• Sukrit (10/5): Overall, we highly recommend this place, and would love to stay here again. - Excellent location, walking distance to public transport, lots of restaurants and shops nearby, access to 3 grocery stores. Our hostess was very responsive with our queries. Property was well maintained. There was no dedicated pickup spot for the cab since we had luggage, and we had to cross busy street . But this was not a deal breaker for us.
• Santiago (1/5): Worst Experience Ever – Avoid This Property At All Costs !!! - This was, without a doubt, the worst accommodation experience I have ever encountered, it was simply a nightmare. Our issues began immediately upon arrival. We were left stranded on the street with all our luggage for two hours because the keys we were directed to pick up were incorrect. The contact person was remarkably unhelpful, unable to even identify the correct building. The property's entrance had been recently renovated, leaving the provided photos and information of the property obsolete. After finally confirming the correct location, the key still failed to work, as the locks had been changed, and the property management seemed completely unaware of this crucial detail. My distinct impression is that this apartment is managed by utterly incompetent individuals who are out of touch with the property. The only reason we eventually gained entry was due to the kindness of a neighbor who lent us their personal key. The property management provided no assistance whatsoever. The problems continued within the apartment itself. Out of the three bathrooms, only one provided hot wáter in the shower, making basic hygiene a significant inconvenience. Furthermore, despite being spring with temperatures around 26°C (79°F), the apartment's heating was stuck on and could not be turned off. We were quite literally stifled by the excessive heat, and once again, no one was available or able to offer any solutions. To finish this already frustrating experience, we were charged a £500 deposit, despite being initially informed it would be £250. To make matters worse, this deposit was not refunded until over a month later, and only after we were forced to file a formal complaint with Booking. The only positive aspect of this apartment is its location. However, my advice is to under no circumstances stay at this property unless you wish to endure a nightmare that will undoubtedly tarnish your visit to the beautiful city of London.

• Joel (10/5): Amazing duplex with Shard views - The view was amazing. Not one but two balconies on both floors of the duplex. How Greedy. How accommodating. The host was amazing. Excellent communication. Hassle Free check in and check out. Spacious, Comfortable and very well furnished. Fantastic for a weekend trip with close friends. Entertainment on deck. Would I recommend? Absolutely. That i only stayed here for 2 nights.

The apartment is ideally located to explore the city, booking was easy, access was easy and the apartment really is stunning. The views across London are great from the balconies on both floors. The pictures describe the facilities well. The kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, crockery, cutlery and the facilities you could need. Tea, coffee, salt, pepper, cooking oil etc. All the things you need a bit of, you don't have to go out and buy. There's a Sainsbury's local next door, making meals and easy option. The rooms are large, beds comfy, there are no compromises. There's a bathroom and ensuite, it's all very convenient. The living room is also large, well equipped with sofas, TV, games console, the WiFi is fast and reliable. The whole deal is fantastic, suits all sorts of visitors, family, function, indulgent couples. Nothing
