• Ilias (10/5): - New modern and roomy apartment. Central location with private parking in a quiet neighborhood. Close to metro and shopping mall. The apartment was one of the cleanest places I’ve ever stayed with all the necessary facilities for a small family. Hosts were prompt and attentive. Definitely one of the musts to stay when in Athens! Everything was perfect. No negatives !!

• Sotirios (10/5): - Wir haben die Unterkunft zum zweiten Mal genutzt. Es war alles so sauber wie beim ersten Mal. Die Anbindung mit Bus und U-Bahn ist exzellent. In der Umgebung befindet sich mehrere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Die Heizung hat nicht richtig Funktiniert.
• Anna-Maria (9/5): - Die Unterkunft ist zentral gelegen. Wenige Minuten zum Lidl oder zur Metro und Mall zu Fuß. Die Erreichbarkeit des Personals war erste Klasse. Uns fehlte leider eine dritte Decke. Dies wurde sofort erledigt. Wir haben uns die Tage dort sehr wohlgefühlt. Leider war die Küche minimal ausgestattet. Es fehlte an scharfen Schneidemessern. Zudem wäre es gut Reinigungsmittel zu haben, damit man zwischendurch auch mal selber sauber machen kann. Dennoch war es wirklich gut dort.
• MARIA (9/5): - Εξαιρετικό διαμέρισμα με άμεση πρόσβαση στο Μετρό. Άνετοι χώροι, όλα ήταν καθαρά και προσεγμένα. Θα το επέλεγα σίγουρα στην επόμενή μου επίσκεψη στην Αθήνα.

• Marek (8/5): - Lokalizacja bardzo dobra , metro blisko . Supermarkety także w pobliżu. Spokojna dzielnica. Brak miejsca parkingowego przypisanego dla apartamentu, jedno na kilka mieszkań wiec panuje zasad kto pierwszy ten lepszy, w opisie informacja ze jest dla apartamentu. Można parkować na ulicy ale to także nie jest łatwe bo tych miejsc brakuje . Kolejna sprawa którą można poprawić to wyposażenie kuchni ( naczynia, szklanki, kubki , filiżanki , patelnie, garnki , noże) jest bardzo skromne.

• Σπυριδων (10/5): Τέλεια η τοποθεσία το κτίριο ανακαινισμένο και άνετο πολύ κοντά στο εμπορικό κέντρο και κοντά στο μετρό.. ιδιωτικό πάρκ - Τέλεια η τοποθεσία το κτίριο ανακαινισμένο και άνετο πολύ κοντά στο εμπορικό κέντρο και κοντά στο μετρό.. ιδιωτικό πάρκινγκ να βάλεις το αυτοκίνητο σου ασφαλές όταν ξανά έρθουμε αθηνα θα κλείσω πάλι σε αυτό.. ευχαριστούμε για την φιλοξενία 😊 Το μόνο που δεν είχε το κατάλυμα είναι καθρέπτης ολόσωμος
• Nikolaos (7/5): Εξαιρετική τοποθεσία, εμπειρία κάτω του αναμενομένου. - Η τοποθεσία είναι εξαιρετική. Απέχει περίπου 100μ από τον σταθμό μετρό "Άγιος Δημήτριος". Τριγύρω μπορείς να βρεις τα πάντα, αφού υπάρχει πληθώρα από super market και σε πολύ κοντινή απόσταση το "Athens Metro Mall". Όλοι οι χώροι είναι εξoπλισμένοι με air condition και η θέρμανση μέσω του καλοριφέρ είναι πολύ καλή. Η κριτική αφορά στο διαμέρισμα Α1 (Παύλου Μελά και Λεμεσού). Φτάσαμε αργά το βράδυ και αυτό που μας σπογοήτευσε ήταν το επίπεδο καθαριότητας, που ήταν πολύ χαμηλότερο των προσδοκιών μας, όπως αυτές μας δημιουργήθηκαν από σχόλια άλλων επισκεπτών. Το μπάνιο δεν ήταν ιδιαίτερα καθαρό, ενώ το καλαθάκι για τα χρησιμοποιημένα χαρτιά υγείας δεν είχε καπάκι! Το καλάθι σκουπιδιών της κουζίνας ήταν λερωμένο, ενώ στο πάτωμα μπορούσες να βρεις αποδείξεις πλημμελούς καθαριότητας. Τέλος, ενώ οι ντουλάπες ήταν γενικώς καθαρές, σε μία από αυτές υπήρχε χώμα και ξεραμένα φύλλα. Η εμπειρία αυτή έριξε την διάθεσή μας κατακόρυφα.

• CHARALAMPOS (10/5): - Η τοποθεσία υπέροχη. Πολύ κοντά σούπερ μάρκετ που λειτουργεί μέχρι αργά. Η στάση μετρό δίπλα. Είσαι στο κέντρο σε 15-20 λεπτά ανάλογα με την αναμονή.
• ΕΥΘΥΜΙΑ (7/5): Δεν άξιζε η τιμή με την παροχή του καταλύματος. - Το κατάλυμα ήταν αρκετά ζεστό και ευήλιο και πολύ κοντά στο κέντρο και σε όλη την αγορά! Αυτό μου μας δυσαρέστησε ήταν ότι μια από τις βασικές παροχές που το επιλέξαμε ήταν το πλυντήριο ρούχων το οποίο ήταν χαλασμένο δεν έπλυνε και δεν στράγγιζε και το βρήκαμε σε άσχημη κατάσταση με λάδια και αποφάγια μέσα στον κάδο. Παρόλα αυτά το προσωπικό προσπάθησε να δει τι βλάβη έχει αλλά δεν επισκευάστηκε ποτέ! Μείναμε 10 ημέρες και δεν υπήρχε ούτε μια αλλαξιά σεντόνια και πετσέτες, όπως και το πάτωμα ήταν μέσα στη σκόνη και το ένα κρεβάτι και ο καναπές μέσα στους λεκέδες.

• CRISTIANO (10/5): Appartamento spazioso e pulito - Tutto, veramente un appartamento molto accogliente. 200 mt dalla metropolitana che in 5 minuti ti porta in centro. Per noi ottimo il posto auto. Unica cosa che serve giusto per migliorare una ottima qualità, ci vorrebbe qualche pezzo in più in cucina per chi come noi ha optato per mangiare in casa.

• eleni (7/5): Pleasant stay - It is 3 min from the metro station and generally it is really close to the Center of Athens. The neighbourhood is quiet and there is a very nice beer brewery next to it which was really cool and had awesome drafts. The parking is also a very big plus! It wasn’t that clean even though the cleaning lady left as soon as we arrived. The floors by the double bed and in front the kitchen were dirty and the counter tops and cupboards of the kitchen. Generally, it gave the impression of a quick cleaning and not of sth thorough. The sheets and the towels were very clean though.

Masina de spalat rufe un mare avantaj. Balcoane spațioase, am putut lua micul dejun dimineața intr-unul din ele. Vom reveni cu siguranță. Nimic.

• Nebojša (10/5): - Apartman je na odličnoj lokaciji. Metro stanica je na par minuta hoda, kao i Lidl. U blizini imate sve što vam je potrebno, tržni centri, brze hrane a ni plaža nije predaleko. Apartman je odlično opremljen i veoma je moderan. Svaka preporuka!!
• Manoli (8/5): In general it is a great accomodation, with some touches it could be made perfect. - pros: - location - clean - modern - great value cons: - please add a cleaning mop to be able to clean your appartment - parking places a verry small. If you have a big car you'll look for parking place on the street... which is tough to find. - the repair in the acomodation should be finished untill the end, because there are some wires, some unfinished works... looks like you're still on a custrucion site...
• Orsolya (10/5): Très sympa - Appart tout neuf, hyper propre. Quartier résidentiel très calme et agréable avec les enfants à 1-2 min de la station métro, qui est assez près du centre (vers 15 min). Lidl, cafés-boulangerie à côté Machine à laver Personnel à l'ecoute et réactif L'equipement de cuisine était au strict minimum :autant d'assiettes et verres que personnes enregistrés, pas de plats ne stresse que pou pouvoir faire une salade grecque. Seulement sel/poivre. Au moins avoir de l'huile d'olive et quelques accessoires de base serait le bienvenu (j'en ai laissé aux prochaines ;) )

• Zornitsa (9/5): Superb - Very comfortable and spacious accommodation. One apartment fits three persons wonderfully. 5 minutes away from a metro station, which was extremely useful to us. Nice coffee machine, which we used with pleasure every morning. A larger person would have trouble in the shower space in our apartment. It was a bit narrow and awkwardly shaped. Other than that - wonderful.

Dishes like pots and another large frying pan , as well as a plastic spatula or wooden one , otherwise the dishes deteriorate

• Stephen (9/5): Superb - Very handy for metro, 5 min walk. Don't to Acropolis only 30 min. Lidl next to metro station. Comfortable beds. Nice furnishings. Would use again and actually did as after leaving I lost my passport and had to stay in Athens 3 more nights so immediately looked to book here. Not able to use parking first night as all 4 spaces taken so parked nearby on the street, but after that was able to get a space. Parking spaces very tight, suitable for small car only. Not many pans, one huge one and a tiny one presumably to heat milk but 2 eggs just about fitted in it.

• Soner (10/5): Exceptional - The location was very good. You can easily reach the area you want by metro. The neighborhood was very quiet. You can feel like you are living in Athens. There are shops around where you can buy everything you need. The items were new and useful. The bed in the bedroom could be a little wider. A spare blanket could be placed.
• Marios (8/5): Very good - The location of the apartment is quite convenient, situated near the metro and a shopping mall. There are also several amenities nearby, including a supermarket, bakery, and other shops. At first glance, the apartment seemed promising, offering a decent space for a comfortable stay. However, upon closer inspection, there were several issues that need addressing. The floor was not properly cleaned, and both the balconies and windows were quite dirty. When we arrived, the apartment was cold as the heating was off. We turned on the air conditioner, but it wasn't sufficient to warm the space. Unfortunately, the heating system did not work, and despite our attempts to contact the owner about this issue, we received no response. Initially, they were responsive when we called them about parking, but later on, their communication ceased, which was very unprofessional and disappointing. Additionally, there were other negative aspects such as the lack of detergent for the washing machine and some non-functioning lights. While I usually prefer to highlight positive aspects in reviews, I felt it necessary to share these details to ensure future improvements. The current state of the apartment does not match a 5-star rating, and improvements are needed for a better guest experience.

• Artkot (9/5): I recommend this amazing apartment - The staff was very friendly and available to support us. The apartment was spacious, very clean, and close to the metro station. A parking space was also available. Is missing only a microwave to be perfect.

• Nadejda (9/5): Perfect! - The apartment was very cozy and the terrace is great with a nice view. There is a parking place for the guests.
• Robin (9/5): Excellent! - Modern clean apartment, near to a subway station and only 20 minutes from the center of Athens. Would highly recommend staying here. I would definitely book here again when returning to Athens. Everything was great. Point of improvement is that the code for the main entry in the email was slightly different than in reality. We figured it out relatively quick, so no trouble there.
