without any issues and was really amazing!).
• Tina (10/5): Great location in Athens! - The apartment was clean and had all of the necessities. The owner, Nikos, was extremely accommodating and helpful. The location could not be more perfect, a short walk to Syntagma and Ermou Street, a few blocks from Monastiraki from the other direction, and a block from the heart of Plaka. A great stay! The entrance way/stairs are a little dark at night, even with the lights.

The heating system in the bathroom did not work (which can be inconvenient in January when temperatures are lower), and the air conditioning units located just below the bedroom window make a noise that can cause discomfort, especially at night.
