• Rebecca (9/5): Charming and quiet apt in a nice part of the city. - We literally felt at home in this charming apt, because of the personal (in stead of anonymous) style and way it’s furnished. And everything we could have wanted was provided for. Also we very much enjoyed staying in this part of the city.
• Olga (10/5): Cozy apartment with all necessities - A wonderful apartment on the 3rd floor; for those who care, the building does not have an elevator. The location is very convenient, close to the metro. The city center and the train station are nearby (just over a couple of kilometers, walkable), but public transport is also available if needed. Grocery stores and pharmacies are within walking distance. I recommend Carrefour Market – Supermarket, Via Gustavo Modena, 8. The apartment is cozy, and the beds are comfortable. The host is kind and always in touch. Everything went perfectly. If we visit the city again, we would definitely choose this apartment again. Highly recommended. Everything was perfect, but it would have been nice to have some baking paper :)

• Marcin (9/5): Ładnie stylowo - Bardzo ładnie i dobrze wyposażone mieszkanie. Dobra lokalizacja trochę na uboczu ale to nie przeszkadza Mediolan jest dobrze skomunikowany, niedaleko 200m stacja metra Dateo. Mieszkanie jest na 3 piętrze w oficynie jest to zaleta bo nie słychać miejskiego zgiełku. W mieszkaniu jest ciemno i zimno, całe szczęście znaleźliśmy pilot od klimatyzacji i można było włączyć grzanie(o tym nie ma ani słowa od obsługi) W łazience grzyb na ścianach(zawieszona kartka aby nie zamykać okna) A wystarczy zagrzać żeby wilgoć wyszła.ake nie ma możliwości bo kaloryfery zimne i ręczniki gniją. Dodatkowa opłata za późniejsze zameldowanie 15€ do 22 oraz 30€ do 23 o czym nie było wspomniane w ofercie i warunkach obiektu przed rezerwacja. Właściciel stwierdził że to przez booking ale moim zdaniem to nie prawda bo już kilkukrotnie czytając ogłoszenia innych ofert były zawarte takie informacje(można również to umieścić w opisie). Wiedziałem że będę później i jakbym miał informacje wcześniej wybrałbym inna ofertę.

• Nikola (10/5): V září nebylo tolik nutné používat klimatizaci. Apartmán se nachází v klidné lokalitě Milána. Všude se dá dojet kamkoliv - Pěkná a klidná lokalita, byt vybaven vším, co člověk potřebuje Líbilo se nám vše. Nic nám nechybělo během ubytování.

Good location to get anywhere in Milan. Apartment in very quiet neighborhood, nothing disturbs your sleep during night. The apartment is on the 3rd floor, no elevator.

• Jill (8/5): Mysigt, lite lugnare och nära till linje M4 - Boendet hade vad vi behövde och nära tunnelbanan när vi kom från flygplatsen, Milano Linate. Bra och trevligt bemötande. Barnen upplevde nog att bäddsoffan var lite hård men framförallt knarrade/lät den mycket när man vände sig.
• Sandra (8/5): - Das Appartement ist ruhig gelegen in einem schönen Quartier in welchem es in unmittelbarer Nähe Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt sowie um die Ecke Cafés. Im Parkhaus nebenan kann man das Auto gegen eine Gebühr von 30 Euro pro Tag abstellen. Das Appartement ist zweckmässig eingerichtet, verfügt über Klimaanlage, Küchenausstattung, Frotteewäsche, etc. Das Badezimmer ist etwas ein enger Schlauch. Zu zweit wird es schnell mal eng. Wichtig zu wissen ist auch, dass es keinen Lift gibt im Gebäude in welchem sich das Appartement befindet. Das Gepäck/Einkäufe, etc. muss hoch getragen werden. Zudem fallen bei späterer Ankunft am Abend zusätzliche Kosten an.

It was a 30-40 minute walk to the city centre, We found that with the couch opened as a bed for a third person it was very confining. There is no lift so the walk up to the third floor is difficult if you have heavy cases. Long walk to city centre. There was high police presence in the surrounding area on both days we were there so we didn’t venture out at night.

• Adrian (4/5): Disappointing - It is well located, in a quite area and you can easy reach the Milan city center by public transport. This is the only plus. The electrical installation of the apartment is obsolete. First day, it broke in the bedroom. Second day, the door handle of the apartment broke, it was very difficult to lock the door and we were about to lose the reservation at the Duomo. The owner fixed them after a day. Also, the whole building is old. It costs too much for what the apartment is offering. The near private parking Autosilo Dateo is a scam, even it was recomended to us by the owner. Milan streets are full of garbage, they aren't clean at all. It was our second bad experience in Italy. We'll never return. I don't recommend.

• Sailesh (10/5): Amazing location, quaint property, all the facilities you need on your doorstep and the hosts are amazing with help and - The hosts are amazing. Very helpful and superb and immediate in communications. Location is superb. Dateo metro station across the road which gets you onto the metro immediately. Walk into Milan Duomo Sq in 25mins also. Immediately downstairs is a green grocer who is friendly and superb, a coffee shop with lovely friendly staff a gorgeous bakery just up from the cafe and you are surrounded by amazing supermarkets all a stones throw away. Ideal location and cannot fault anything. N/A its all good!
• Yuji (9/5): Convenient yet enjoy the coziness of the neigbhouhood. - Located nearby a subway station. Brilliant neighbourhood of nice people and lovely restaurants. Only problem is there is no elevator which is sometimes challenging.

• Cathy (10/5): Wonderful stay in Milan! - The apartment has all the things you need for cooking. To us that’s a great thing as our children are very fussy eaters don’t appreciate restaurant meals. There is an espresso machine I really enjoy! They have dish washer and laundry machines ( washing only) but on balcony there are racks to dry. We only stay 2 nights so didn’t get to use the laundry. The wifi works really well. The beds are comfortable. The apartment is very quiet as it was not on the side of traffic road. There is metro station and bus near by. There is also suburban train takes us directly to downtown those high rises are ( forget the area name) The washroom has a warming rack for towels. Don’t worry there is hair dryer. Towels are big and 4 sets for four of us. We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment is true to the pictures as they advertised. The land lady is very nice she is very prompt in responding to our messages. We will definitely be booking this apartment again if returning to Milan. Nothing
• Stefano (10/5): Comfy and Style - Perfect position, near the new Metro 4, 10 mins from Linate airport and 5 mins from San Babila. I walekd to Duomo in 20 mins only. All the area is full of cozy restaurants, a preferred spot for people working in fashion. Large gardens in the area. The apartment is overlooking an internal yard and was very quiet. Very clean and equpped with everything you may need, including kitchen utensils. There was a big book shelf with many interesting books. Excellent wi-fi. Smart TV.

• Stefano (10/5): Perfect place, near the center, the metro and fashion district - The check-in was easy with a person waiting to welcome me and give explanations about the house and the area. The apartment had all the facilities, the bed was very comfortable and the linen and towels were very clean and soft. The WIFI was excellent (last generation of fiber connection). It was situated in a quiet courtyard, still in a vibrant part of Milan. The area had all the possible facilities: Metro line 4, several buses, a green area with several trees, a big underground garage, a post office, bakery, supermarket, electric car charging stations, etc.

• Codruț (9/5): Superb - Very nice and big apartament. The bed was very comfortbale. The kitchen is well equipped. There are lots of stores nearby and a supermarket. For those who sleep in the living room, the noise from the fridge douring the night..it is kind of unpleasant, i think the fridge needs to be checked out. Also the bathroom has an unpleasant smell from the sewer, but if the window is open is ok
