• Olav (5/5): Aardige eigenaar en compleet appartement, maar goede nachtrust is onmogelijk - De eigenaar was erg aardig en gaf nog wat extra handdoeken en wat wasmiddel en het app was op zich compleet met oa wasmachine en vaatwasser. Houd er rekening mee dat de eigenaar heel weinig Engels spreekt, hij doet daar wel erg zijn best voor en als je een beetje Spaans spreekt, dan lukt het wel, is gewoon goed om te weten. Ook mochten we op de vertrekdag nog een paar uur langer blijven wat fijn is als je vliegtuig later op de dag pas vertrekt. Het appartement was wel oud, maar wel schoon en dat is minstens zo belangrijk. De slaapkamer met stapelbedden is eigenlijk niet geschikt voor volwassenen en er was in de avond/nacht heel veel geluidsoverlast, waardoor slapen heel slecht lukte! We hebben bijna geen van alleen een paar nachten goed geslapen wat erg jammer is. Ook kon de badkamers/wc in het halletje niet op slot en hing er een hele vieze lucht iedere ochtend in de 2e badkamer die gesitueerd was bij 1 van de grotere slaapkamers. Bij de kleine slaapkamer met de stapelbedden kon je eigenlijk het raam niet open hebben vanwege het lawaai van het verkeer, dus houd hier rekening mee als het warm weer is. De inrichting was ook erg gedateerd met bijv klapstoeltjes in de woonkamer en de keuken is ook erg oud, maar dat vonden we niet zo erg voor een stedentrip. In de slaapkamer met de badkamer was het bed geplaatst tegen de muur waar direct achter de liftschacht lag. Die lift werd tot later in de nacht gebruikt en gaf een enorm lawaai in de nacht, waardoor de nachtrust ster verstoord werd.

• Farkas Réka (10/5): Really nice place - Our host replied to us fast and even managed to get our apartment ready before the official check-in time. The apartment is huge, clean, and all the rooms are very spacious with very comfortable beds. The kitchen has all the utensils and dishes someone might need. The washing machine works great. There are couple of bigger grocery stores nearby. For some reason the coffee machine didn't work when we tried it, but our host could start it without a problem after we left. The oven is a bit old and its door is a bit hard to close. The view isn't the best from the apartment, but it didn't bother us at all.
• Silvitica (9/5): 100% recomendable - El trato recibido por parte de la persona que nos enseñó el piso y nos entregó las llaves. Sobre el alojamiento es amplio, tanto las habitaciones como el salón, camas comódas, todo limpio y buena ubicación. Nada que decir.

The apartment is about a 13-minute taxi ride from the center of Valencia. This time we traveled by rental car, so the private underground parking lot has a remote entrance, good security, and the elevator is accessible, so it's no problem even with luggage. Appartamento spazioso con aria condizionata e ventilatori e cucina attrezzata Lontana dal centro e i mezzi terminano alle 22. Struttura un po' vecchia. Magari un rotolo intero di carta igienica e non metà e letti un po' più comodi sarebbero stati graditi. Ma tutto sommato positiva l esperienza

• Lilian (9/5): Good stay in Valencia - The apartment is big, clean, and close to public transport. There are 3 bedrooms but the owner told us to use only 2 bedrooms. The beds creak a lot at each turn or movement. Also, the owner requests check out at 10 a.m. absolutely no later, which I think is early.
