Wonderful location and views. Beautiful big windows and so very peaceful in the early mornings. A haven to come home to. Great to have washing machine too. The shower is a bit small. I am a medium sized lady and found it difficult to move myself around in. Recommended increasing size of shower space. 2nd bedroom has double bed and you have to crawl onto bed. No space on sides at all. I was one person and able to do so. Not comfortable for 2 adults.

• Maria (7/5): Fantastic location and views, with no functioning AC - Terrific location with amazing views. Comfortable beds and bed linens. Very spacious. Using AC or using electric kettle would trip the circuit breaker every time. Could not run AC for more than six minutes at a time, making it essentially useless during the September heatwave. Windows have no screens, with lots of mosquitos. Host attempted to provide some breakfast items, which was nice, but they were moldy already when we arrived.

Letti e cuscini comodi e molto puliti Purtroppo un bagno unico per un appartamento che per 6 persone è un di difficile gestione. Manca la tenda nella finestra del bagno. Un po’ di attenzione in più nella pulizia di zone come sotto il divano e nell’interno degli armadi.

• Alexis (9/5): Splendide !!! - Nous avons adoré cet appartement, parfaitement situé en plein centre historique de Florence, juste à côté du musée Bargello et face à un parking très pratique. Perché au dernier étage avec ascenseur, il baigne de lumière et offre de magnifiques vues sur la ville. La climatisation dans toutes les pièces est un vrai bonheur en été. Le logement est confortable, bien équipé et décoré avec beaucoup de charme dans un style ancien et authentique qui plonge dans l’atmosphère florentine. Enfin, l’hôte a été très réactif et la communication exemplaire, ce qui a rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable. Le seul petit bémol : l’absence de rideau à la fenêtre de la salle de bain, qui ferait vraiment la différence pour plus d’intimité

• Andrea (10/5): Great family apartment with fantastic views in an amazing location. - We couldn’t have picked a better location! Spacious family apartment with almost 360 degree views, including the Duomo! We loved having a kitchen, washer, and AC in the 3 main rooms. Having a lift to get to the top floor with luggage was crucial and a great perk. Central location close to shops restaurants and walking distance to all the best attractions. We loved the great communication from the host including information about parking and clear instructions for accessing the apartment. The main room was much hotter even with AC and we figured out that you have to keep the kitchen door closed because the water heater in the kitchen heats up the living room. The shower is very small and the window in the bathroom doesn’t offer the best privacy. Neither are deal breakers and we would definitely stay again!

The apartment was old, like everything else in that city, but it had everything we needed. Great views as well. Had an elevator which is not common so that was great. Nothing really.

They were very communicative, responding to a query I had about the air conditioning remote super quick. Nice touches, including croissants with nutella and wine provided in the kitchen. The property was wonderful, with incredible views of Florence. We felt very lucky to have a place with a lift! Would definitely stay again. Nothing.

• Hsin (9/5): Superb - The location is in the center of Firenze and it’s very convenient to go anywhere we wanted to go. Although we didn’t see the staff in person but their reply is fast and nice. The bathroom and the place of taking shower is small.

The extra touches from the owner to make us feel welcome was very special - we really appreciated that. The shower was slightly on the small side, but that is the only negative.

• Brindusa1 (9/5): Beautiful apartment - The apartment is very nice, in an old but good building, on the 4th floor with an elevator. You can see above Florence's rooftops with a beautiful view of Basilica Santa Croce. Rooms are renovated and "old style" decorated, which we appreciate a lot (wooden floor, old books). Windows have opaque curtains, so don't worry about morning sun waking you up too early. AC in all rooms. The kitchen is very small, but you have what you need. 🩷The coffee machine. The owner answered very fast to all our needs. We travelled at the end of February, and the apartament was heated enough, but as rooms are very tall, during night might be a bit chill. Bring long sleeve sleepwear and slippers. We came prepared and everything was good. Suggestions: put some kitchen towels and more than one tiny soap for 2 persons.

• Csaba (10/5): Exceptional - This apartment is just like in the description. Super view to the city and real authentic accommodation. The location is invaluable. Every most visited museums and places is within 10 minutes radius. Just cosy as you wish during your stay. It was very comfortable for all of us. Three of us stayed there for a week and all of us enjoyed the atmosphere of this casa. I definitely will come back to this apartment soon. There is no such a thing I didn't like. Everything was as I expected.

Hosts were excellent- met us on arrival and allowed us to drop our bags prior to check in and could accommodate a later check out. Would love to stay here again. Space was so much bigger than expected.

• Khuselwa (9/5): Perfect and comfortable - The apartment is very spacious, was super clean and the location was central to all the tourist attractions, close to restaurants and a supermarket, a short walking distance to Point Vecchio. The host was so welcoming, he had a bottle of wine for us and some snacks. The only thing that comes to mind is the pillows in the bedroom, they were not comfortable at all, very hard.

• Jing (10/5): Fantastic! - We stayed for 10 days and Bernardo was the perfect host, he regularly checked if we were happy with the room temperature and if we needed anything. The apartment is ideally situated in the heart of everything that needs to be seen in Florence, you can get anywhere within 20 minutes on foot, some must-see places are literally at the door step. It’s clean and spacious, every window has a fabulous view, so you start sightseeing from the moment you wake up until you go to sleep. It has all the facilities that a household needs, therefore it’s particularly handy when you travel light, you can wash & iron conveniently. Bernardo prepared a very useful information pack and the eating places he recommended were brilliant. We highly recommend this apartment and it’s certainly our first choice when we go to Florence again.

• Deepa (7/5): Great location, great views. - Great location… beautiful home.. however it was a little too cold and the heaters are all old style not as strong as needed for a home of that size. It could be an amazing home for the summers though. In general it’s a little dated. Some newer towels, a rug or so in the living area could make it warmer overall. I was super thankful to the host for allowing us to check in a little early and allow us to leave the luggage there for a few hours after check out time. It’s great in general. Just a little dated.

Bright, open and with a beautiful view from all windows, overlooking Basilica Santa Croce and Santa Maria del Fiore. It's lovely and quiet in this penthouse apartment even though its right in the middle of the hustle and bustle of old town Firenze. Very nice hosts . Lots of restaurants around, a short walk to the supermarket. We will absolutely recommend this place. We would have moved in permanently if we could 😊

Beautiful decorations, well equipped, enthusiastic staff and perfect location: you can enjoy the view of Florence. the Dom is just outside of your window! One of the shower doors is not very securely fastened. But it’s not a big problem.

Master bedroom and living room are spacious, enough space to relax - Very convenient location yet quiet because the windows are facing backside of the building. Great, beautiful view from every room. Light and breezy. Functional equipments and clean. Minimum sized shower space as the apartment itself is in a classical building. Still it works just fine to wash your body.
• James (10/5): Exceptional - Loved it! The location was fantastic, close to everything. Building also had a lift which was good as the apartment was on the 4th floor. Coffee machine was fantastic. The living room was perfect for a group of 4 to play cards and drink together. Only a small thing, but the Aircon was one unit only for the two bedrooms and didn't cool the living room, but if you close the door it does a great job for the bedrooms.

Large relaxing living room, A nice espresso machine with fresh beans. Great host across the hall if you have needs. What more could you want? We own a place in Piemonte and weekend in Firenze a time or two per year. I won't be looking for a different place to stay next next time. This is our new home away from home. I would not change anything
